Substandard. My wheels were still dirty even though I paid for wheel cleaning. As I finished up the vacuuming and detailing in my car, one customer pulled up with bass literally shaking the windows. Second car pulled up next to me, and has obviously smoking weed while driving. The smell got into my car, and ruined my detailing work. Thanks a lot! Wont be going back to this place because of clientele.

I purchased the $15 wash and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I noticed several fine scratches and one very deep scratch along the passenger side. Also, my rims look the same as they did before the car wash. Im going out of town and I needed a quick wash at the last minute. I deeply regret wasting my money. I will NEVER go there again. Its not worth it if the damages outweigh the cost and quality of the car wash. Lesson bought is a lesson taught!!!

Their car washes are okay. Barely do the job. Though they do have the cheapest washes in the area so far starting at $6 for a basic wash and $10 for the triple foam and tire shine. So I appreciate that the prices are decent. The guys with the brushes at the beginning of the car wash hardly do their job, as they barely brush your car and tires if at all in the most lazy manner. Sometimes they half brush and miss areas. If they did what theyre supposed to the cars would come out of the wash more properly clean instead of half clean. Their vacuum is weak. I have to use my own vacuum at home to get the job done.

$10 for $5 type of car wash. I would not recommend this place unless they let you run it twice cause It did not get cleaned well for a car that is a normal level of dirty. The tires and windows still have dirt them. I’m awesome if that because of vivid they do not have the towels available either.

I come by here most mornings and the business is rarely open on time. Shouldn’t open at 8 mean ready for business at 8. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for tjr attendant to have to set things up. They certainly don’t wait to take my monthly fee for the wash club. BTW. The wash is average but ok for their price

A great quick place to refresh your car!

The car wash location itself is pretty nice. Its clean and well organized. I was double charged for the monthly fee and have yet to receive my refund. I been in the office several times in the past 2 months. Mind you I went into office immediately after it happen. The manager Jay has been respectful responsive BUT what good is responsiveness if there is no follow through. I have submitted my card statement as requested to no avail. This issue has been open 2 months now and its only 20 bucks but its my money.So here my rating... you refund me... I will update your rating. To be fair... TBC

Never will I wait my money at this establishment again. No vacuums worked & the cart that is supposed to be stocked with towels and spray had empty spray bottles and no towels at all. It’s a Monday evening, had it been a nice weekend day I could understand being low on supplies. Total waste of my money.

Machine Washes Awesome!!! But when I get to vacuum area, the Vacuum bearly vacuum good at all, never any dry cloth or cleaning & fragrance sprays...

Great car wash, not as thorough as a hand wash but still good. They have window cleaners in spray bottles for you to use in the free vacuum area. They also have clean hand towels for you to use.

Need to touch up the tire service cleaning it doesnt clean the tires very well compared to other locations I have used

Need more workers to get the cars through the car wash faster only 1 person. I waited like 15min from entrance to get through wash.

The overall wash was decent, but the tire cleaning and shine was completely absent. The tire cleaning hardly took any of the brake dust off my rims and there was zero tire shine on my tires.**UpdateI recently had to return to this location as I needed a quick wash. I was prepared to add my own tire shine, but to my surprise it seems as though the facility is updated and working quite well. My tires came out super clean with a high gloss tire shine. After trying it one more additional time two weeks later and receiving the same level of wash, Ive now joined their monthly wash club. Glad to have a place where I can wash and detail my car with the provided towels.

It was busy,had trouble getting my card to work and wouldnt accept my cash . Finally got my card to work. Then one of the vacuum didnt have any suction.

Very poor job of washing the back of my truck. My truck was very dirty but I have been to car wash places near where I live and I have never came home only to realize there were areas with dirt still. I wouldnt go there again.

Dont come after 6:30, They close at 7, but block the entrance off early. And dont expect to vacuum. Most of the vacuums dont work or barely has enough suction to do a good job. If you have the time, bypass this one. There are 3 employees that are so friendly when i see them it keeps me from giving them a 1.

They take extra care to preclean vehicle on managers special wash. Strong values also.

