Never had a bad experience at Wisteria Nails. always great customer service & not bad at all prices. also a tip, check out the male nail techs for your instagram inspired nails. & their special pedicures are sooooo lovely.

Kenny and Jamie are the best nail techs. Cindy, the owner, is annoying. You tell her specifically what you want and she will say, “ and pedicure” or “and eyebrows”, etc… Um no. Please give me what I asked for unless you’re offering a special on the other things you’re naming. Also, I got a fill on my ombré nails… this was the worst fill ever. I was leaving out of town so unfortunately I could not go back. Cindy, Kenny, or Jamie usually do my nails, this time another worker did them and they look horrible. I was so disappointed. The other issues that displease me ha e nothing to do with services provided to me, but things I have witnessed that have made me question if I should continue to go there. A lady brought her daughter back after getting her eyebrows done and showed Cindy how she cut up her daughter’s face. Cindy refused to give her her money back and said her face would heal in 3 days. And the. Went on to tell the mother her daughter just had sensitive skin.

I love going to them. Cindy got me right this time but jimmy is great too!

These people do not care about doing whats right they only care about the money I came in on July 2nd and got a fill-in and my nails painted for 15 for fill-in $3 for my nails painted and a $2 tip on July 10 I seen my real nail no tips just a overlay under one was black not think it was fungus I thought it was hair dye. Three days later my nail fell off I seen my real nail was black. Went up to the shop the manager of the shop said it not my fault it your fault we are not going to do for free.How can I get my nails redone when it has fungus on it

I asked for white, SNS, round-shape, short nails. The young boy, who did my nails, made 3 of my nails very uneven and too wide. I politely told him that I felt my nails were uneven and wide. He said, “It looks fine. I’ll give you $5 discount. I have more customers to do.” I replied, “Can you fix the nails please? The price isn’t the issue, my nails are.” He proceeded to speak in a different language to his coworkers, which I assume he was talking about me because his coworkers kept looking at me. I felt very uneasy, and decided to quietly ask another black woman (sitting beside me) on her thoughts on my nails. She agreed that they looked very unprofessional, apologized that I had to experience this treatment, and advised that I stand up for myself. So, I asked the person who did my nails (who already moved on to another customer), if he can redo my nails. He became upset, and went to the owner (a woman). The woman comes to me and says, “We are very busy. If you want your nail redone, you will wait. I can give you $5 discount so you can go.” I told her that I was dissatisfied with my nails and felt very disrespected by the service. I waited 20 minutes to get my nails redone. The person who did my nails was very rude, while redoing my three fingernails, and kept having his coworkers in my personal space, as they all spoke their language next to me. I still tipped out of the goodness of my heart, but I will never return here. The entire staff made me feel unheard, and was very unprofessional. And I wasn’t the only one that they mistreated that day.Very disappointed customer

Definitely Jimmy for your nails, Lily for your pedicure, and Cindy for your lashes/brows…been going since they opened 5 years ago

To my brothers and sisters. Take your business somewhere else. Do NOT spend money where we are not wanted. We have to learn to stick together. They DO NOT WANT US THERE. There was snickering /gossip and I heard them talk about a few of the older women of color. I can’t say much on here because I don’t want my post deleted. My daughter speaks the language and I know they were unaware. She translated to me what they were saying. There are a TON of nail salons in the area. Take OUR business somewhere else. People of color ARE NOT WELCOMED!!

I went here Aug 26 2020 I absolutely luv my nail shaping even thou I had a hard time choosing my color they helped me every step of the wayI ended up getting sns powder which was great !My very first time trying sns powder and i will be using again .. I totally need a filling and some tlc at this point. I will show picture of how it looks now today is Oct 12 2020 && hopefully when Wisteria nail sees this they will remember to post the pictures they took before i left the shop :) pleaseee lol

It was my first time coming to this nail salon and I can honestly say that everyone there is very kind and very detail oriented, my only flaw was that one of my nails chipped before I could leave the parking lot due to under nail acrylic, but I was reassured by Cindy that if anything were to happen that I could just stop by and get it fixed with no explanation and that with itself gave me reassurance and found me my new nail haven! They are all very talented and eager to please customers, and as a bonus they give great pedicures and make sure to scrub all dead skin leaving your feet smooth as a babies bottom! If you’re in the area give them a try and trust me you will not turn back. They tend to be a little busy, but who doesn’t like a busy nail salon, that just tells you they are doing everything right!

First time here and I love how my nails look!! although it was pretty busy so make sure u have enough time to spare I got there at three and was done by five

So I normally go to Jimmy or the other guy that sits right next to Jimmy, however, this time Cindy did my nails. I got my nails done on Sunday and by Tuesday they started to lift. Here it is Saturday and my nails are completely off!! I wear short nails and they normally last AT LEAST a month! NOT THIS TIME. Terrible terrible.

I really love this place. Me and my husband went there March 17 and he has never had a pedicure and he told me that he is going next time. My nails are phenomenal. Cindy was my nail tech and she did everything that I asked very professional. The ladies who did my pedicure and my husbands pedicure was amazing. I will be back and so will my husband. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

There is a guy in there that is not nice! He refused to complete my nails after I asked them to all match in color once he finished my single nail fix. He got up and said he was not doing that today. Ive never had an experience like that ever in my life. Very disappointing especially when they arre so close to me.

I’ve been coming to this place for months now the guys do an amazing job they were busy at the time when I came in so Cindy did my nails she was all over the place my nails came out crooked design that I wanted didn’t come out the way I showed her in a the picture. Horrible experience !!! Never coming back again!!!!

Horrible. I got my nails done on Saturday morning and by Wednesday, four of my nails had cracked or broken off. I know it’s not me because I have NEVER had any issues with my nails at the salon I typically go to. I had to pay for an entire mew set because my nails looked so bad.

Terrible service. Will never be back. My nails were filed crooked had to get someone to fix them.

Great place! I only let Jimmy do my nails! He can do anything you show him and they have great service!

I visited this nail salon and I was not disappointed they did a great job on my nails and feet. They gave me exactly what I requested.They were Covid19 safe, they took great precautions. I was very pleased with their mannerism and professionalism. I think this will be my New nail salon.

Ms Lele gives the BEST pedicures and shes a sweetheart. Jimmy nd Kenny hands down in my opinion are two on the best Nail Techs Ive ever seen, their Superb and my daughter and I nails are on point 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My nail tech went above and beyond to help me find the perfect 5 colors for my set the massage felt so good and I love what she did with my lashes will definitely be back in two weeks

It was so unprofessional, i told the man i did not like the application and they over charged me without telling me . me and the man were arguing and he started being aggressively

Went there and he messed up my shape and color and still expected me to pay. they charged my card an extra $10

I got SNS and a pedicure here and my nails started chipping the same day. By the end of the week, 6 of my nails had cracked and were lifting. I wasn’t doing anything strenuous. They are so bad that one chipped while I was zipping up my jacket. My toenails look okay, but my pedicure was not done well at all.
