My daughter and I will not return! They were quick to take us in and the facility is cool and very comfortable. The pedicure was BOSS! Very pleased! She took her time and did an excellent job. The disappointing side were the nail techs, they rushed and although they make sure the nails wont lift after a week or so, they arent gentle at all.... My daughter said that she kept filing away on her soft delicate nails and my tech apparently cant see cause they were uneven and I told him sport length, but had to go somewhere else and get them cut down 😒. When I tried to point out that one of the nails has a bubble he acted as if he didnt understand me turned the drying machine off got up and walked away..... for $128! So rude 😤 never again!

This is not my first bad experience with Bellagio but it’s been increasingly and become habitually bad. Today, my visit started with not having the majority of the gel colors. My pedicure began with cold water, I had to ask for warmer water twice. This photo is of dust in my polish on my middle finger and lack of a properly fitted extension on my ring finger and nails that aren’t even painted on the sides. Unfortunately, this manicure was rushed from the moment I chose my color to it’s “completion” which doesn’t make sense because when he was finished he sat next to me for an additional 25 minutes just conversing with the wonderful lady that did my pedicure. Had he put as much effort into my nail set as he did giving his monologue, I’d have a beautiful set of nails. However, she is the reason for the 2 stars because she took her time and gave me a PERFECT pedicure! Otherwise I Would’ve given 1 star. It’s not perfect enough to ignore these continued bad experiences though. This was my last visit here

Terrible experience felt stressed and rushed to make decisions. First time here and likely to be my last! When I didn’t go with whatever suggestions were made by nail technician they would immediately talk in their own language making me feel terrible. Not only poor customer service but also poor quality. I have been doing SNS for years and never once had my nails crack a week after getting them done. Take a look. I would have posted sooner but didn’t get around to it. I feel like if you’re going to have a beautifully decorated salon and offer upscale services the customer service and quality should match up. I was so disappointed bc I was looking forward to finding a nail salon so close to my house.

Julie is a fabulous nail tech! Professional and polite. If I have one complaint, it would be I made an appointment and I still had to wait upwards of 30 minutes. All time pet peeve - salons overbooking & taking walkins. Be respectful of my time. However, they were extremely apologetic and it was worth the wait. I will definitely return to the salon again.

I went here on Sunday and was early. The manager communicated that they were not open yet but would be able to service me. I would suggest making an appointment if you want to be seen as soon as you walk in. Overall the service was great and much different than what I have experienced in the Bronx. I would recommend to others.

Let me start by saying they do a beautiful set of nails. The facility is very pretty. But thats where the niceties end. They are so rude and so pushy that I am undecided if I can go back even though its the best nails Ive ever had. They will start your service and then leave you sitting there for 20 minutes while they go start somebody elses or do eyebrow waxing or whatever else needs to be done. Again its a beautiful facility I just wish they werent so rude.

I gave a very clear picture of a natural nail color I wanted and was assured over and over the color they recommended would match what I wanted after 2 nails I kept asking and she kept telling me to trust her once it’s finished being dipped the color will match…IT DID NOT MATCH!! Looks like I have pastel peach orange nails nothing natural about it!! Told and showed the tech and management and they just looked at me shrugged their shoulders and told me my picture was photoshopped! If that was the case in the beginning you wouldn’t have guaranteed you could do the work!!! It’s a natural color nothing hard no design! This is not the same place since new management!!! Terrible Cheap poor quality tacky work!!

I dont usually write reviews, but Ive had nothing but a great experience here. I came when it first opened and havent stopped coming since I decided to write because I went today and had the best experience I was welcomed at the door and felt like they cared. I had Julie today, and I will be going to her from now on. She is so patient and kind and generous with her work! She asked if I wanted a design, and I said, Why not because I wanted to do something different, I didnt know what to choose, so I left it all up to her, and I was shocked by the results. She did terrific if you need a tech get Julie! I love this salon and deserve the best : )

I was able to set a same day appointment, which I enjoyed being able to walk-in and be seated immediately. Jill did my pedicure, she was calm and patient because I definitely was a klutz and messed up my polish. She redid with no issues. Thank you

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Run away don’t go here! Cheap unprofessional work. Staff is not up to date on current nail designs and art. They overcharge it’s dusty and not clean. Staff is older and regardless of your requests they will do old school nail jobs and charge way too much! This used to be a nice place but they have a entirely new staff and it’s terrible now!

Its a beautiful nail salon! The atmosphere is very calming and serene. So why 4 stars?The nail tech started rushing towards the end and my gel polish looks a little bumpy and she missed a couple spots (zoom in and take a look).Other than that, I had a perfect experience!

BEWARE: I contracted a horrible foot infection after receiving a pedicure here. Suffered pain, swelling and rash. After two visits to ER and two different antibiotics, still hasn’t completely healed.

