It’s never fun to break down. High pressure oil line in my case. 40 ft Motorhome with car trailer. Randy’s to the rescue! They quickly and expertly towed both trailer and RV to a great mechanic shop and managed to park it so expertly nothing was damaged. Amazing skills, Russel! I failed to remember the name of his coworker but he was quite knowledgeable and very friendly too. These guys are true professionals. They took a bad situation and made it much better without a lot of fuss, and added a little sense of humor to lighten the mood! I’m truly in their debt!!!

Busy establishment. Went with a competitor after they gave me a five hour wait time. They are the biggest in the Colo Springs area..so definitely give them a call if you are stranded. Guy over the phone was busy but efficient.

Well they were a little quiet, not real friendly but not a bad experience having to get the car back. A little damage on the car that we noticed after. Bad on our part for trusting and not inspecting it before we left.

We were told an estimate of 1.5 hours. Instead, it took 3.5 hours. If they just would have been honest and told us they were that far out, we would have been able to make a better decision for other options. So frustrating and a waste of half a day by the side of the road!! Driver was kind and helpful when he finally got there.

So thankful for these guys today! Tire got a hole on the highway (didn’t hit anything) insurance company sent a tow company that didn’t show! We broke down in our motorhome coming home from vacation. Roadside Assistance couldnt find anyone so we googled who was in the area and gave them the number for Randys. After some confusion with Roadside Assistance, Randys was set up for the next morning.They showed up and the driver found the problem. The shop we were going to use wouldnt have anyone available for several day. Our wrecker driver called around and found us a mobile mechanic that showed up and fixed the problem and got us back on the road.Randys could have just towed us to the shop and dropped us there but the driver was nice enough to want to get us back on the road.These guys are awesome!! My tires went flat at night while working in the transportation business in Colorado Springs. Mind you, I live in Denver, which was about 80 miles away from where the incident occur.I was hopeless, after other towing companies say they don’t operate at night.I gave a call to Randy’s towing and they were there on time as promised.The driver assigned to me was very professional and I felt comfortable because he seemed like someone I can trust. I don’t remember his name, but I am really thankful for his work.As far as I know, and based on my experience, Randy’s Towing offer first-class service and if I had to use it again in the future, I definitely will.

I work for a landscaping company and on a snowy day one of our trucks broke down. They were there within 1/2 an hour to tow our truck. Every other tow company I called said they could not get to te truck for 24 hours. I appreciate the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our 33 ft motorhome left us stranded without brakes on a mountain, in a cemetary in Manitou Springs, Co. Tried AAA, State Farm road assistance, let us down. Police recommended Randys and boy did they deliver. Fast service, helpful and took us to a parking lot where we could spend the night. Helped with repair recommendations as we are from Kansas on vacation. This is the best tow experience. The dispatcher even offered to help us find a motel if necessary. AAron and Scott were great technicians.

It was alright. The guy had a little trouble disconnecting the driveline on the RV. But it was expected as the rv is 40 years old.

Randy’s Towing was professional, very punctual and effective when my in-laws park model flipped on its side in a bad wind storm. They were caring and asked also about the well-being of my my in-laws. It required two tow trucks to flip it over and provided suggestions on who/where to send the totaled trailer. Highly recommend.

Stuck in a bind towing a single axle boat trailer when a wheel bearing blew out. Had to leave the trailer overnight and called Randys in the AM. Very responsive and friendly staff considering the special tow needed for the trailer and boat. Great value service that I hopefully never need to use again, but would gladly call if I did.

Absolutely amazing service. My vehicle was in the shop with no wheels,broken studs and no tires. It was sitting on nothing but its hubs on all 4. The driver explained to me his plan on what hes going to do and the dangers of it. I was fully aware of what couldve happened but I needed my vehicle outta that mechanics shop cause of overpricing. When it came to loading and unloading my vehicle, it was perfect. Sat my vehicle on its wheels and had to very slowly slide it off. Worked like a damn charm. No further damage happened to my car and Im just astonished at how well the driver executed his plan. Absolutely amazing towing service without a doubt!

RV OWNERS BEWARE!!!This company came to retrieve my friends RV that had gotten stuck. The driver made a mistake that put the lives of everyone who witnessed the debacle in danger. He hooked his wench cables to the ball of a 5,000 lb capacity receiver hitch in order to pull a 40 foot, 18 ton 1996 Beaver Patriot. Anyone with a modest understanding of physics can see what came next. The front end of his wrecker was off the ground, the driver brought it back down and when he started the wench again the hitch was split, fiberglass broke and luckily the 5 bystanders had not been hurt or killed by this drivers negligence. My friend tried to speak to them to make it right but they just blew him off. This company is very lucky that their driver isnt facing involuntary manslaughter charges. This could have ended badly. Especially for those of us that witnessed such a dangerous situation. Trusting the knowledge and professionalism of their driver almost cost us our lives.If you VALUE your LIFE and your RV,USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Randys Towing is the largest tow company in southern Colorado. They are a little pricey. So you want to call & compare prices with Checker Towing, Walts and Bobs Towing. Towing is a very lucrative business. Ask if the driver will need to use any specialty tools to tow your vehicle. Like using a dollie on a hook truck if a flatbed isnt available.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called my roadside assistance and the night guy(his name escapes me right now) was extremely punctual, showed up 5 before 5:00am to load my vehicle and take me where I needed to go all without me waiting. A great company deserves a great review, and If I need help again, Ill be asking for Randys!

