First time customer, and wow. Autobell just failed to meet minimum expectations at every level. Friday afternoon, 3or4 customers. Ordered the 35$ armorall branded package. If I wanted it done this poorly I could have done it myself for free, drunk. Ignore the wet splashes on the upholstery, but note the missed french fry and other debris under the console. Didnt even get the nav suction marks off the windshield, but said cleaning windows int and ext was part of the package.

I have visited this location several times over the past 8 years and I am always satisfied with their service. Today, I purchased the manager special wash. Michael did an excellent job, he deserves some recognition. He cleaned my vehicle as if he was cleaning his own. Thumbs up to Autobell in Snellville.

Do yourself a favor and dont come here!!! I visited on 1/23 and noticed several scratches on my vehicle as they were drying it off. I asked to see the manager and he looked at my car stating there was no way it could have happened here and the scratches werent consistent with the washing process. When I mentioned it was a new car he went as far as saying dealerships buff and shine scratches before selling cars and they dont become noticeable until later. Mind you my car is brand new, 2021 to be exact, I purchased it in December. Instead of arguing with him I decided to place a claim. Over a week later I havent heard from anyone!!!! Needless to say, I wont be back!!! Their customer service is non existent! The dealership will fix the damage but customer service is priceless!!!

I just got my car washed at auto bill in Snellville very on organized very unprofessional I bought a package deal and they didn’t even complete it there was no car shining and I specifically asked for it tried to call twice they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. Whenever I get my car washed I always go to Mr. clean but I decided to try them out since they’re so close to my work but unfortunately was not worth it I should’ve drove out of My way and gotten a better service very unsatisfied customer and still have not heard back.

Paid $51.99 for inside outside but inside cleaning was not done properly, I took some trash under my seat after I realized when I reached home.Was done very quick, needs lil more time to clean otherwise same work would have been done for $19.99 somewhere else!!

I always get my car cleaned here, but may consider going somewhere else. The last 2 times I have not been satisfied with the small stuff..my back window is streaked and not clean either time and they didnt clean the console very good.

Guys please leave your drama at home, employees fighting in front of customers is highly unprofessional, I always also have to continuously go over my vehicle and point out what was missed, like opening my hatch and vacuuming, door jams ect, paid for rain x service on the way home the out side of my window fogged over so I had to reclean all my windows and reapply rainx at home, ive given you guys to many chances but I wont be back after today, today was a horrible experience from being greeted to employees fighting to vehicle not being cleaned properly as I paid to have it.

I never take the time to write reviews. But these guys consistently do an absolutely outstanding job on my 9 yr old grand Cherokee. Looks brand new outside and almost new on the inside. Best $37 I’ve spent. Full detail. 10/10

The hand cleaning didnt address my wheels. The car didnt appear clean with that overlooked detail. It wasnt a fluke, I saw a few cars leave before me with the same dirty looking wheels.

I asked them to take special car with some things and they did exactly what I wanted. Very attractive.

The order in which the car wash operates has changed due to COVID 19 rules. If youre getting the inside and outside of your car cleaned, veer left where they disinfect the inside of your car. Then they will vacuum your car out and run it through the wash and then finish off with the interior cleaning. If youre just getting a wash, just pull to the entrance of the wash. They did a great job on my car. Also, you can wait inside now, but you have to social distance.

I paid for a premium wash and clean. They rushed through it. They did not clean the back floor. I tipped well. Very disappointed. I would have taken it back, but did not have time. Ugh!!!

I took my van in to have it washed, vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned. I wasnt aware that they dont wipe down the interior, dashboard, console and door panels, with a damp rag or some cleaner. It would remove childrens fingerprints, accidental spills etc. Other than that I think they did a good job in a timely manner.

The day I got my car washed, one of the workers found it and left it in the cup holder when they could have kept it. I would have never known. Did an ok job...but back seats were not wiped down and could have been vacuumed a little more.

I showed up in a really dirty car and got a base level wash, just intending to knock some of the dirt off before I went home to wash the car for my self. Once I pulled out of the wash (in a still dirty car) they went above any beyond to try and hand scrub the remaining dirt off without me even asking.

My inside of car looked like it was never cleaned mats still dirty console never cleaned. Just left there will never be back 43.00 for my car to go thru automated wash. I can get that from chevron for a full tank

This was a very disappointing experience. I was waiting at the register for more than 20 minutes because no employees were around, and when they did show up there customer service was very poor. When the service was finished I noticed that there was still debris around the mats and my windows were not properly dried because there was streaking throughout. I expected slightly better for a $24 car wash.