It was okay. Rushed, even though it was not busy. Quality was not bad. They did my fingernails and toenails at the same time. Not a fan of this but understand why they do it this way. Simple manicure and pedicure. Got French gel tips on fingernails. They turned out a tad messy looking. Got one color on toenails and they looks fine.Update: most nails have peeled a day later. Have not done intense activities involving my hands.

I got my nails painted here and on the same day, they started chipping. It’s now been 3 days and my nail polish is almost all the way gone. I do not suggest this nail salon.

They lie about S&S is good for your nails. They say this because they want to upscale and make more money. S&S weaken your nails.. They will tell you a lie to get your money. Stop getting those products on your nails. It is not good for them to grind your nail 💅. Do them your self.

Bellagio Nair Bar in Snellville is our new favorite spot for all things nails. We had the best pedicures we have ever had and the service was extremely friendly and nice!

To start, this place is absolutely beautiful inside. Took my son here and we both got pedicures. I got my eye brows waxed and my nails filled and the color changed! I have to say Julie was AMAZING!! She did an amazing job on my nails. I feel so terrible that I don’t remember the names of the ladies who performed our pedis but they were absolutely incredible! Very professional, no digging too deep. A very painless experience EVEN WHEN IT CAME TO THE BANK ACCOUNT!! I would have expected to pay way more than what I did for the services we received. I have been looking for a nice nail shop for a while now and I found it!!! This place is nicely decorated and professional, and the nail techs are super friendly. Tony did my nails just the way I wanted them! I did not have one complaint! I will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

Great nails that still look new a week later. They only had issues doing designs. One lady in the whole salon was only able to do designs. Everything seemed very complicated for them to do design wise since they had to get one person who was skilled in designs to do them. I ended up avoiding designs to avoid complications. Nails were high quality and expensive but the confusion about the designs caused me not to give a full 5 stars.

So I decided to get regular polish on my toes and the next day I had to go back because one of my toes was almost missing all of its polish. I went back and they fixed it. In the days following, I would wake up and some of my toes would have chipped over night and were missing polish and I wasnt going to keep going back. How much are you guys thinning your polishes that it literally falls off in my sleep?

Beautiful nail salon. I only went in for a gel pedicure and the nail tech did a great job. They have a big menu with many options. The prices vary depending on your needs / preferences. I will return again :)

Just came from the nail bar today, 09/16/2020. Had a good time. My mom got Tracy and her pedicure came out so amazing, love the purple. She got the eucalyptus scrub with perafine wax and she said it was lovely. Michael and Lori(dont know if I spelled it correctly) did my manicure and pedicure. The orange, pumpkin-like, color looks great on my skin. My feet feel so soft and look like a whole new set of feet with the cool therapy scrub. Lori had a workout scrubbing the calluses off my feet. Michael did the acrylics and love the almond shape. He was also an awesome conversationalist. They offered customers water, thank goodness, a girl was thirsty. The place was very clean. Before and after service, they sprayed hand sanitizer on hands. Overall nice people, great service and clean environment.

I had a pedicure and got sns nails about a week ago. I am extremely satisfied with my pedicure. However, I will seek another nail tech for my SNS next time. She was not that friendly and 2 of my nails were place on crooked. She got offended when I told her. Moreover, I will give them a try once again. Laurie took her time with my pedicure. I will definitely request her the next time I need services.

I requested nail art and they said they could do it, so I proceeded to pick out the base coat color. The art looked like a young child did it, so they took it off, but because I got gel nails I am now stuck with a base coat color I don’t like. I would have picked a different color if they had just said they could not do what I wanted.

I do not recommend! i went in and asked for acrylic and got them but not in the right shape, length, or color! i even told her!! she also took the electric thing to my cuticles and DUG down!!! there is paint alllll over my fingers. i’m livid i’m not going back ever! and highly do not recommend.

I visited for the first time recently. I received a pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish. My pedicure was done well, but before putting my shoes on, I asked the nail tech,Are you sure my polish is dry? She replied, yes. I had to return the next day. Once I returned home and removed my shoes, I noticed the polish was smudged. While doing my nails the tech stopped filing my nails, proceeded to use the same file to remove nail glue from underneath her nail. WTH?! Also, she stopped doing my nails to use her cell phone. My nails were too thick, it looks like a glob of acrylic is laying on top of nails, not blended or smoothed out properly and do not have the shape I requested. When I returned the next day another tech was kind enough to try to reshape my nails. I appreciated the tech trying to fix my nails, but it did not help much. They need to hire skilled techs. My time is valuable. No one wants to spend 2 hours in a nail salon and not receive proper service and have to return the next day. The shop is nice and staff is pleasant, but that is not enough to keep me coming back.