I went to wash my car this evening and the cones were up at 5pm. I am a subscriber to unlimited washes. This is the only time I can do it this week. Why have unlimited washes and close in the middle of the day. No rhyme or reason to be closed at this hour.

Clean, quick and lots of supplies. I wish their machine was a little newer to really get your care exterior super clean but the self station was a plus!!! I was able to get the spots the machine missed!

The facility is clean the workers are friendly, however, they need to improve on the tire shine, it only shine half of my tire and not the whole thing, 🤷🏾‍♂️

I got a basic car wash but I think they still missed some stuff..

The car was mostly clean, but the rims did not appear to have been cleaned. Even after paying for tire shine, which worked, I had to manually clean the rims which dulled the tire shine.

Poor Management! I called on June 3rd after realizing I was continuously getting charged for my membership. I spoke with Jack. He was very helpful with cancelling my membership. He confirmed I have not used the carwash in the past few months and the owner will issue me a credit of $20.00. Unfortunately Jack did not have the authorization to issue the credit. He said the owner is rarely on site so he will email him my information and it may take a week for him to credit my account. I gave it a week and a half, and still no credit. I called again and spoke with Jack. He said there was a delay and he has a list of other customers names he is going to email the owner and to give it about a week. Again, I waited and still no refund. I called again. Jack was very apologetic and said he will give the owner my information and it may take a week and a half. We are now in August and still no refund. I called this morning (August 4th). A gentleman said Jack was not in today and he is the only one who can assist with the refund issue and I will need to call back tomorrow. I asked if there was a number for the owner or a corporate number. He said he was not allowed to give it out. I told him I will locate it online.This is just poor customer service!! I shouldnt have to call every other week looking for a refund that should have been issued back in June. I do not recommend this car wash. The owner/management do not value their customers! This is ridiculous! Im posting this on Yelp too! Customers need to be warned!

I have been going to this place for the last two years and I actually have the membership its a big turnaround of employees but the ones that are usually theyre the same faces the really nice is always clean and great customer service

Machines half wash the car and barely wash the wheels. After going through the car wash I had to really clean outside of the car and wheels . Will not be going back.

Everything smooth and easy, one problem we had was we have a membership and computer was asking for payment when putting in the code the first few times.

If you want your wheels scrubbed or tire shine on more than half of your tire don’t come here. You also may or may not get the bumpers scrubbed by the workers before the wash. If you catch them on a good day they’ll do it lazily and beat your car with the head of the scrub brush.

Every time I visited this location I experienced the same problem..The brushes dont clean the car and the Rim & Wheel cleaner and polisher is always broke on the left side forcing all the patrons to have to get out and clean by hand..Finally had to cancel my monthly contract because the purpose of the car wash is to do the labor which I ultimately end up doing myself..They need to repair or upgrade their equipment

Great Car Wash

Its been a month and the fluids at the individual wash stations; fluids have not been refilled! I informed the managers once a week about the low fluids. The managers were nice and professional but the problem still exists! I feel that I should be compensated! What do you all think? I am a club member for 4yrs, approximately. Please help! I just want the service that I am paying for!

The sprayer only put tire shine on the right side and no tire shine on the left side. That was just wrong!

CHARGED ME FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TWICE. WENT BY THERE PERSONALLY. THEY SAID GIVE US 2 BUSINESS DAYS. SHOWED THE PROOF. THE LADY UNDERSTOOD AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT SYSTEM ENDED UP CHARGING TWICE FOR THE SAME MEMBERSHIP TAG FOR THE SAME CAR. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS. NO RESOLUTION ON IT. CALLED THE NUMBER BUT NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE. LOOKS LIKE ITS GOING TO BE A HASSLE GETTING CHARGED TWICE EACH MONTH FOR ONE CAR/ONE TAG? WHY THERE ISNT ANYONE AT THE STATION OR DEDICATED PERSONNEL TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE FOR MONEY RELATED MATTER LIKE THIS WITHIN TIME FRAME THEY PROMISED.

To start, the screen to purchase your carwash is so faded you cant see what youre paying for, the wash itself wa as a waste of time as there are just as many bugs on the car now as when it started and finally the do it yourself part, the vacumes had little suction and the supposed clean rags were not ! I wont ever bother going back.

