Words cant explain how professional and customer service oriented Surfs Up Computing is. I own two small companies, the staff and owner have gone out of their way to make things right! Personally coming over to the office, home office, or a staff member with a company computer problem.... They were there! If you own a company, small or large, and need tech support, custom built computers, etc. this is the one. I was always the one buying computers from stores, over paying monthly service bills, etc. Ive saved thousands with this company.

What a great experience dealing with Chris and his staff. Ive had computer issues for a few months and it always seemed I could never find an IT guy. I called Best Buy and had their Geek Squad out to our business several times. They recommended us ship out our computer and they would need it for weeks. The cost would easily exceed $500. That was not an option for me. I met Chris through my Marketing company as he inquired about our services. When i told him about the issues weve had with the computer at my auto repair company he was happy to help. He told me exactly what he needed to do. When I called to set up the appointment, Chris was prompt. He showed up on time, disassembled my computer to fix the issue, put it back together and everything was fixed. This cost under $100!!!! I had Chris come back and upgrade my hard drive the next week. Excellent work and highly recommended.

The level of expertise, time, and effort Joe the computer technician put into assembling and stabilizing my custom Intel gaming computer build was absolutely second to none. I was originally quoted an astronomical price and timeline by Winchester computers located down the road and was pleasantly surprised when Joe was able to slash the price of the competition and get me in immediately. Once I arrived to the humble shop, I was met with a cheerful technician who assembled and play tested my computer with a level of attention you just cant find these days. My laptop crashed and Surfs Up performed a recovery of my hard drive. I was pretty pleased with the outcome. They managed to copy what was left of my drive onto an external, portable HD, and made it replicate the actual drive I used to have. I could plug it in to my new laptop and use the drive like it was my old laptop. Thanks Surfs Up!

I recently had a custom computer built, and I could not be more happier. Not only did they work with me through every step of the process, they also went above and beyond. I was worried that set up of my dual hard drive system would be an arduous chore, but they not only set up both drives to be recognized by Windows, they downloaded many of the utility programs I needed as well. Beyond that the computers RGB functionality is awesome and I couldnt ask for a better looking AND performing machine.