I have been a customer for this location for years but will no longer continue to do business with this place. The “new manager” is rude and a coward. I have been coming here all through COVID and have never wore a mask but today I was told I have to wear one because another customer had an issue. Instead of dealing with that issue, the manager decided to ask me to wear a mask.This place has a sign posted that states they are not responsible if anyone catches COVID but they choose to tell me, a loyal patron of several years to leave. In addition to that, the nail technicians give customers attitude.Loyalty means nothing to these people so save your money and go somewhere else. There are barely any good nail techs here anyway.

My go-to nail salon! 🙌🏼💅🏽I’m admittedly pretty picky about my nails. For SNS/powder— I want it to look natural, so not too thick and shaped nicely. Tee just knows exactly what I want (from day 1!) and never disappoints! I book Amy for my pedis and she is so precise and sweet. I’m always happy!It truly is a relief that I found a nail salon I feel comfortable in— they’re very respectful. Tee + Amy are truly good people and are truly good at their craft. I recommend them 100%! Oh, and they’re clean, which is comforting during these times. 💯

Went for pedicures with my wife. The salon is great and we loved the appeal of the shop during the week verses the weekend. This experience was great because we were introduced to Tee who was excellent!

Omg I love this place my nails are amazing. I came in with broken nails from another salon and was so upset. Mai hooked me up and did an amazing job above and beyond what I expected. Before coming a client, I called to see how instruments were disinfected between clients. I was told they were cleaned in a machine. I asked if they were disinfected by an autoclave (like hospitals do the surgical instruments) and I was told again it was a machine. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager. I asked if he would go see what was on the machine as to what it was. I was told it was none of my business as to how instruments were cleaned and he hung up on me. I had been going to a salon that I found out was using autoclave packages in a machine that was not an autoclave. That is the reason for my concern.

I love this salon. I have been using this salon since they opened. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend Tony if you want a pedicure. He takes his time, so you never feel rushed. I always get the gel polish which last me for 3 to 4 weeks.

Each visit is a Spa experience and pampering session. I usually schedule appointments with Amy and she is very attentive, friendly, and serves me with a genuine smile. I always feel wonderful when she is done and look forward to my next relaxing moment.

This is my first and last visit. I was recommended to come here and I’m dissatisfied. My nail tech (Christina) was a little aggressive with her attitude. And she didn’t do a good job with my nails. Yes the shape is pretty but i can still see streaks in the nails. One of my nails broke off and it hurts and i didn’t want her drilling it. I told her no like 7 times and she still insisted on doing it. You don’t need to drill down my nails, just put the nail on. The lady doing my feet didn’t really scrub it to the best of her ability. She did a sloppy job on my nails to the point where i had to ask the manager to give me another nail tech to redo my nails. I also got here at 2:30pm and I’m just now leaving at 5:45pm. There’s no reason why i should’ve stayed here this long and there was no wait time. I’m just over it. Won’t be coming back

Horrible experience with Manager 1:25:21 10am. Walked in here to deliver something not realizing I was in the wrong location. Manager was very upset and angry screaming at me insulting words she even walked away and shouting even as i apologize. To the Owners I hate giving low ratings BUT you need to treat people that DONT look like you with respect I guess if I was a customer would have been treated better.

Asked for purple ombré and even had a picture of what I wanted... The color is uneven, some nails are crooked and the acrylic is sloppy and covering my actual skin... The top coat isn’t even covering the whole nail. Seems like every other visit to this place I have issues.. Def not coming back

I got the sugar scrub pedi. She rubbed my legs/feet for 1 minute and10 to 20 seconds each. So a total of approximately 5 minutes. Shortest rub Ive ever had.

The one reason I started coming to this place was my old place couldn’t understand the value of making an appointment. They would leave you waiting forever. The owner of this establishment told me the first time they will take care of me. But just like every other place one you become and established customer you are no longer important. I made and appointment today I even gave them the courtesy of offering a time tomorrow if it was better for them. No I was told come in at seven and try to be a little early so she can start me no later than 7. I show up at 640 and was willing to wait twenty minutes for my appointment but no I was told I will have to go to someone else because who I made an appointment for just started someone else. I will never go in this establishment again. It’s called respect of people’s time! I didn’t just walk in I called and spoke to you and u sent me an appointment reminder via text and still gave my appointment away. Forget all the referrals I’ve sent your way!! Thumbs town terrible customer service!!!

They younger lady that did my daughter’s nails did and awesome job. The older lady that smelled of garlic did a horrible job. First of all, the length and shape was not what I requested and she tried to explain to me that it was because of my nail bed was wide. As if this was my first time ever getting my nails done. Let’s not forget her being rude. Lastly, the only good thing is the decor is awesome and other than the lady that did my nails they are friendly.