Car is pretty clean for most part. Next time I think Ill just stick withthe basic car wash. What i got wasnt worth 18 bucks. Cant even tell there is wax on the car plus it moved way to fast for an 18 dollar wash.

This place was very fun and friendly as a first timer to Hose me Down this morning. I was in a hurry too and as busy as it seemed, the wash moved right along and I was able to park and clean the inside of my vehicle as quickly as I needed to get back on the road. The worker there with shorts and big boots made my morning too with his professional and positive attitude even though it was cold and early in the morning! The price was not bad either considering how dirty my car was and how clean it looks now! Thanks Hose Me Down. I will definitely come back to your facility whenever its time to wash and clean my car again.

I have sent email after email and called everyday no one has responded to me and no one answers the phone! I have a membership I need cancelled! I no longe relive in the state and I keep getting charged!

I would of been better off dumping a bucket of soapy water on my car. This was a waste of $16

The vacuum cleaner has little power to absorb

Mildewy and slimy inside the wash. Car smells like a garbage disposal. It looks like no one has power washed the INSIDE of the wash in months. I went at 9:30a and only one block was open and the other two sections were blocked off so people were waiting for no reason. Only window cleaner- no multipurpose cleaner or freshener. The wash guy was very nice though.

The service here has gone down! If I could give 0 stars I would....I literally just finished going through the car wash and now my car smells like a septic tank exploded in here and this has been going on for months. I came here about 6 months ago and said I’d never come back....well today I decided to give them another chance and I truly regret it. The guy who scrubs your car before you go though never even used the brush to scrub mine nor the car in front of me. I’m literally parked in their vacuum area writing this review and trying not to vomit from the smell! Horrible experience

Says its open until 8pm and its not. Wheel blasters dont work on one side. If you catch it then they offer to pressure wash them and then expect a tip.

Clean, well lit, quick and easy with free vacuums. I was a bit hesitant about the price but inclusives make it worth while. now I have no reason not to keep my car clean. Will definitely be going back.

BEWARE. I decided to try this place rather than travel a bit further to my usual car wash spot. NEVER AGAIN. As I went through the car wash I heard a loud thud. When I pulled out I inspected the car and noticed the molding from on top of the car was hanging off. I spoke to a young guy who had me to fill out an incident report and take pictures. I was told that Jack will view a video and contact me about the repairs. The number the employee gave me to the shop was disconnected. I eventually found the correct number to the shop where no one ever answered nor did they ever call me back. I eventually contacted one of the owners of the shop. He stated he was just a partner and Jack was supposed to handle it. After multiple inquiries no one ever responded from Quick Spa. Repairs are just over $100. This business was previously Hose Me Down Carwash. Last name of ownership is the same. Reviews under the previous name were not good. If I could give Quick Spa Car Wash NO STARS I would.

The company charged me twice for the monthly membership, when I went to speak with one of the workers about the situation she acted real nonchalant amd rude she said looked up my past visit and seen where I hadnt came for months but said only the owner had the ability to pull a ledger she said she will contact him and then get back in touch with me at the end of the week it 2 weeks later. Im back at the property but the look to be closed

When I lived on this side of town I didnt even know these guys had a location, so the convenience factor is there. However, Ive always been under the impression that you get what you pay for...... here...... that aint the case. I usually purchase a regular wash with add-ons, in this particular case the add-on was a wheel wash/tire shine. After completing the wash I go to dry my vehicle and notice the wheels barely got touched. No soap residue no nothing. It was obvious that they didnt get clean. I look up and the two gentlemen that operated the location this day are already staring at me knowing I have a concern. I start to walk over to give my two cents, and one of the gentlemen walk away (a light skin, chubby fella). To the gentleman that stood tall to address my concern I greeted in cordial fashion. I expressed that the wheels didnt get clean and appeared to not have been washed. His answer? Oh, that particular machine is broken, let me take care of you. Now dont get me wrong, had I not been pressed for time (headed to my grandmothers birthday party) I wouldve allowed him to correct the situation. But as a consumer, I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. I simply told him that was bad business and left. You cant convince me that for EVERY time a customer points out that discrepancy with the wheel wash add-on or anything else, that youll be willing to jump in and save the day in the end. If it doesnt work or not available because of pending repairs/updates, DONT OFFER IT! I didnt ask for a refund, free wash, etc., because it was meant to be a quick wash. Seems like this is a common practice with this franchise so if this post resonates with you, I suggest you dont come here. Ill pay for a full detail when I have time and stop being cheap lol, but it sucks that when sketchy business practices like this goes unnoticed by so many customers, businesses such as this car wash prey and profit from the opportunity. Not cool at all, and suffice to say I wont be coming here again. Dont waste your time or your coins.

