My experience was amazing! I made sure to get my bridesmaid dress done in plenty of time for the wedding and she did an amazing job hemming and bringing it in slightly at a reasonable price, but I then realized just a few weeks before the wedding that I had lost weight due to my new job. I panicked and immediately brought it back, she was incredibly sweet and brought it in for me again at no charge. It looks PERFECT now and the bride and I both feel a sense of relief. 100% recommend coming here.

Michelle was wonderful. I needed an alteration urgently, I got in the Snellville location early around 9:15 am (before opening time), she was cleaning the front door and I ask her if she could take me in for an alteration. She was so nice to let me in, I tried my dress and she gave me great advise to make the dress look even better than I expected. She agreed to fix the dress in 3 days, but the next day she was calling to come and try the dress for a final touch if needed. It was just perfect Thank you

This place is outrageously expensive. We took a bridesmaid dress to get altered in 3 places. They quoted us $200 to do the alterations needed. Mind you, the dress only cost $110. We found a great place in Plaza Las Americas that did the same 3 alterations needed for $40 total. Queens seriously needs to lower their ridiculously high prices

The seamstress is so nice and friendly. They did a great job on my daughter’s bridal shower dress and wedding dress. They explain what needs to be done and they listen to the customer. The alterations were done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. They are the best alteration shop In Snellville GA. I was in desperate need for a seamstress two weeks prior to NYE and did not know of any referred places in the area. The owner of Queens was able to alter two formal dresses in a week and even had me back in time for a second fitting, to ensure both dresses fit perfectly, and they did! She even was nice enough to make me a cute black and glittery face mask to match one of my formal gowns :) This will definitely be my go-to spot any time I need alterations done. Great quality and service, also fairly priced :)

This is the only seamstress I go to. I get uniform patches sewn on for my job and she always does a perfect job. She has always been quick with the order, and she is very polite and friendly with customers. If you are in or around the Snellville area, I cannot recommend this business enough! Money well spent!

While I dont normally write reviews I just had to share the terrible experience my daughter and I had at this place last week. I would avoid this place if at all possible, but if you do decide to go there ask her for an estimate BEFORE she spends a second of her time on the item you want altered. We took my daughters wedding dress there for hemming which only needed hemming in the front part of the dress. The woman, who I assume was the owner of the shop, told my daughter to put on the dress so she could take a look. She proceeded to spend about 5 minutes doing a little pinning and marking. After that we asked her how much she would charge us to do the hemming. She proceeded to quote us a price of about $320. Lets just say we were very surprised and dumbfounded at such an exorbitant charge for what would be a pretty simple job. At that point we decided to take the dress somewhere else for another estimate. This did not make the woman happy at all and she proceeded to tell us that we would have to pay her $20 for her 5 minutes of pinning if we took the dress out of her store. Needless to say we were very shocked at her attitude, but rather than get into a confrontation we paid the $20 and left, but not before she nastily removed all her pins from the dress first. Finally, one last comment I will make is that throughout our interaction with the woman, that is BEFORE things turned ugly, she repeatedly criticized my daughters wedding dress, pointing out all its flaws and even how she knew it had to have been made in China even when we were told it had not been. Not a good way to run a business if you ask me.

She did an amazing job with alterations on my scrub pants. She patched some and adjusted the length of others. All fit perfectly now. Check out her cloth masks. Everyone loves mine.

Brought in a suit that did not fit well at all, and she was able to alter it to fit perfectly with a nice modern twist! 10/10 recommend!

I flew into town on a Thursday for a Saturday wedding and had my alterations finished the next day. Incredible work and my entire suit looked great. I appreciate the speedy turn around, if Im in town again youll be my first choice.

I ordered my dress from a local bridal store but it ended up being WAY to big. It was a strapless ballgown and need to be very fitted up top. The owner of Queens Alterations did an excellent job making the dress fit perfectly. It makes me much more comfortable about the wedding day knowing my dress will fit well. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful! I came to Queens Alterations because my dress fit too loosely and when I went to go pick it up, it felt like a totally new dress! The dress fit perfectly and it was very flattering. The shop is such a cute little place and the owner was welcoming and she was incredibly nice. The customer service was amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and I will continue to go there. I would definitely recommend 11/10! :)

This lady is by far the best Ive ever had the pleasure dealing with. She was extremely fast and accommodating to me being in a rush. I would reccomend her services.

