I came in at the spur of the moment because my long time stylist had died from COVID and although one of my best friends is a tremendous stylist she is based in Simi Valley. I needed a hair cut now for a quick trip to Vegas. As a sports fan it was like manna from Heaven and I also loved the tech available to sign in. After 10 minutes of watching football I was warmly greeted by Lian and after some conversation she asked about why I came in and what would I like in a haircut. She listened intently as I explained my needs and goals for this appointment and went to work!She was masterful and her great listening skills and understanding of my needs gave me just the cut I needed! I will definitely be going back to SportClips and Lian for the foreseeable future! Great sports, great service, great cut and a warm and attentive stylist!”

Really cool spot!! I went for my first visit to take advantage of the free haircut offered for Veterans Day!! Im super bad with names but I believe the barber I had was Carlos!! Had a great football conversation and we talked a bit about my time in the military!! My haircut was really nothing to complain about! I am bald so nothing to it! But the experience was a very good one! The shampoo and massage chair were amazing!! Not sure how often I will be visiting since I dont have much hair but Im sure Ill go back!

It was outstanding as always. I was reunited with my amazing stylist Fancy Nancy. She was out for a bit and it was so good to see her. This time my boy got a haircut that was perfect and I got a neckline touch up (which is complimentary for clients in-between haircuts fyi). I usually get the MVP and Nancy and Claudia who is also amazing and cuts my hair when Nancy is out, always makes me feel Like an MVP. Plus the Dosgers are usually on TV and we have a lot of laughs and nice respite. Its is definitely a 5 out of 5 Stars experience!🙌👍🙏

You wouldnt know that she already cut your hair but you will feel that your hair is getting lighter and lighter.Jie is awesome and professional. I have gone to this location for many years. I checked in and was about to sit down in the chair to get a haircut. Another customer walked in and the hair stylist asked them if they checked in online, they said yes and then the stylist told me that I have to wait for them.

Great haircut, fast and entertaining as they had sports playing on multiple TV’s in the room. A bit pricey but worth it. I believe my hair dressers name was Kat and she did a wonderful job, thanks! Will be back again.

This was my first time going to SportsClips. First thing I noticed once I sat down on the barber hair was how clean the location was. That goes for the stylist stations to the overall location. Staff is friendly and give a good atmosphere. Scheduling was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this location. I will definitely be going back.

Appearance- great! Physically what you would expect a sports clips location to look and feel like in aesthetics.Customer service/ guest relations- could be improved.- good: 1. They saw me waiting at the door early and allowed me in.2. Jie paid attention to certain service needs, such as dry scalp and recommended a great product to help with that situation.-bad: 1. The entire process felt rushed, almost felt like they didnt want me there. Its Veterans day, and youre going to make it feel like its all about the money as a first impression right when you open?... not cool.2. All the stylists felt to me like they could care less about it being Veterans day and wished it was a regular day of business w/o the special.... hopefully their attitude got better as the day progressed, but as the first one in the door... kinda a good indicator of what theyre really like w/o the masks up.

Terrible service. Kept me waiting over an hour because the incompetent check-in lady with blue hair separated my party of two and had me wait at the end of the queue instead of checking in together. Not even apologetic when trying to fix the mistake. Even during COVID, avoid this place!! They also overcharged my credit card for the haircut and lied about the cost over the phone when I confronted them about it, despite the price listed on their website.

Change is always hard. Decided to try since its literally minutes from my house. Stylist tried her best but was not too happy with my cut. My sons cut was ok. Unfortunately wont be returning. I guess Ill be making the long trip again back to my old barber thats a bit of a drive from SPAS.

Went here earlier today with my husband so we could get haircuts. Signed in via their website, which is really convenient for letting you know what the current wait time is and when to go in. I had Sara, and he had Claudia. They were both so nice and personable and friendly!Love the service and haircut from these two ladies at a great price. Will definitely come back when I need a trim.The only thing that was below par is I had signed both myself and my husband in via their website, but when I tried to see the reservation, only my name showed up. Turns out my husband was signed in, but we only saw his name when we checked in at the salon. But other than that, everything was great!

Victoria absolutely knows what shes doing and gets it! She has the attitude, knows how to ask the right questions and gave me the best cut in years! Im not one to often write reviews, but when the experience is this good from something so simple as a haircut its deserved. Perhaps Sports Clips has a higher bar when staffing their stores. Regardless, Victoria rocks it!

Called to see how long of the wait was on a weekday evening- the lady estimated 30 mins but to check in online.Tried to check in online but it wasn’t working.Bf arrived shortly after and waited a whole hour for his turn.We could have went to super cuts right across the street in that time if they had given an honest estimate.Good option for those who want to watch sports while waiting but not for those who don’t like waiting.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was in and out quickly. As soon as I had signed in, I was picked up by Jie who gave me an awesome haircut/shampoo/shoulder massage along with a hot towel treatment. She was friendly, fast but most of all great at what she does and even gave me a recommendation for shampoo and conditioner. Definitely will be coming back here again.

I was only given a haircut although a very nice one from a very nice associate. I wasn’t sure, and I did have to leave so I was charged $23 for the haircut. The check in system is kind of messed up. Walked in and it said 7 minute wait. Here I am forty minutes later and it still says 7 minutes. No fault of the employees, they are great, but between people coming and going and people checking in online the actual wait time is a moving Target. Would not have came in right at opening time to wait an hour. If you do check in online it feels weird to go in front of the people who have been waiting. Just kind of a silly system