Vacuum were not working properly

Last two times I waa there, equipment wasnt properly functioning. On todays visit, I complained and the attendant allowed me to go through again. Considering the fact that the same pieces of equipment werent working, the results were the same. May give them one more opportunity before taking business elsewhere.

Went through car wash on Sept 8,2017 fri. Car was still dirty after wash paid $10, went again same day through car wash, car still dirty noted a scratch to passenger side of car from side of car approx 6 in. Notified attendant . Scratch came from car wash or the attendant push when washing from and side before entering car wash. Mr Thomas very unconcerned. I have reached out to Him bit he has never reached out to me. Incident report made. I went and got estimates for damages. This is still an ongoing event. Thumbs down for this company. Need better customer service. Will not be back again when this event is settled.

The wash gets car pretty clean, but leaves soap on the car in places. The main problem is they never have towels for you at the bay, you have to go chasing down a towel from the staff and they are very aloof, act like you are bugging them if you ask for anything. I finally gave up and just bring my own towels and glass cleaner. The place needs some good management

My car came out still dirty,not enough soap and water coming out to clean properly.

A little short guy with a white hat cleaned the two cars ahead of my mom. He didn’t scrub her car and when she asked him if he could also do hers he was going back and forth with her about why he didn’t. It was very rude his approach and arguing. She is a monthly club memeber but we won’t be renewing our memebership. We’ve honestly been coming here since this place was Hose Me Down and built but service is terrible place smells and they are always out of windex or some such thing. Time for a new place! Go anywhere but here, or wash your car yourself, it’s not worth it.

Seemed like a good spot to get the car cleaned up. They had a prep area prior to going through the wash however they didnt have any wipe rags available.

Standard Automatic Carwash, with good results. They give rags to dry your car and free vacuum. Will definitely be back.

Left a big scratch on the back end of my SUV.

This was a bad experience, I paid $15 for a car wash and still ended up washing the car again. My car wasnt terribly dirty and when I got out the car wash it was as if I never washed it before. The vacuum had no suction and smell like bad gas. Which made the car stinky. I was very displeased and wont return back, I rather go to the hand wash place across the street.

My car was damaged in the wash and the company still has yet to fix my car. Over 3000 worth of damages. Very unprofessional and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This business has been going down lately, not getting what I purchased. I purchased Lava Spa and got basic wash, and when I mentioned it to the employee the only thing he could say to me is that yes we have been getting a few complaints about that. 1. You need to close if equipment is not performing to meet standards, or let customers know that we cant purchase a select service. Because I do pay attention and know what should be done. Im pissed cause I know many customers are paying for a service and is getting less without knowing 2. You need to get some employees that know business and how to resolve issue i.e a real supervisor/manager on duty. 3. Sorry to say but this business needs to shut down if its not going to provide the absolute best service possible. Ive noticed the decline in equipment maintenance its just terrible.

Fast and easy

This car was has been getting progressively worse and worse. i was one of the original customers with a monthly contract and since the recent ownership / management the place has gone down drastically. Frequent roller stoppages, tire shine malfunctions which culminated in a verbal abuse scenario today from the manager when the entire system shut down while i was in the was. On top of that they only wanted to reimburse half of what i paid.The convenience of the place is fantastic but the continual degradation of service and VERY unfriendly management is appalling.I would suggest going to the touch-less wash across the road. At least it works.