I am pregnant now and needed to alter the back of my dress so I could fit in it. The work done on my dress was amazing. I had a corset added and the zipper removed so that I could adjust the tightness of the dress myself and not have it too tight on my belly. I also took my dress in a week before I needed it. My experience here was amazing!! I have nothing bad to say!! Thank you!!

This lady saved my daughters prom, literally. We found a dress last minute, a week before prom. Everyone turned us down for last minute alterations. The customer service was great and she made us feel very welcome. Even though she was very busy, she constantly checked on my daughter throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back!

I went to Queens Alterations because it had such good reviews. Im so glad a I did! I went in to have my floor length dress hemmed & while she was doing what she needs she asked if Id like to have it more mermaid style. I had no idea she could even do that! After getting my dress back & seeing how even more beautiful it was I was so excited I made this choice. I will use her for everything!

They are great, fast, and excellent quality work. We had daughter had her prom dress made in our hometown in Michigan. The dress was awful poorly made. I had a small catastrophe with my dress while it was here. It was not their fault but the dry cleaners she took it to. Repeat not her fault. She does a great job and felt really bad about this. The cleaners made it right and it all turned out fine. I have used her before and she is great at what she does. I recommend her for any job you need done.

Sorry for the long review but I need to share how much I appreciate Queen’s Alterations. My 24yr old son uses a wheelchair for mobility. A week before a wedding in which he was best man, we realized the suit he was meant to wear did not lay right. Queen’s Alteration - even without meeting my son - talked through the issues I saw with the suit when my son had it on and was sitting in his wheelchair...the shoulders rose up because the suit jacket bunched up in the back, the pants fit him but he needed more room to be able to manuever in his chair, the sleeve lengths, the shirt not staying tucked into his pants. Within a week they gave us back practically a new suit that fit him so much better. My son was so proud of his appearance. Thank you Queen’s Alterations! We’ll be back!

I have been a customer here numerous times and have been so pleased with everything Keum Ja Shim has altered and repaired for me. She has repaired aprons, shortened long sleeves to 3/4-length sleeves, sewn plackets of my shirts to prevent gaping at the buttons, and shortened pants, etc. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for the detailed work she does. I highly recommend her and her business!

I decided to go with Queens since it says 15 years experience plastered on the window. Cool. So I tried my dress on, she measured me while I wore her heels which were the same size as my wedges and she measured the length to cut off. After hearing the price quote of $40 for such an easy quick job I felt hustled but reluctantly paid because I was going to get a dress that fit me as a result. Unfortunately I went to pick my dress up and it was almost as if nothing was done to the dress. Im 52 and hemming a maxi dress requires some serious chopping. I even walked around with the dress and tripped inside the store. She was hesitant to redo her work maybe because of pride issues or whatever but I had to stand up for myself and get what I paid for. I picked the dress up and after trying it on at home Im still upset to report that its too long and still drags in the back. Instead of going back a 3rd time I decided to just do it myself since she seemed really unhappy about having to rework my dress the first time.I quickly learned on YouTube tonight how to hem delicate chiffon fabric like mine and was thankfully able to do it myself with it still looking professional. I would only recommend her if you dont have your own machine and have no other options. I spent extra money on an expensive dress just to end up fixing myself. She also left pins on the sleeves where she told me she would do for free but I guess changed her mind at some point. Lol. You live and learn! The lady is kind of nice though if that counts for something. Maybe others will get better service from her, but this was my experience.

I had an amazing experience! The lady who works there was welcoming, fun, and knew what shes talking about. She make great suggestions to insure you look great in your dress according to body type. I went there maybe 6th or 7th, dress was done by the 10th! I didnt need it till the 21st. She works fast! The place itself is clean and appealing. If ever need to, I would go back! Btw, her pricing is reasonable. It all just depends on what she needs to do.

I love this queen alternate, the owner of this shop she did above and beyond for me and bring a tear on my eyes when I was going around snellville to get my sons uniform in the Air Force to get it clean coz he need it by Monday no dry cleaning around snellville able to do it by Monday . I just happen to past this cleaners and stop to ask if they can pls. Clean and press my sons uniform and she did not hesitate to take my sons uniform and she did it right there and then and she did not charge me when she finished and she said I have a son in the U. S Navy so I know how you fell at the end of all that she gave me a hug and said tell your son thank you for serving our country that make me fell so good that there is still people out there to do things from there hearts she is wonderful overall.

If I could give no stars I would. I had three items to fix they only fixed one and they left the pins in them. I took it back and they still sent it back without being cut.
