Disappointed in the carpet shampooing. Almost did it too fast, about 30 minutes. Looked good inside the detail shop, once I took it home and put the floor mats back, actually still the same in the sunlight. Looked cleaner at some spots but still the same. You get what you pay for. Go to an actual detail shop.

So, this place...Is GREAT! Detailed and vacuuming was perrfect as well as the car waxing, really loved the way they left my car sparkling clean.... I was amazed of how good of a job they did!

I was at the location in South Jordan off Redwood Rd this morning and wanted to give a special shout-out to Felix. He went the extra mile to have me pull aside so he could clean and polish my rims and made them look brand new again! They always wipe them and dry them off but today he wanted them to look even better and did a special wheel treatment. He was was very kind and did more than I could’ve asked for. Definitely recommend this car wash and ask for Felix if he’s there. He’ll make your car look brand new again!

Im not sure how this place has all these glowing reviews considering they cant seem to clean windshields correctly. Ive been there twice. Both times I paid for the $30 sparkle wash, which is supposed to include interior window cleaning. The first time the interior of my windshield was a smudgy mess when I left. I figured it was a fluke, so I went back today (a few months later). It was even worse today. Not only were streaks all over the inside of my windshield, but dried speckle residue of whatever spray cleaner they use was on my windshield as well. The rear window had the same type of residue clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of it, so you couldnt even say they missed it because of the sun reflection (or whatever). And my side mirror was streaky as well. Its clear that the guys who work there are more interested in speed than in quality. If you cant clean car windows correctly youre probably in the wrong business.

The team here is always friendly and professional. They do a great job keeping getting my car clean both on the interior and exterior. If you live in the area, I would recommend these guys over anyone else. Solid service well worth the money!

Guy out front did an amazing job spraying into my tire wells there was a bunch of dirt because of a trip down to Texas. Love the precision they did when wiping and how they had people check to make sure they got it all. Wish they went easy on the tire shine it did get a little on the truck. but ill definitely will be back!

Around two months ago I got an excellent detail from a great young man named Levy. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Come to find out he no longer works there which is a shame. I pay over $200 just to have my car ran through an automated wash and for dirt to be pushed around on the inside. I could literally wipe the grease off my dash and my paint was swirled terribly by there “hand wax”. You’d be better off washing it yourself and buying your own vacuum with the $200.

I accidentally drove through freshly sprayed tar in my neighborhood and got it all over my wheels and sides of my new SUV (which is white) and its roughly 101 degrees at this time. I had never been here but had to get this stuff cleaned off before I have to let this tar bake on in my work parking lot all day. I wish I had grabbed his name but sensing I was in a hurry on my way to work a young guy came out stopping his work on the car he was in the middle of and hand washed the tar off the sides and rockers as well as sprayed off my tires and wheel wells so no more flipped up on my car after I left. And when I asked where I needed to go pay he told me not to worry about it even after I insisted on paying. I will definitely be back in the future as I love to support businesses that have that friendly of a mentality. Thanks again for taking care of me!

I normally do not write reviews, but I was here Thursday and the cashier was HIGH. My car was washed and dried perfectly fine. Although this is super unprofessional, I am not sure how their boss lets them get away with this. This has not been my first time seeing activity like this. (The younger cashier)

I’m usually not to big into car washes but loved this place! The weather wasn’t the greatest but some blond haired kid and some others did a great job despite the cold. Highly recommended the car wash!

I went in yesterday for a sparkle wash for my truck just to try out the service. The guy who worked on it his name was Gerardo he was a supervisor. He did a amazing job that I went home and showed my wife how my truck was very nice and clean that she had me drive back with her car to get the same wash. And Gerardo work on my wifes car again. Wonderful guy he walked twice around my car to make sure everything was good! I would recommend this carwash to my family and friends and especially if Gerardo is there I would ask him to do the same service I got!!

Ive been coming here for a couple of years, I think they do a fantastic job. I get plenty of compliments on my vehicle because of this place. After I got my truck detailed, I turned down 2 different people who wanted to buy my truck because Sparkle did such a magnificent job detailing my truck. The free waxing every 3 months is a great perk too.

My favorite car wash. They are always pleasant and dont rush you in and out even when its crazy busy. Ive been a regular customer since they opened. Ive used many of their other services, detail,wax, etc., and have never been dissatisfied.

If I could give this place less then a star I would honestly it’s a joke that I have called and went in several times to try and cancel my pass and I keep being charge for it. Every time I go in and ask to speak to a manager I get told that the office manager which goes by the name of Eraiza I believe is going to take care of my account and I’m still being charge for it. I regret getting a monthly pass here. The only good thing about this is the guys who work in the afternoon are super fast at drying my car and I would like to apologize to the manager that works in the evening I yelled at him because I am frustrated that someone else’s job is not being done correctly and fast. If the owner of this carwash see’s this review I would highly recommend you switch out your office manager to someone who can do customers right!

Went for the basic sparkle wash. The men detailing went above and beyond, vacuuming, cleaning my rubber floor mats, the mat in the trunk. Cleaned the inside and outside of my windows, wiped all my interior down and added the interior shine all throughout my car. Pretty much a mini detail in about 15 minutes. Awesome deal!!

I decided to try this location I dont like the service at the Riverton location its terrible when coming out the tunnel I dont see much people ready to dry my car. But I came to this location to try out the service and has soon I exited the tunnel the workers were all there ready for me super fast and reliable staff!!

When I called to make the appointment the employee on the phone was snappy and condescending. He gave me no time estimate for the service. I showed up on time for my appointment but they didn’t start working on my car until an hour and forty five minutes after the appointment. The entire time I was waiting employees would actively ignore me. There was no communication on why my appointment was taking so long. I am writing this as I am currently going on 4 hours here, and I had to ask for a time estimate, and I was just barely told it would be an additional hour and a half. I wouldn’t mind the wait if I had been given an estimate when I first sat down to wait, or if any of the employees would have made any effort to communicate with me or give me updates.

Very bad service. I paid to clean my car inside, and its as if I hadnt paid second. I told the employee that if I could do it better and said no, Im done my work 3. I told him that he wanted to talk to his manager and he says hes the manager in this area. in short, I didnt argue with him anymore and I went very badly served.

I’ve been coming to Sparkle Express for almost 4 years now. I won’t go anywhere else. They do a great job on my car whether it’s a wash or the works, inside and out. It comes out spotless every time. Having a clean car makes my day! I’ve been in 3 times this week and it’s only Wednesday! The winter weather does a number on a clean car. I hate driving down the road in a snow/mud/salt covered car. I have watched the manager, Felix. He’s a hard worker and always treats me well. He takes great care of that place.I definitely recommend Sparkle, the one on Redwood Road! 😊
