I brought my brand new laptop here. I purchased it due to the large screen, but it was slowwww!!! The lady who helped me was very kind and helped me figure out what more could be done to improve it! It was done the very next day-it is so much faster, I am extremely happy. I even arrived about 10 minutes before they opened and the gentleman allowed me in early! The customer service is excellent. I would absolutely recommend them for any computer needs!
