We gave you the benefit of doubt the first time we drove 100 miles to pick up a load that was cancelled after we arrived. But this is the 3rd issue in 2 weeks with a load not being there after rates are signed and we drive a few hours to pick up. You didnt pay TONU the first time and the 150$ you paid this time doesnt make up for the gas, no load, hotel, and hours spent waiting. No accountability for brokers like this. I can see you have done this to many other hard working drivers. Its very upsetting and costly

Really good freight brokers- great carrier representatives, very coherent and polite. As a carrier we have run several loads in the last few months and they are always good with supplying the information needed and, more importantly equally as good sorting out any issues. Payment has always been on time. Look forward to building a long term relationship with them as we have done over the past twenty years with other brokers- because we think they are here to stay long term with the platform they have, and good luck to them. Beware! They tricked me to drive 140 miles to pick up a load “knowing” ( I know this because they were talking back and forth directly to the shipper on the phone next to me) that one of the stops was picked up by another carrier then tried to reduce the rate by $1500 for a canceled stop that wasn’t far from the first drop at all. They even used words such as “well it’s the end of the day why loose another day”. It showed thats what they were hoping for that I would take the reduced rate due to wasted day, and had the attitude of “take it or leave it” the whole time. Rep Callaway and her manager were very cold handling the situation and showed no concern. Agreed rate is an agreed rate.

My very first load, I professionally delivered a load for Flock Freight. Did the setup for ACH payment on standard pay. Received a email stating that ACH payment should be into my account March 26. It hasnt hit my account yet. Sent emails and tried to contact someone, anyone by phone and know one is directing me to the appropriate person. I understand that theirs a pandemic going on, but you still must provide an adequate and professional service to your carriers and drivers. Not being able to communicate with someone on an issue regarding payment is stressful. Left messages no return call. Six days later after I was emailed and inform the funds will hit my account, nothing. If someone from Flock Freight see this and can help me, Ill appreciate it. Shouldnt have to go through this to get professional service as Ive rendered to Flock Freight.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews... This company has got it going on! They have totally streamlined the 3rd party service. They take care of rebills from common carriers, they are reliable, and they keep you updated with advancements on recently scheduled shipments. Only thing that bums me out a little about their service is that we have switched reps a lot since we started with Flock. I wish that we could have one that we stick with that we could build a business relationship with. Other than that, our experience has been great!

I wish I could give this company no stars. This company does not like to pay. I checked the 3 day pay box and It has been almost 3 weeks. When I call the 855 number they say they are emailing billing, I wait, Jerica says Candice responded and will email me. It never happens. I have been going in circles with the 855 number. There is no way for you to contact billing except through email which they never return. This is shameful.

This company booked a load with me.... I set up with them... and literally told me someone came in $300 cheaper AFTER BOOKING THE LOAD WITH MY TRUCK. WHAT an operation they have going on over there..... wouldnt recommend by any means.

We started out very strong with our relationship with AuptiX 3 months ago. Good rates, good service. They offer options that other brokers dont have. The last 3 loads with AuptiX were a complete disaster. We can tolerate a bad load once in a while, but not consistently. 3 loads were over a week late for pickup and delivery. AuptiX provided no communication, no support and did not offer to discount the rates. We ended up paying full price for very poor service. We will not be booking with AuptiX in the future.

These guys are highly available and I do believe that they want to provide superior service. PLEASE NOTE: the pricing is an ESTIMATE, and what they charge you may vary from that number. I selected specific day pickup for my shipment at an (apparently estimated) premium and it was ultimately picked up three (3) business days later, on a day that wasnt even scheduled.

We called about a partial load from River Grove, IL to Silver Lake, WI. The guy was going to give this to us until he asked if we have a warehouse. We told him we do. He told us he cant give us the load because we HAVE A WAREHOUSE which had NOTHING to do with the load. We told him they can even put a seal on the truck because the guy is not going to our warehouse, we have a different yard for the trucks. They said we cant do the load because those are their rules. This is the MOST ridiculous thing we have EVER heard. Us owning a warehouse prevents us to do a partial load. This company is a JOKE.

Our rep is somewhat difficult to get to by email, and their website is increasingly down lately, but if you manage to get a quote and the bill of lading, theyre often fairly competitively priced, although not always. The service level here seems rather minimal, though. If youre unfamiliar with working with the LTL/trucking companies to arrange pickups and coordinate the logistical details, youll probably want something else. If that isnt something difficult for you, and youre looking for price, check them out definitely.

Stay away from this company. Extremely unprofessional and unable to do their job. It took them 10 attempts in 30 days to find shipping. Our rep said “well good thing is your next shipment is on us”. When they finally found a truck, it was an oversized sprinter van which could barely fit the larger stainless tanks we were shipping. The driver was rushing us and after we had of the three on the truck we had to remove the third from the crate. It ended up being damaged because of this. The driver even damaged his truck trying to make them fit. Now that I have brought up the issues, the company has ghosted me. Not that I would use these horrible people even if they paid me, but so much for that false promise of a free future shipping.

