Marie and Christina did hair and for 6 of us for my daughters wedding!! They did a fantastic job. The girls were all stunning especially the bride. I love this place! Every time I come, the ladies are warm and friendly. Even when I just walk in, they get me in really quickly. And the ladies really take pride in their work. My nail tech even paused her work to offer her hand to help my mom down the steps. I highly recommend the Blow Dry Bar!

Esthetician got the stuff in my eyes for the lash lift/tint....burned so bad and extremely painful. Owner did nothing to remedy this situation.The customer should never have to ask for their money back when YOU screwed up!!!! That should’ve been the first thing you offered and not your self righteous attitude. I told you I had to go to the doctor and miss a day of work because of this incident!!! How dare you say I didn’t ask for my money back.....you as the owner admitted to me it was your esthetician’s fault!!!Customers beware!!!!!

LONG REVIEW:I had my date of service on 11/14/20. I had booked an on location service for my wedding day. I booked months ahead of time and even paid for my service on 9/25/20. I was told that the consultants would be onsite beginning at 12:30. I had booked hair and make up for myself, my MOH, my mom, and one of my bridesmaids. I got a message the morning of letting me know that one of the consultants had been sick all week and would not be able to attend, however they had a back-up that could be there at 2. I was fine with this because I thought that one of the people would still be there at 12:30 to get us started (based on her message that was the impression I had received). We waited at the venue for someone to show up, I gave them a little time before calling the owner, Erika, to find out where the first person was (approx. 1pm). I left a voicemail and did not hear back. Finally at 2, my MOH called and was able to get ahold of Erika, who said that the people had left 15 minutes ago and should be there any minute. We then gave them until 2:20 before calling again. My MOH then called again and was given the excuse that there was an accident and they should be there soon, all the while giving my MOH attitude because we were calling. We again waited another 15 minutes. One of my bridesmaids then called her and she was told look they should be there soon. We had a bridal party that was late so its not really in our control. No apologies for them being extremely late, just attitude because we were wondering where they were. Finally the hair person showed up at 2:47. She immediately got started on my hair. The make up person showed up 10 minutes later. She got started on one of my bridesmaids. One of my bridesmaids was completely ready because she decided to save some money and do her own hair and make up, thank God she did because she was able to do my moms hair and make up. One of my bridesmaids pre-curled her hair because we werent sure she would get her hair done due to time. When the ladies showed up, they did not apologize for being late or even mention it. The owner showed up about 20 minutes later and did not apologize to me or anyone else about being late. She sent a text to my MOH saying that their services would be free. However, I had already paid for mine. I never received a refund. I am disappointed that we never received an apology and I still paid $150 for a service that was then rushed and not everyone even got to have their hair or make up done.Now, the ladies did a great job with the time they had. This review is not to discredit their skills. What I want to get across is that due to them being extremely late, my already small wedding due to COVID was extremely rushed and I know that I didnt even get HALF of the pictures I was hoping for. My photographer had been at the venue beginning at 1pm to start getting pictures of us getting ready and that was then rushed at the end. My first look was rushed. My wedding was outside and we were losing daylight. My photographer had to rush to get at least some pictures of the bridal party together. I havent received my pictures back yet, I know that she did get some good pictures, however the day that was supposed to be the most photographed day of my life will be lacking pictures because the ladies were unbelievably late.

First off, the space is SO BEAUTIFUL! The chairs in the waiting area and the pedicure area are so cozy! Secondly, I do not get manicures or pedicures often, so when I do it is a real treat! The team at The Blow Dry Bar did not disappoint! I received the Indulgence manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Kristen was so attentive of my comfort and did such a fabulous job on my feet and hands. The hand and foot masks they use make your skin feel so soft! All the girls there are so friendly and so easy to talk to! It felt like hanging out with your best girl friends! This is saying a lot from me because I can normally be pretty shy and introverted. I am so glad Slidell finally has a place like this! I will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for 6 months and It was love at first visit! Since then I religiously visit them every two weeks,service...PERFECT...Nails & Feet....PERFECT.....blowdry....PERFECT.....Mimosas EXTRA PERFECT! Love all the ladies at the Blow Dry Bar...feels like family here! IM A FAN!!!!

First visit here. I called and got an appointment the same day for a pedicure. My first impression was Amy who I spoke to on the phone. She was so sweet and bubbly to talk to. Cindy who was my nail technician was kind, had a big smile on, and genuine. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She even did a shoulder/neck massage while waiting for my toes to dry. Then I got to talk with April who is the lash girl. She was sweet, funny, and very informative about lash extensions. I’m excited to go back. I think I have found a new home for mani/pedis and looking into lash extensions. I was wow’d for sure with the place!

I walked into this place and felt as if I had stumbled into heaven! The atmosphere is inviting and the layout is so gorgeous that you’ll want to take photos while you’re lounging in the comfy chairs in the waiting area. If you’re looking for a real treat, try the Indulgence mani and pedi. My feet and legs are baby soft after being exfoliated with a delicious smelling almond scrub and then wrapped in hot towels. When I thought it couldn’t get any better, hot stones were added to the equation. My calves were so grateful after leg day at the gym! The ladies that work here are very accommodating and knowledgeable which adds even more to this amazing experience.This place is a new, unique gem and I can’t wait to go back with a group of friends and make a party out of it!
