I have been taking my son to Bens for the past 8 years. Sheila is the best! Customer service is great! Very clean! My son is always looking forward to getting his haircut with Sheila.

Ben gave me the best haircut Ive had in a long time! Great friendly atmosphere and a short wait time. The price at 20 per cut is incredible. Will come here for all future haircuts.

They don’t do straight razor here at all - they just use a buzzer. So it’s technically not a barber shop - more of a salon

Always a pleasure getting a haircut from Sheila, Andrew and Robert. They’re my go to barbers.Increasing in price bases ($17 to $20 in the past 2 years I have been going there) but it is worth every penny.Very suave and much dedication to their craft.

So I walked into Bens barber shop and I waited just a few minutes until approached by the amazing Sheila. She understood what I wanted and she delivered.She was fantastic and took her time to doing it right. I will come back and ask for her to continue doing my hair.This place is clean and welcoming.

My go to place for a haircut for the last 20+ years. Barbers have come and gone, but one staple is the tv always showing sports and a fantastic group of barbers. I used to come on Saturdays every a few weeks. It’s usually open until 5pm but door was shut and locked at 4pm today. The barber shop sign was still rotating and there was no signs on the door saying that it’s closed today for whatever reason. There were still people inside but nobody even come forward to answer the door when I knocked. A couple minutes later, someone finally came but just to shut the blinds. Is this how you treat your customers? I will not come back again.

Neighborhood joint. Awesome team! Super experienced.. all of them. Theyve cut the familys hair for a long time. Sheila is super cool and cuts womens hair as well. She did my daughters and wifes hair recently.

Had a great haircut, barber got what I wanted right away. On top of that I didn’t have the cash at hand (cash only), but they gave me the haircut first as there was no line and told me to go get the cash after. I appreciate being trusted as a customer and not made feel like a potential thief. So that was def a big plus right off the bat!

Great barber shop! Ive been going here for 30 years. Ben is at the first chair and there are 4 more chairs. You will wait but it usually goes quick unless its Saturday mid morning

AVOID THIS PLACE! I got a few haircuts there and each one got progressively worse. Robert was the barber that butchered my hair. Robert does a basic trim to get you back in two weeks and he didnt even do that correctly. Go somewhere else!

Great little barber shop in South Pasaden. They are cash only with no ATM available at the shop or in the shopping center. Come in and put your name on the list. The first available barber will take care of your hair needs. Appointments are available upon request with some of the barbers. A mens cut is $18. No frills here but also no hipsters and/or bs. Bring a $20, get a cut, leave feeling like a new person.

Sheila, Andrew, and Robert all give great cuts every time. Awesome old school barber shop. Kid friendly, sports on the TV, plenty of parking, good people.

Very good haircuts at reasonable prices. Everyone is very friendly, just make sure you go with plenty of time, it is always packed.

The wait is way too long sometimes (>50min) and the cuts are questionable (Sheila?). So Im done with it. People are really nice but my time has some worth right?

The staff are extremely nice and very personable. I always get a high and tight or fade here and each barber is fantastic!

Ben and his crew always treat me well and give me a good trim. Expect to wait on Fridays and Saturdays.