This broker iThis broker is an absolute nightmare to deal with, we booked a load with them and they gave us a delivery address for a home. The deliver was scheduled for today morning 9am EST. Since last night we have been repeatedly calling/e-mailing them to get the right address but no one is willing respond. Finally we get an e-mail response at 9:20 EST apologizing for not responding, no solution was provided. At about 11am I get a call from someone for the same company asking me if I have trucks in the area, SERIOUSLY!! Instead of resolving my existing concern you guys have the audacity to call me asking for more trucks, when I asked to speak with the broker Branden Adams the call was transferred yet to another voicemail which no one responds to, Mind you we have tried calling & e-mailing at least 5-10 times before this. I called the numbers back since it was a different one than the rate confirmation, managed to bypass the IVR finally reached the broker who is telling me he is paying me to deliver the load, but of course if the delivery attempt to a residential address results in a ticket from the DOT that would be my responsibility. Not only was this broker rude, disrespectful & an absolute disgrace, he insisted that we deliver the load, to which my response was we will attempt delivery provided AuptiX, Inc. Freight Broker - MC 033945 would be legally responsible to pay for the ticket and not my company. The broker agreed, I got it in e-mail post a lot of insisting by me saying they will pay should a ticket occur due to delivery. Now my concern is should this situation occur and we do get a ticket I need to be absolutely certain that AuptiX, Inc. Freight Broker - MC 033945 will have to pay the ticket off. Also everyone steer clear from such brokerages, they guys are not at all professional, never respond back and wasted over 4 hours and I seriously doubt would be compensated for this . s an absolute

Scam Artists. Will terrorize you when you do not even have an account with them. Do not do business with this company. Will create fake invoices and charges and if you do not pay them they will then send collection agencies after you. Then when you don t pay the first agency they send Indian based phone terroisists after you that will cuss and threaten to kill you. No joke. This is the most disrespectful scam of a company ever. When asked for proof of an account, signed agreement for credit or any verification that our company did business with them the could not produce it. Only then after we calling the reality of there scam did they then attempt to collect money via a collection agency in Pennsylvania. Then from an foreign based collection agency in India. DO not do business with these people. Fair warning. When calling the company they purposely compartamentalize their operation so you will never get to speak with anyone incharge. everyone is a sales agent and only out to scam you as best as possible. They will change your invoices BOL and falsify the BOL to get cheaper rates and then when they change that info and their is a mistake that costs extra money they will then charge you for THEIR Mistake. Do not do business with this company. Once they have any of your information they will use it to scam you. EVEN if you never did business with them and some other company used them to ship an item. They will then say that because they picked up from your business address that that is proof you have an account with them and that you owe them for freight overages. These people will not listen to you after months of trying to call and correct their problem. Document Everything and provided proof and still when confronted with the fact that they are wrong they will then try to force you to pay with collection agencies. STAY AWAY... You have been warned.

Refuse to pay shipping damages. Have waited 5months for payment of a 10k claim. They issued a 3rd party investigation to determine if it was a total loss. It was determined that it was. They then only offered less than 7k to settle the claim. We agreed just to get it resolved. Now over 2 months later still no payment. We have had to hire 2 attorneys now and are still being given the run around. They admit the total loss, they just cant seem to get a check to us. This is the 2nd time in the 5 months we have had damage, in both situations we have been awarded the claim but no payment. Good luck using this company. Hopefully your shipment makes it in one peice, if it doesnt, be prepared to file a lawsuit.

I ship LTL and have been bouncing around between multiple logistics companies forever. The logistics companies would always give me a very low quote to start, but after a few shipments, the prices would get raised over and over again until I had to switch companies. I hated switching because finding a logistics company that understood how to handle large distribution centers with LTL was impossible and I would rack up late fee penalties. Auptix was next in line to try, I got great rates from them in the lanes they have high traffic. I didnt think much of this because all logistics companies had started out giving me low rates. However, I have been with them now for about a year now and I am still receiving these low rates! I have to say the reason I am writing this review is because my rep has been so great at helping me to find a solution to my specific shipping issues that I couldnt not let his bosses know how great of a job he is doing (Mandela B.). I had expressed my concerns to other reps before and they never took it as seriously as he did and I really appreciate that. The rates and the amazing rep is whats definitely keeping me with this company and I would recommend others to try Auptix, it really has reduced a lot of headaches for me. Lastly, I want to tell Mandelas bosses that he should ABSOLUTELY be promoted for his customer service skills, patience and determination, but I also dont want to lose him as my rep!

Auptix (Guaranteed Hubless) came thru for us with flying colors on a half-a-truckload move recently. Not only did the rate beat my tariffed carriers numbers they beat numerous other 3PLS rates to win the load. Booked a load with some guy in CA. Tells me we are good to go and places me on hold for almost 6 minutes. I call back on another line and they tell me sorry we cant book a load to ride shipment with you because you have a warehouse in another state. Didnt even have the guts to pick me back up and tell me there was an issue I had to call them back. Terrible broker to work with - stay away.

Not happy its Flock Freight now, they promised to pick up our equipment we needed the shipment returned and they didnt show up. I know something was wrong when the sales rep told me he wasnt going to read all the regulations for the pick up. Now their charging a shipping fee of $250.00 for shipping they never did. It wasnt like this when it was Auptix, I had an awesome rep that went above and beyond her duty.