Car was cleaned quickly and thoroughly. But...they didnt get the back window. And tho they cleaned the wheels, the front left wheel was only half done. Will go back and give more precise instruction next time. Otherwise, amiable and quick.

I went here today and was in a little bit of a hurry so I didn’t really check the job before I left. The exterior looks pretty good, but the inside almost looks as if it wasn’t even touched. I ended up having to re-wipe everything down with armorall wipes and vacuum again. It was later in the day so I’m sure everyone was hot and ready to go home, but I expected better. The staff was friendly though.

Friendly greeting but I would not pay them $29.99 or back for a redo either, vacuuming was lousy, dash board was barely wiped. The console was not cleaned completely, I had to wipe dash board down and the console as well, still have to re-vacuum between seat and door, evidently their vacuum system and tools do not get into crevices. Basically I got the cheapest car cleaning for the price of a supposed up graded cleaning. So save yourself the time and money, I will do it my self before I return to any Autobell Car Wash. If I could reverse the charges I would, just be sure to check out your vehicle before you leaves and point out anything that you see is not cleaned properly.

Today, I had a wonderful team of 3- two gents and a lady work on my car. They spent about 30 minutes on it and it looks great. I head the one gent say that he was not satisfied with the floor mats, so he took them away and redid them. I was very impressed. My car looks wonderful. Thank you team. 😃

I came here tonight to get my van washed. I have been here twice before and it was great. This time I paid $39.99 for the top package and it’s not cleaned good at all. The guy walked inside before I even had a chance to look at it. I had babies with me so I left but I wasted my money. $40 for the best package and my car is not clean. Many areas not done including front windshield, carpet, doors, seats. They told me that would all be cleaned for that price. The air freshener smells great but that’s the only thing positive about my car wash. Very very disappointed. Been here 2x before and never had this issue.

Horrible place, I have a new sports car. I showed them what needed to be done. After my car went through they never cleaned the areas I showed them. Also I have lock in car mats, they just threw my mats back in the car never put them in the right way and didnt look them back. Really need to get a level of excellence to your company and take some pride in the service you render to the local community.

I wanted to come back and change my review. I did have a not so good experience with my car here. The manager contacted me and invited me back for a do over. I went back and they did an awesome job on my car. I left happy in a clean car inside and out. Thank you and I will bring my car again.

Very overpriced considering they barley cleaned the car at all. Outside was good but the inside looked like it wasn’t even touched even though we paid for the maximum cleaning they offered. Was the only car there and they still did a very poor job. Definitely will not be returning.

Fortunately, I saw the broken rear windshield wiper as they wiped on my car. The new person neglected to tape it down before it went through the wash. After explaining that it worked before I went there, they agreed to repair it. It took 4 trips back for the install to take place, due to schedule conflicts, part issues, etc. but they kept their word and repaired my rear wiper.I appreciate the management team for great customer service and willingness to correct their mistakes.

I got the $33 package and trusted it to be squared away but some mud on the exterior near the bottom of a passenger door was still there once I look after getting home. I feel bad for leaving a generous tip now. The vacuum was good, since they didnt move my stuff.

This place does a great job. All of the employees are friendly and hard workers. Washing and detailing a vehicle is not an easy task. If it were easy, people wouldnt pay someone else to do it. You get WAY more than what you pay for at this autobell.

They did a pretty good job but not much wiping on inside when it came out. They also missed alot of spots vaccuming the inside. It was dirty but with visible leaves dirt and sand. So I probably would go somewhere else next time.

I was better off have a kid piss the car clean. Our car had a lot of spots on it probably from a bad towel. They didn’t vacuum it, we had to make them do at the time of pickup. It never looked like a job was done.Playful staff that were careless and father carefree. No job dedication. Disappointing.

Way overpriced and they dont even vacuum your car. I paid $10 granted its not the elite wash but still, other car washes give you more bang for your buck. Not going back.

HORRIBLE! I paid for the $21.00 service. The car was not vacuumed, the staff was rude and they had a attitude when I asked them to vacuum my car after I got my keys.Update: The manager has reached out to me but I will not be accepting the offer because this is actually the second time I have been to this location. Same horrible service the first time also. LOoking through the reviews left by others, they seem to constantly be doing damage control. I wonder where this manager is when his staff is busy doing an absolutely horrible job.

