A great store with friendly service. Very inexpensive and he does a great job!!! I had an issue with my favorite wedges! They are not in bad shape and hated to throw them out. I was willing to spend a lot to fix them and keep them but it was only $15 and he took care of the other shoe too so it wouldn’t happen to that one! So excited to have them fixed! Will take two more pairs there next week! Not a long wait at all too!!

Quality of service is really good. If you need an alteration done within 24 hrs this is the place. They do, however charge a extra fee for quick turnarounds.

While it’s fresh in my head. I took my thigh high black heel boots to this business. They man told me he was able to attach a new button that was missing and clean them for $35. I express to him that I needed the boots before Saturday. He assured me he would have them ready by Thursday or Friday. No one called me so yesterday I called and asked about them. A lady answered and said someone would call me back in an hour. No one called!!! I woke up today to call and THEY ARE CLOSED. So now I have to find new shoes to wear for my birthday dinner tonight. I am so upset and disappointed.

They are just great at what they do. I needed my birthday outfit altered and went to them about 4 days before. At first I was worried due to having to rush to get there by closing. The owner offered to stay later just so I can get my items. Now if that is not customer service I do not know what is!!!! I will definitely be using them every time!

Able to get purse strap repaired for low and done on time

Had 2 patches to add to a letter l leather vest, a lil pricy to sew on 2b small patches at 15$ a piece. Hit work though. Whatever you take there expect to leave for 2 to 3 days for pick up

They always do an excellent job!! Great customer service and affordable prices for alterations of clothes (Im petite) and fixing broken bags (purses, backpacks). Trust me I been through a few bags. They will also work with your schedule if you have to pick up something a little sooner than the date they initially give you.

Great place to do alteration on your clothes. I will be going back with a couple of my pants. Her price is good and she pay attention to details.

Absolutely superb customer service! My daughter’s prom dress was altered from a size 12 to a size 2. The seamstress and Joy, the owner, were patient and professional in ensuring we were satisfied with the service. The price was affordable and the availability to schedule was phenomenal. I am a happy customer!

If I could give them no stars, I would. My future mother-in-law took her mother of the groom dress here for alterations. Were talking a simple hem, you guys. The result of a 2 week turnaround was horrific. The dress was cut uneven on the right and left sides. THEN, the back was longer than any of the other sides. This created a horrible mullet look. Not only did the woman wreck her very expensive dress, because lets be real -the dress isnt gonna grow back like incorrectly cut hair... AND the wedding is three days away where she has no time to buy another dress and have it altered. All of this said, the company took zero liability of the problem. There was no refund offered, there was no compensation for destroying her expensive dress itself, and there was no apology - zero responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE!

This shop was wonderful with previous owner, but new owner has not continued the same level of completed work.I took a curtain in to have it copied. Bought material and asked if they felt they could follow the same pattern. They said they could. When I went to pick it up, it was too short and too wide. I was so disappointed!I did get a refund and reimbursement for the material, though.They just are not as polite and able to do a good job.

Outstanding work. They make a suit look like it was made for you! Your clothes fit perfectly and you look much more polished after you bring them here for alterations. In the rare case something is wrong, they fix it if you Bring it back right away. Some people gIn or lose weight and then complain weeks later, which isn’t fair. Bring it back right away and it’s redone perfectly. Usually perfect the first time!

I bring every item of clothing that I purchase to One Stop. They are experienced in tayloring high end clothing and I would refer them to any and everyone. Quality of service is fantastic and the staff is great. Would definitely recommend!!

They did an awesome and speedy alteration on a bridesmaid dress that was way too big for me. They made it fit me like a glove! Will definitely get all my alterations done here from now on!

Here is the reason I am giving this business a one star, it is not because they do bad work they are pretty good; however, can be rude. I had a few items altered previously with no problem but this one time things did not go well.Along with a clothing item, I had a purse and two pairs of shoes I needed repaired. To make a long story shorter, when I arrived to pick up my items the purse was not there. I was told that they threw it in the garbage. The lady who took my order stated I told her to throw it away, which I did not. Then the older man who repairs shoes told me I should have made sure it was on the ticket. (Well blame me for your mistake). My problem is that they never took responsibility. I would have accepted taking a few dollars off because the purse was not expensive but all I got was you should have made sure it was on the ticket and you told me to put it in the garbage. I picked up my items and was going to pay a portion of the bill when the guy ran around the counter to block the door. Another lady spoke up (I think she is the wife of the guy who does the shoe repair - perhaps the owner) and told the guy not to block the door and ask me to pay $10. I did and left.I said all of this to inform anyone who goes here to make sure ALL of your items are on the ticket, verify it. And keep your ticket. I am not looking for anyone to loose business but they do need to learn how to handle conflict better. Their conflict resolution with the customer sucks...

I have been using this shop for alterations for probably 10 years or so. Without a doubt the best alterations anywhere in Snellville! She can fit any size, large or small to perfection! Very high quality work, each stitch counts with Mrs. Hannah. I have never used the shoe repair service.

I have been using One Stop for over 10 years and they USED to be the best alterations shop close by. Apparently they changed management last year and I had no idea. I just took 3 items in for simple alterations and all 3 were done horribly and not as discussed. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I would have given negative stars if that were an option! Extremely disappointed!

These are the rudest people ever. They first off tried to over price me to repair my boots. I made them aware I didnt think they job was done correctly. They YELLED at me and told me to leave and took my shoes. When I finally got my shoes a week later after wearing them the bottom of my shoes split. Thats what MY MONEY PAID for!!! smh
