Worst and not behaving well, they treated my mom in law badly. Because of she was in hurry to get another customer she asked my mom to sit on another chair and thats why she fall down.

I walked in & no one said anything to me. I was just looked at. I needed my nails done & I didn’t want to travel that far, so I just started looking for a shade of polish. Three minutes later a Caucasian lady walks in & was INSTANTLY greeted. So I just walked out. I will NEVER return again, I’m sure they don’t care. Oh well. I will stick to my nail shop in Decatur that is much further from where I live. I am at least I’m appreciated as a customer & that’s worth the drive!

Well this place is good and all. My mom, two sisters I go here and I honestly feel like since the pandemic, they are charging everyone $100 for their nails. My sister got hers done yesterday, design very similar to mine but waaay shorter, charged $100. It really bugs me bc I like this place but they really need to stop ripping ppl off bc there is no way these sets should be $100, every time& no we do not get exotic designs. If anything a few rhinestones on ONE nail each hand but that’s about it. And too, my designs never last a week & this is the second time my nail bed has came off, can you say PAINFUL ?!

Id give zero stars if I could. My sister in law and I came here for the second time on January 6th 2021 and had horrible experience. They rushed and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. We both asked for coffin shaped and they turned out looking like blocky squares and my sister in laws looked short and super stubby. The guy left so much polish and glue on me and same with my SIL. They werent friendly either and the polish looks old. Long story short, Id pay someone to take these off me asap even though I just got them done.

I was supposed to have appointment with Andy at 10:00 a.m.. No one came untl 10:50 a.m.. When Andy came in the the salon he never even acknowledged me He didnt even do my nails the girl that did my nails was Kiki. She was good&I thank her but I will never return. So unprofessional far as Andy. I was there for 3 hours& I had a appointment. Not cool what so ever. Business is Business thats all I will say

This place has become extremely unprofessional. The new owner’s are no good. It’s very sad to see how low priority they make their customers. For starters, they NEVER answer their phones. NEVER! So scheduling an appointment is not always an option. Secondly, when they do answer their phones & you are able to finally get an appointment, they still have you wait an additional FOURTY FIVE MINUTES & the whole time you’re not even acknowledged! WHAT?!! What’s the point of scheduling then?? I understand that Covid has caused many places to be short staffed, however this should not be a reason for customer service & good work ethic to be as poor as it is. If you don’t have enough staff, simply say that there are no appointments available. This saves everyone time & also helps your employees to not be overwhelmed or rushed when providing services. I will not be returning & never again referring anyone to this nail salon. This is the second worst experience I’ve had here. The other one was recently when I came to get gel taken off my nails & I literally waited 30 minutes for nothing!! I just ended up getting my nails cut & left with a raggedy job of “gel removal”. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They have no sense of urgency to provide good customer service, it’s not even about nails anymore.On another note, Katie is & always has been AMAZING! She’s such a hard worker! The new owners could learn A LOT from Katie. Like professionalism for example. She’s the only person that will be missed.

Cindy at city nails is the best in Gwinnett! Her 25 years of of experience has helped me appreciate the veterans most in the nail game. City nails has professional workers that deserves RESPECT ! Its hard sometimes to keep up with everything when youre not doing an appointment only .A lot of nail shops are only doing that because of covid19 . I have been a customer of Andy’s for 2 years . I travel over a hour to get to his location because I love his work so much . On this past Sunday I had a 10am appointment . I arrived few minutes before my appointment and Andy didn’t show . I called him a few times and texted him .By 11:15, I left the shop because I had errands to run . I came back and the receptionist and owner told me Andy refuse to do my nails . Even though he was open because he next appointment didn’t show . I asked if I could talk to him because I was confused on why he didn’t want to do my nails after he missed my appointment . Which these nails were for my baby shower, I booked this appointment over a month ago . Not to mention I have been a loyal customer of Andy’s . I come faithfully, send him clients and leave a good tip . He saw me walk into the shop and walked off and basically told them he wasn’t going to talk to me or do my nails . All this because he didn’t show up to my appointment and didn’t want to simply correct his wrong . By this time it’s 3pm . I had been up since 8am, remind you I drive a hour to get to the shop which I did 2x that day and still didn’t get service . Please be aware that Andy isn’t professional at all and doesn’t care about his customers .

Salon salon I came to this nail salon on Saturday, March 27 and the service was awful. The lady at the front desk that me and the chair and left me there and no one acknowledge me. Everyone else got acknowledged except for me no one help me as far is my nails. And then the owner greeted other customersJust me as if I wasn’t there. I will never come here again.