They said they would pick my car up from my friends house at 2:00pm. I drove my familys backup van over to my friends house right at 2 but they werent there. I waited twenty minutes then called. Turns out they showed up 10 minutes early, saw I wasnt there then left. I called and they said they could come back in an hour to tow my car but I would have to go over the information with my insurance again. This is a lengthy process because I am usually stuck with the Indian lady who is not very experienced with customer service. She said she would call back the towing company and settle it with them and no further action is required on my part. I waited outside a full two hours before I decided to call Randys to see whats taking so long. They said that my insurance company never faxed them the information so they didnt show up. They also didnt bother calling me back to inform me of the situation even though they told me earlier they would be there in an hour. They finally managed to show up forty minutes later. I gave the driver the keys to my car and confirmed the address of my mechanic. I went to the gym for a few hours then got home and checked my messages. My mechanic informed me that the driver locked my keys in my car so they were unable to put the car in neutral. My mechanic had to hoist the car up on bungees or pulleys and somehow managed to drag it off. He said that the driver refused to help claiming, Its not my problem. I called Randys Towing to ask if they got the car unlocked or if I needed to drive all the way over to my mechanics with the spare key. They said they would have the driver call me back in two minutes. He still hasnt called.

If you fill out the authorization form correctly and add to if the from and the to addresses in the towing instructions, this towing service will (1) be there on time; (2) safely get your car to its destination; and (3) do it in a timely fashion. I used Randys twice in the last 30 days. Both tows were done on time and were done in a very professional manner. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Ive used Randys many times over the years, my dad knew the original owner. They have moved my large tool box multiple times and have charged me based on time, which I think is fair. However last week when they loaded my toolbox into a Uhaul for transport they were over an hour late, even with a weeks notice/appointment. The driver that arrived had actually moved my box in the past and we both knew what we had to do. It was literally a 10 minute job. The toolbox was to be lifted from the ground into a Uhaul truck that I rented. No money was mentioned but I gave him my credit card as they have always been fair in the past. The driver comes back with my receipt and with a $120 Charge! I was completely blown away. They charged me for an hour of their time even though I waited for them (for an hour) due to lack of planning on their part and it was a true 10 minute job. I asked the driver for a break and he said Ill see if they will credit $20 bucks Completely absurd. I wish this was a 5 star review but this proves that a happy customer will not always tell their friends but a mad one will tell 20.

I had a huge emergency this morning after locking my keys in the car and man this company was INCREDIBLE!! SO grateful for the manager, driver and everyone that helped me as they never help people who are just locked out and I was desperate! They made a bad situation perfect in seconds! I was in a head on collision in which the driver was going down the wrong way down a 2 lane one way street!!! when the tow trucks arrived at the location, one of the drivers was very personable, and this was the driver for Randys. The other driver wasnt as nice. The Randys Towing driver was so king and understanding and even gave us a ride to our home since we have no friends and family out here in the Springs, and our other vehicle was at our house. My girlfriend and I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Randys High Country Towing for anyone who needs this service!!!

The driver was so pleasant and helpful. Not only did he tow my vehicle but after being told I was only out of gas, he put the gasoline in for me and tried starting the car. My battery was dead as well. The driver then towed my car to my home.I would recommend this company to others needing a towing service.

Was pleasantly surprised with this company. I’m used to waiting an hour or more for a tow truck to show up so I was shocked when the driver showed up 10 minutes after I called. The receptionist was really nice and super helpful when I called. The driver got my car hooked up and got me on my way home in just a matter of minutes and was charged much less than I expected.

I was not going to a review but after the way I was treated by the driver I felt I had to do a review.So I own Peak Appliance in Colorado Springs, I need a tow for my box truck back to my shop as it broke down about 2 miles from the shop. I called the office at Randys Towing requesting service, the customer service lady that took the call was professional. While booking the call I asked the customer service lady how much the tow would be, she said it is $150.00 and hour, I thought this was a little high based on the other tow companies I called but I used Randys because they had availablity.So the truck was towed back to my shop and the driver comes to collect he hands me a bill for $250.00, I said I was quoted $150.00 and hour, you arrived at the truck at about 9:02 and you were back at my shop at 9:35, that makes 33 minutes total, he then informed me that he charges from the time he leaves his house. I said there is no way it took you 45 minutes to get from your house to my truck so there is no way I went over 1 hour labor.Again, I was not even going to write a review because I am in the service industry and I get how hard it is at times dealing with customers, the ONLY reason I am writing this review is because the driver became a jerk and said Fine, give me $150 and then he said, You know you can always call another company for a two, we are not the only company in town..He is correct, I can call someone else and I will moving forward, I will never use Randys towing again and I will be sure to let my fellow business owners, family and friends not to use Randys.Brian MorseOwner, Peak ApplianceU.S. Navy Retired.
