Was looking for a local car wash specializing in hand wash. Found this business on Google. All I can say is “Wow”! Moses and his staff were friendly, attentive and did a great job on my SUV. Will definitely be coming back when I need a great hand wash and interior cleaning! Thanks!

I hadnt had my car detailed since buying it. They did more than a phenomenal job!! It looked almost brand new! The time they took on the inside, my door jams....it was well worth the time. I will definitely be going back on a monthly basis. New Customer!!! They are spectacular. Give them a try.

I took my car to get an inside/ out wash and the guys who cleaned the inside of my car did a horrible job. There was sticky residue left behind on the inside of the car that looked like an old towel was used to wipe off. I also had a deep scratch left on the dashboard of my car where it looked like too much manpower was used to wipe a delicate part of the car. (I drive a fairly new car.) I spoke with Charlotte and Moses about what happened and Moses was very rude saying that his car wash people did not do that and there was a “defect” from The car manufacturer. I have never received a letter or mail from email about a recall or defect on the dashboard. I also spoke with my cars manufacturer and they stated they have never had a defect or recall on the said item. (This was the first detailing I have had done to the inside of my car since I purchased brand new.) I was trying to support local black business but their rudeness, lack of empathy, gaslighting, and lies makes me never want to return again. I would recommend using the car wash a little further down the street called Lightening Detail. They take care of your most precious valuable items with care and are 100 percent more efficient.

Horrible service. This is not a hand wash, because it seems as if someone just ran the rag over my car. There were spots on my car that werent washed and the grille below the hood of the car was still covered in dust. Informed the Supervisor who had a bad attitude. Wasted my $26.00. I would have done a better job.

Not sure if the rest of the reviews are fake but this is a legit review. It’s hard to find a hand car wash in this area so I decided to try them out. Yesterday, my car was serviced by two employees who were very polite. They took time cleaning the inside and outside. At first I thought the price was steep but for the amount of work they did it was well worth it. There is an older male who owns the shop and he stepped out to place tire shine on the tires. The owner was very polite also to the point where I’ll continue coming back. Don’t pay attention to what looks to be fake reviews just see for yourself. Also, the wait time is about 45 mins but there is a gas station next door if you need snacks.

They did a very good job cleaning my SUV.

The folks at Ultra Klean were very polite, cheerful, and professional.  My car looked great when they were finished. I will be using them again in the future.

They did a great job, inside & outside the vehicle. My only suggestion is for them to let you know that anything they removed from your vehicle was tossed into the trunk....including a couple water bottles that shouldve been trashed.

The absolute worst car wash and customer service experience ever. We read the reviews and thought that since there were only 2 reviews and they were both bad that it was too small a sample size and decided to try them anyway. This was an incredible mistake! Please believe me and the other reviews and never visit this horrible establishment of a business. If it was possible to give a rating less than a 1 or a negative rating (which is what they deserve), we would give it to them.To give more details on our experience, we dropped our car off and left it for over two hours with this car wash. We were the only car there. When we returned it looked like the outside had never even been washed. It literally looked like they had never touched the outside with soap. In the inside, we have a trunk (Honda CR-V) and we asked them to wash and take care of the back trunk. Once again it was never touched. After getting defensive and claiming that it was washed, the employee said to give him 10 minutes to touch it up. When we returned, we saw only a small improvement, but an absolutely horrible job over all. The employee then proceeded to use profanity and act like a thug when we pointed out how awful a job they did. The one employee who did the job was Abdul and another gentlemen. Once again, the worst experience and I implore you to never visit this place or you will have an equally awful experience.

Ultra Klean, MUST BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! Took car today to get cleaned inside and and out and the service and the job has to go down in car wash history as the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER! The staff and the so-called owner were very rude and lacked customer service.

This car wash has the worst customer service ever, the owner and the employees are rude and unprofessional. Ive been a customer for over a year and each visit has gotten worse. Today the owner barked a command at me to pull my car forward with an attitude and then shook his head as if he were perturbed, which is not the first time their attitude and tone of voice was unwelcoming.I drove away and got my car washed elsewhere and returned requesting to speak to the manager and asked if he were open to customer feedback and he proceeded to talk over me as I attempted to share my customer experience from the last several visits. Not only was he defensive about the feedback but also blamed me for their behavior.If it were possible to not give a star, I wouldnt have even given the one star! Theres another car was just up Killian Hill at the corner of Five Forks, much better service and better quality work!

Went here this morning! Was very disappointed! The place was so nasty! Garbage was everywhere. I got there early 9:04. Was the second car and still took an hour! I wouldnt mind if they did a good job, but I had to ask the guy to wipe down my dashboard and console, he acted disgusted and only wiped on the driver side. Also, they normally put down a mat or towel at your door and I asked about it and he said, oh, dod you want one? Really? Shouldnt tht be routine? I have been going here for years and this was the worst. I dont know if its under different management or what the problem was, but you could definitely tell the customer service is gone! Will not be back!

Disappointment is an understatement. . The owner and all the staffs are all so rude... indecent and and poor customer service.. they dont clean your car good and if you complain they bully at you and curse you... they smoke and sell weed making it an unsafe place for any person to be there... even if this is the only car wash point in the entire world I will rather die than go there... they are so rude...

I went there today and was treated rudely and disrespected because I pointed out several places on my car that were not clean...Im not a professionalist but if you are in that business why do I have to point dirty spots on my car?! I was berated by the so-called owner and sprayed with the water hose. I try to give small black businesses my business but after that treatment I will NEVER go back. I would rather go up the street to Mr. CLEAN carwash!

This place is horrible they cant clean a car what so ever. I took my car for a complete wash and shampoo and came back in two hours to see it was the same when i took it in. The car had dirty water marks going down from the dirty rag they use. When i wiped my hand over the dash my hand collected all the dust it could. I dont even know what i payed for. When i told them what is this they are like this is the service we do. Im like i could have ran the car trough a self was and it will be cleaner. They start swearing at at me and mom and spray her in the eye with degreaser. I hope anyone going here know what kind of people they are dealing with. I am going to take them to court so at least they can learn to treat other custmers right.

Terrible customer service...you get there at 4:45 they tell you they are closed so we go at 4:30 still the same thing...closed. they need to change their hours if not going to accommodate the customer with hour a posted

First and last time here!! While waiting inside, I watched the guy who was cleaning my car literally stopped 8 times to text on his phone! Got here at 4:30 pm on a Monday. There was only one car in front of me that was almost done and I didnt leave until almost 6pm!!

Staff was extremely rude from start to finish. Will not return.