I tried this salon for the first time today and I will NOT be back. I told my nail tech that she needed to file my nail down after the first nail had one coat of paint because I had had acrylics before that left an indention. She told me “I’m not done” then put on three thick and sloppy coats of paint to try to cover it. I told her again and she refused to fix it and made me pay full price. My nails look horrible now, I could’ve done a better job at home.

I came to this place to get my nails fixed after they started breaking a few days after getting them done. They said they would not fix them & that I would have to pay for a full set. After arguing with them for a while I said go ahead and just take them off then, and they said $15. So unprofessional and I will NEVER be coming back here. So ridiculous, they clearly dont care about their customers

I got my eyebrows waxed and they scabbed both my eyes up the wax wasn’t even warm when she put it on me.

Took my teen for a mom/daughter day of gel manicures. I usually go to the city nails in Loganville but since we were in Snellville, we decided to go here. Big mistake. The lady who did my manicure was rude and rushed through it. Didn’t even file half my nails, cut my cuticle until it bled because she was rushing through it so fast. She literally FaceTimed someone while doing my nails. At least the lady who did my daughters nails was decent. We will never come back to this location though!

So I have been on the hunt since my previous nail tech went MIA. I tried this place and loved it. I explained to the woman upfront how I like my nails to look and suggested I see Andy. I made my appointment and was not disappointed. He works fast and efficient! His technique is flawless and creating! Andy is definitely my new favorite. I also got a pedi and she was amazing! The staff is professional and accommodating. It’s safe to say, I have found my new spot.

Worst service ever. I got a brow wax and manicure and both were subpar. I had to have the woman TRY to fix my brows cause she made one thinner than the other. Now theyre uneven. The manicurist did a horrible job of polishing my nails and after sitting for 20 minutes under the nail dryer they were still not completely dry. I asked the owner if he had a more drying spray because the can was empty and when he went to look for it he started talking about paint chip colors with another staff member and never came back. Another ten minutes later I left and got in my car and the polish STILL smudge. The photos are a few hours after the services. First and last time. Never again.

After calling the salon back to speak with the owner I had gone back and she took care of the problems and explained how everything worked. She was very nice and informative and fixed the nails herself.*Disclaimer: this was written before I called the facility back and it was taken care of, the tags were poor quality and professionalism*Pedicure was really nice but I was highly disappointed in the manicure. It was my first time getting acrylic nails and I had made an appointment for 9 AM. After paying almost $70 for both the manicure and pedicure, I noticed the manicure was basically horrible. The tips weren’t painted, they’re crooked, the pinky nails are pointed up at a high angle, the thumb nail isn’t fully painted, there was already a chip in the other thumb nail on the side. On top of it all, I didn’t even get the design or color I wanted. They don’t look professionally done at all. When I went back inside to speak with the manager she had seemed fully insulted of what I had explained to her. The manager took a file and was going to just file one nail that was crooked. I asked for either a refund or for them to fix it. They denied the refund and in the end I walked out and never got the nails fixed. A waste of time and money and very poor service as well as management.

Lin was my nail technician and he did a great job on my nails. I was surprised great work and less expensive then my previous technician.

Not enough staff and very un organized employees are rude, evidently they cannot keep regular staff members it seems to change every month and I hope after waiting over half an hour I will get a pedicure. Iwhe it is 45 minutes I will leave and find another nail spa that has better ratings than this one, they have gone down on their customer service 🙄 😑New ownership needs to teach staff how to treat customers 🤔 with respect i was told 15 minutes for wait time try 35 minuted never been this way before.

If I had the ability to provide zero stars I would. My wife and visited the establishment about 5:40pm on 11/12/2020, They directed me to seat at a booth and someone would be with me shortly 20-25 minutes later I was still waiting. I was patiently waiting until a Caucasian woman came in sat down and was served immediately. I asked who assumed was the manager was I going to served and I was told my technician was cleaning her equipment and she will serve me shortly. That never happened so addressed the issue with the manager by letting him know his customer service made me feel as if I was being discriminated against and this wasn’t the first time this happened to me at this company. This was the second time I left without being served. It’s probably been a year since the first time. I’ll never go there again. Very rude and unprofessional.

