Very happy with Denniss work. First, he came on a Sunday. He took his time, was very detailed, and did a fantastic job. My 8 year old truck, looks brand new again! Price was fair, and well be doing the wifes car in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend!

I contacted Dennis and told him that I had iron dust in my paint from the road salt over the last winter, and asked him what it would cost to have them removed. He said “Tiny orange spots. No problem.$120 would be wash claybar, wax, and 1 year clear coat of armor that prevents UV rays, water spots, and general dirt and grime from harming the paint and windows. “I was at a meeting, and gave my son $120 cash to pay Dennis, and when I got home, I inspected his work, and my 2016 truck is literally covered in the orange rust spots that Dennis claimed were “not a problem.” When I contacted him, he told me that it wasn’t possible to remove all the orange spots without an orbital polisher and suggested I wait until Winter (when the spots would come back due to salt on the roads.)I told him that’s not what I paid him for, and that I wanted him to either finish the job he started, or provide a refund for the work since he didn’t do the one thing I hired him to do. His response? “Ryan, I drove 45 minutes to your place, worked in the 100 degree weather for over 2 hours cleaned the vehicles exterior then applied an expensive clear coat to it then drove another 45 minutes back.”That’s not what I paid him for. I paid him to remove the orange iron dust from the paint of my vehicle, which I was assured would be resolved because it was “no problem.” Now I have to pay another shop to come to my home, and STRIP the coating he put on my truck, use a clay bar properly to remove all the dust, and then reapply a protective coating to my vehicle.I offered Dennis the opportunity to make this right, but he declined saying “Since youre not happy I will send you a check for $50 just as a courtesy. That is all Im going to do. Im a one person business and have a family to feed and bills to pay and i will not be taken advantage of, especially when i put a ton of effort into making your truck exterior look great.I am closing out this conversation. Expect a check for $50 in the mail as a courtesy refund.”There are still bugs on the paint from the last time I drove it. I also watched my home surveillance video and at no time was a clay bar used to remove these spots, even though the text from Dennis included that service, and was necessary to remove the spots from the paint. He used a cleaner in a spray bottle, to wipe my truck clean, and then immediately switched to an orbital polisher with wax without using the clay bar to remove the iron dust (rust spots) from the paint.

Dennis did an amazing job cleaning it up! Gave me a great deal since I only needed part of the car done. Got me in and cleaned up within an hour of calling. Would definitely recommend it!

Well. I was supposed to have someone come clean my car today... and they no called no showed. I called and no one returned a phone call. Super frustrating. I worked over night. And only slept 2 hours to get up and wait for someone who never showed or answered their phone. It wouldve been nice if someone wouldve let me know.

Similar to other reviews, scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance only to have them cancel it right before. Finally answered two days later and said that the only available times to reschedule would be the following week. Unless you have time to wait all week only to have to reschedule to some other future time, dont waste your time.

Horrible, horrible service. They texted me to reschedule once because his kid was sick. Okay I guess thats fine. But then the next time he text to reschedule because he decided the weather was too bad. I mentioned that I would still like to do at least the interior and he admitted that the real reason he couldnt come was because he had his 7 year old again and wouldnt have a baby sitter until Friday. Super unprofessional and all around ridiculous. Dont schedule something if you cant come and dont freaking text and hour before the appointment both times. This place is just a huge joke.

Showed up on time. Did a great job -- my disgusting minivan looks new again. Price as quoted. He didnt even mind my 4-year-old talking his ear off the whole time he was working.

Made a older mini van look shiny and new.