I definitely regret patronizing this car wash before reading the reviews. The only reason why I even gave Autobell a chance is because I was confined to the area at the time. I decided to get the $26 car wash which was the maximum package on the menu. I waited at least 30 minutes only to find that my car was hardly cleaned. To say it was even a half hearted attempt is an exaggeration. I actually thought I failed to notice that they don’t wipe down the interior but the employee claimed that it was wiped out. I had to stand there in 25 degree whether directing their employee to all the remaining dirty areas including the cup holder, the gear shift, the interior door panels, and the rims. I then noticed that the seats were never vacuumed and they hardly even vacuumed the floors. Additionally there were multiple areas on the exterior that are still dirty but I was simply too cold and lost the patience to assist in a cleaning that I paid someone almost $30 to do for me. I eventually looked up to find that another patron had taken the rag from another employee and began cleaning his car himself. If you still decide to go there DO NOT purchase any package over $10! They will not attempt to clean beyond that point no matter what you pay! AND DONT EVEN CONSIDER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON A TIP!!!!!!!

Outside of my car looks great - inside they barely wiped down anything. They did a great job vacuuming but Im going to have to clean the dash/steering wheel/everything myself.

This place has gone way downhill. When they first opened, men were running back and forth, getting cars in and out in 15 minutes, all while doing a great job. Been here 30 plus minutes the last two times Ive been there and cleaning was not well done. They are not busy and I can see why. Got the highest level wash. What a waste of $30. Do not use unless you see a new management sign.

Some of the staff are nice, but definitely way over priced for the poor quality job they do. Not only did they not dry the door jams or trunk, they didnt even clean the seats even though it is included in the package.The Manager is very defensive and definitely needs a PR class.Save your money and go somewhere else if you want a decent car wash.

The employees are nice enough, but even with very few cars there they rushed the work and the results show it. Overall theyre okay if you want your car lightly cleaned. If you are particular about the results I would go elsewhere.

Car wash was fair for the price. I paid $40 and a $20 tip and they got the spilled makeup off the console. I dont recomend getting your car cleaned at night because there really is not enough lighting for them to do the best job.

I went in the car wash and my car was fine I came out and it was broken. When I told the manager Nick tried to convince me that it was because of a small screw underneath my car was loose and thats why it broke... 😒 IVE BEEN DRIVING MY CAR FOR YEARS AND NOTHING WAS BROKEN UNTIL I DROVE IT THROUGH THEIR CAR WASH.

Ive been a long time customer. I was here when it was a predominantly a Caucasian ran establishment and the Customer Service was 100. I am a African American woman, and is sad to say, now that Auto Bell is predominantly a African American ran establishment the Customer Service is non existent. I was next in line, I sat there for 4 minutes. The workers talked, paid for a pizza delivery a d walked away from the front entrance as I sat there and never acknowledged my existence. Needless to say, I drove off line and as I was leaving I complained to the workers detailing someones vehicle of my experience. He called the Manager. Sadly the Manager was one of the workers who walked away while I sat there previously. Im DONE with Auto belle!

Not okay, bad!!! Never will go back. I havea new car, not new anymore. Scratches on trunk of car. Windows were not even cleaned, unconcerned and and uncaring staff.. Paid $30.00 for nothing. No more, done with them.

I paid $25 for 3 kids to run my car through a washing machine and barely wipe anything down inside the car and barely vacuum anything inside of it either if onlyvI knew how to attach pictures... there was trash on the seat trash on the carpet and they didnt even get what was on the side of the door or in the cup holders. Armor All Service? I dont see the use any anywhere looks like they sprayed blue liquid in my cup holder and left it wet instead of cleaning it out. The car wasnt that dirty at all I had just bought it it just needed a few detailed things done and the fact that they werent done after spending $25 is really a waste of time wont ever be going back. And what about my trunk? Didnt even bother to open it although it didnt need much service.

So I take my car to Autobell on the way home so I can have a nice clean car for the holiday and they give it back to me with the paint scraped off of the front bumper . They were so busy no one was stopping the cars when they came out of the auto wash and the truck in front of mine came out and ran into a metal sign and was finally stopped by the curb then my car came out and ran into the back of his nearly pushing his over the curb and down the hill. Do you know after causing this damage to my car and even more to the other guys truck they refused to refund our car wash fee! I had purchased a 2 wash deal and I made the guy pay me out of his pocket at least for the second wash that I would not be using. I will be calling corporate on Monday to get the other half refunded or at least make someones day really miserable. It is not about the $20 it is the principle of the thing. What terrible service. Plus after all of that the cleaning job was terrible. There was dirt all over my passenger seat and i had to make them go back and vacuum it again. Then the smudges they left all over the windows and mirrors were aweful. I had my son reclean them when i got home.