Love City Nails & Spa! We live in Monroe and had been going to the City Nails & Spa in Loganville to see Vince and Amber to get our nails done for a year or so. When they moved back over to the City Nails & Spa in Snellville my daughters and I made the drive over to go see them over at that location and we were not disappointed. The salon is very clean and everyone is very nice. Glad we drove on out to see them! Will be back soon!

We purchased a Manicure and Pedicure. They did a good job, but the prices seemed higher than Ive paid at other places. Also, never was told the names of the ladies who were providing our service. It wouldve been nice.

They are actively taking your health into consideration. You must sanitize and wash hands, wear a mask and take your temperature. Their prices are fairly decent. Their service is great.

Everytime I come here I always have to come back the following week or every 3 days. The nails done by the workers look good for a day or three.. then it’s just like what happened? I got my feet done twice in the past 4 weeks and the polish chips off in under 4 days every time, which means I always need to come back to get them repainted. Their products are cheap, however it does look fancy but it’s a big coverup! I’m not so happy about what’s been going on for the past two months I’ve been testing this place out.

Its my first time here and my experience with the place is really great! Came in here as the first thing to do in GA. I flew here to visit a close friend and she took me here to relax and have some girls time. We both had a pedicure and manicure done. The place is really nice. Beautiful interior. Very clean and well organized. The lady who took care of me did a wonderful job. She is very attentive, took her time and did not rush through steps like many other places I have been to. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed and equipment is sterilized. They use good quality products so the pedicure felt so great and my nails now look fantastic with perfect shaping and perfect length just how I like it. Reasonable price. Really love the place, pretty much nothing to complain about. Highly recommended !!!

I have been going to this salon for 18 years and I constantly get compliments on my nails. They always do an excellent job. They do an excellent job and the staff is friendly.

So I had just moved here from Pennsylvania about a year ago and I started going to City Nails in Snellville when I moved here. I absolutely loved the work that they did. I am very picky when it comes to my nails as I like them to look like they are professionally done, because I mean lets face it, that is what we go there for. The new manager has always been such an absolute delight everytime that I go there. She is always so warm and welcoming and likes to make sure that you are completely taken care of. When I go I usually work with Nikki. She is absolutely AMAZING. I get ready to say something that I need fixed on my nails and she catches it before the words even come out of my mouth. She does an outstanding job! However, I went in yesterday to have my nails done and did not have the best experience. It was a very quiet session, and it felt like me being there was annoying them and more of a chore to them than earning my business. I understand that customers being picky sometimes can be a bit frustrating as I work in the customer service industry myself, but I feel as though you should never be rude to a customer for asking for what they are paying for. With that being said I have enjoyed going there but I do not know that I will be back. Good customer service is just very important to me.

I Didn’t like the color I picked yesterday and so when I came back today to see if there was any way they could help me out the changed it all immediately and didn’t even charge me for it since I paid yesterday. City Nails is BY FAR the most reasonable nail salon around! They even have coupons on the back of the Kroger receipts next door! Ive been twice now and absolutely love this salon! A must for me, they use fresh sterile instruments on every customer. While my nails werent what I asked for the second time, the owner Vince jumped in to fix it and did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied and happy. There are a plethora of techs to choose from. I just cant say enough about City Nails other than its definitely the BEST in Gwinnett County!

I would first like to share that City Nails is under new management . I say this to mention the fact that I am a regular and love the work of every technician that has been there for years . It’s unusual to run into any mistakes that may leave me unsatisfied . If I had any problems, the previous owners would handle the situation and/or find a solution that would keep me returning for future services. The new owners have poor customer service skills and appears to have snappy attitudes . There are new techs that leave regular customers unsatisfied. This is not a good look for the business and the employees who do a great job and have regular clientele . The owners need to tighten up their care for customers and listen before snapping and getting chatty about how much experience they have . It’s a coin toss if I decide to return .

Not sure why the reviews aren’t great. I used to come here a few years ago but stopped after I loved. Came today for an acrylic fill-in and gel polish. Cheaper than where I’ve bewn going and quality is great. Kim took her time and did a great job.

I loved it! I dont know what the reviewer who gave it one star is talking about but I love it!! Maybe its because it was before they renovated and improved literally everything they did. The place is huge and the atmosphere is what I loved the most about it too. Everyone was nice and I even got a free pedicure! They said it was an off day and had nothing to do! I dont know what an off day for them is with over half the place filled, but of course I didnt say no! The more you come here the more benefits you reap!