This place gives a much better car wash then the multiple $15-20 manager specials Ive received in the area. Their simple $9.99 exterior wash had my car very shiny and sleek, I even got a complementary tire shine. I was very suprised and impressed and will be returning from now on.Also, expecting a perfect vacuuming in 5 min is ENTIRELY unrealistic, I have a compact-midsized sedan and I vacuum myself very thoroughly it always takes me at least 30 mins to get every nook and cranny and to have that super clean look (My car is NOT large). Many people want a very clean vacuuming in less then 5 mins and yet thier car looks like Armageddon. Like cmon.

I am being gone over there from the long time people before was good now today I got the worst experience I pay for full service but my tire rims werent clean good they didnt the body properly, and moreover, there was water inside the cup holder

I am giving two star just because the outside was washed nice.The van was not vaccummed good.All threads from there vaccumm were stuck on fabric seats. There were still dust on dash. There were still dirt in door side pockets. Mats had dust it was 7:45 and they were about to close and i was in hurry so didnt ask to make it perfect as i am not coming back to this useless car wash.Glass was not clean as this is there signature clean. I can see stain on all side glass. Staff is not friendly they dont explain well and they dont respond friendly.

I paid $34 for the Managers Special and then another $7 for them to clean my Weathertech mats. I told them that I had a bunch of stuff in the very back of my SUV and to not worry about vacuuming the way back, just to wash the windows back there. They didnt even pop open my back hatch and the windows in the way back were not touched. They did a horrible job on the rest of my windows. They only put ArmorAll on half of my dash and the rest of the interior looked like they half-assed everything else too. The mats that I paid them and additional $7 to clean on top of the $34 Managers Special were not clean at all and they left them on the concrete in front of a truck that they were finishing up on so when the owner of the truck pulled off he ran over my $200 Weathertech mats and bent the lip on them and they dont sit flush against my door sill anymore. I will be taking my cars to All Seasons Car Wash across the street from the Walmart on 124 from now on. The only reason that I am giving Autobell 2 stars is because the outside of my car did look half way decent(still not as good as All Seasons though). Dont waste your money with this place unless you just want to run it through the car wash real quick for $5. Ill never get a full service interior/exterior wash from here ever again. This is the 3rd time Ive been here for a full service wash and I have had issues every single time. Ive never had an issue at All Seasons.

So I went for the first time (yesterday) and it turned out to be a frustrating time for me and my vehicle...While I was inside the carwash, almost at the end where these huge brushes managed to folded my mirrors down. I was so damn worry because I thought I was going home with 2 broken mirros but lucky it didnt happen but unfortunately my rear wiper arm ended up broken.One of the workers there offered me to glue the damn thing. Hey, first of all its an Audi and even if its a 2008, I like to take good care of my car. It doesnt even matter which vehicle is it but please dont offer me to glue a broken part. Well, I let him know that that wasnt going to happen on my car. So at the end they bought me a new rear wiper arm from the dealership and gave me the part the same day. I dont think the guys did a bad job but please do NOT offer to glue the broken parts to your customers.P.s.If you have an Audi Q7, this carwash isnt for your vehicle just saying.

Good place to get the car washed

Took a van belonging to two of my dearest friends, on a very fixed income, to be washed as a Christmas present. The car wash ripped off the passenger mirror.Managers excuse for not accepting responsibility.The mirror has scratches on it and that obviously weakened the structure of the mirror.This was a folding mirror. If it had been hit from the front or behind it would have simply folded in. This was struck from the top or bottom.I asked the manager If we had folded the mirrors do you think this would have happenedHis reply, We will never know and its not our responsibility to fold in the mirrors any more than it is our responsibility to roll up the windows.I pointed out that they have a sign that tells customers to roll up the windows and that NON FACTORY accessories werent AutoBells responsibility. It didnt suggest folding in the mirrors.Then the manager pointed out that non of the other cars had their mirrors torn off so it couldnt have been the wash that did it.By the way the replacement FACTORY mirror was $30 on E-bay with free shipping.The manager didnt even comp the wash, with that type of service I really felt bad not tipping the staff that did a good job making the van look nice for my friends.The manager at this location doesnt know what customer service is, doesnt adhere that is stated in the signage (AutoBell is not responsible for NON FACTORY equipment) and could care less about your car, your repeat business or their reputation.

Didnt feel like the cleanness of my car was comparable to the price I paid. I recieved the managers special and the interior of my car was simply ok. I had to ask for the middle console to be cleaned because it was left untouched, and I noticed the steering whell was l not cleaned after I left. I also had to ask if the air freshener was placed in yhe car because I couldnt smell it. The guys providing the service were really nice, however, I didnt like the quality of serivce for the price I paid.