Nail techs are to pushy to up sell you, ask me four time if I did want more than a classic pedicure. Couldnt wait for my toes to dry to get my money, so one one my nails messed up getting my shoes on. Cost more than most nail salons, too.

Cindy is the absolute bomb! I’ve been coming to city nails for over 10 years but the new management just blows me away! Everyone is so nice and friendly, they’ve revamped the place entirely! There is hardly ever a wait, and if you do wait it’s maybe for 2 minutes! If there’s any issue at all Cindy is on it to correct the issue within minutes! I have bounced around to other salons but always end up back here! Only place in Gwinnett county I recommend ✨

I like this location. I live 40 minutes away and pass by numerous nails salons. My Technician is Jacky, shes really good, shes not in a hurry to get you in and out, she actually pampers you. Their utensils are clean and sealed, not sitting in a cup where the same utensils are used on the same person. I loved my Pedicure.

Really love this place. I came in today as a friend recommended and she was right, the place is great. Love the interior, beautifully decorated and organized. Staff is very nice and friendly. They have a great selection of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from and that made me have to rethink about the color that I wanted to go with when I walked in the door. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. They clean up the pedicure stations and sterilize their equipment after every use. Price is super competitive comparing to many other places I have been to considering the quality of service and products they have. Highly recommended !!

My first impression as I walked in was how pretty and peaceful the salon is. I had SNS nails and am very pleased with the whole experience. The were many many colors to choose from, and the nail tech did a great job with the shape. Afterwards he massaged my hands and arms and then used a hot towel to wipe the lotion off. That was an unexpected and unheard of special touch. I loved my experience and still be back.

Me and my daughter went here expecting to have a good time, and it was absolutely terrible. We were nicked multiple times by the equipment, as well as being forced to wait over an hour to get started on, even when it wasn’t busy. We got sns nails and tips, but the tips are loose and already lifting off the nail (it’s been lass than 24 hours), and the texture is rough and clumpy. My daughter got a nail color that had a slight sparkle in it, but because of the way they did her nails, there were streaks of glitter and sheer marks through each nail. They also need to update their sns color wheel. Both the colors we asked for were entirely different than the ones we received. We won’t be returning.

I have been going to this establishment for years now. New management has taken over and the new charges are unacceptable. I went in there yesterday to do the usual SNS nails and I only add tips if my nail breaks. Yesterday I did SNS with my natural nails and only put tips on two of my nails. I even cut down my natural nails due to how long it has grown. When the lady told me the final price something seemed off so I asked her to break down the costs. She told me that now they charge an extra $5 if your NATURAL nails are long. Not if you add tips, but if your natural nails are long to them they will charge you extra. I have never heard of any nail salon making this type of charge and I definitely will not be returning. Please be aware of any extra charges and ask for them to break down the costs when it comes time for payment.

When I say the same services I mean exactly the same ... so I shouldnt be charged differently. I suggest having prices in a place where they are easily seen by customers. Otherwise, it comes off as being deceitful.

Went to this nail place to the get my nails done. An eyebrow wax was force on me. The nails turned out right but the wax burn my eyelids. I called the next day to complain. The girl on the phone, she was going to speak to the manager. She came back and said put some ointment on it. Nothing they can do! Their words exactly. Pls beware of having eye brow wax done with them.

I went in this morning for a manicure. The lady who did my manicure was hopping all over the place (Bebe). She put the base coat on three and a half nails, then ran off to do something else, came back and painted my nails without putting the base coat on the other six and a half nails. She took off again to do something, came back and told me to move to the dryer. No topcoat either. Less than 7 hours later and my nails are all chipped.

Been going here for years, staff is great. But my favorite nail tech is Long!!! He is awesome

The technician was in a hurry and did a very poor job and when I came back I was told I would have to pay for additional service. It was barely over a week and I paid over $50. This is the second time I’ve had to return and I won’t use them again. Very disappointed with the manager.

I do not recommend you going to this nail salon . Not only did me and my friend have to wait 30 + minutes just for someone to assist us but also the lady who did my nails had a really bad attitude and rushed all throughout doing my nails. The place is very unorganized and I will not be going back

Its a good idea to make an appt. here . They have always been very friendly & helpful. Its been clean & they use sterile utensils. U may also bring ur own if u prefer. Color choices r greatIve been going here for yrs & they have stayed consistent. ;))

Jessica and Kim were on point. Awesome ombre nails, pedi, and eyebrows. Reception person, in the baseball outfit, took great care of us. Its getting better and better
