Don’t waste your money or time at this salon! They do a horrible job with pedicures! They are careless and only care about your money! Get your money worth at another salon! I got a pedicure from them and they were done in 12 minutes. They didn’t properly facilitate a proper pedicure! I’m so unhappy with them!! Worst nail salon ever!!!

My dip powder nails were extremely thick and I had to continuously file the sides down throughout the week after so they didn’t push my cuticles too far. Also the nail tech who originally did the dip powder didn’t have experience doing it. Another woman had to come over and file down as much as they could and redo them. Still turned out very thick though and one nail popped off within a week and a half. I’ll give 2 stars for the effort of the woman who tried to make things right.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to the salon otherwise I would have NEVER gone! I’m taking my business somewhere else!

I love this place and have been for many years! Its clean and professional. The ladies are super nice and do an amazing job, always! They always keep the time of your appointment, no waiting. Plus the movies, love the movies. Always a great movie playing on a big screen TV while you get your nails done.

I just visited a few days ago, and I can say the place is clean and the workers are professional. Undra did my nails, she did a good job! Definitely visiting again!

Not only are they always turning me away despite the place being virtually empty, they are just rude about it. No offer to wait or come back later. There are much friendlier, better places very nearby.

I really like the place. The place is really clean and relaxing atmosphere. The technician are professional; I went there twice now and had 2 different technicians. Both of them did great job; the polish did not chip for long time looked really nice. I would not go anywhere else

I had a great experience here at Zen Nails. I was originally going to go and get my nails done at another nail salon that Ive always gone to, but they had a 45 min wait and I couldnt wait that long. I went to Zen Nails instead, walked right in and sat down right away! I even got $5 off for going with gel nails! Im very pleased and will be coming back for nails in the future. Ask for the manager!!

No massage chair. Nice and convenient place, but she did make my cuticles bleed twice now and it has gotten infected.

I did not have a very good experience here. I will start by saying that the clean up and the painting of my pedicure were acceptable, but honestly I can do that at home myself. We had an appointment at 145. We were seated right away (on very uncomfortable benching, I might add) however we had to wait before someone even spoke a word to us. There was one girl just running around constantly and everything seemed very disorganized. The girls doing our pedicure barely responded to us when we said hello and customer service is the worst I have seen in a long time. They basically are moving people as fast as they can for profit. We were in and out within about 20 minutes 🤨 Customer service at checkout was not any better. My boyfriend and I were disappointed to say the least. That 70$ plus tip could of gone to something better that day.

Walked in Thursday night. Packed. Waited 15 min. Got nails. They have special no chip polish for extra that we didnt try. Needed chair massage. Connie was incredible. I need to go back. Made my tension headache go away. Beautiful French manicure. Lovely, modem location. Really enjoyed time there

I give one star for Jenny or similar name like that! Wrong attitude on the wrong place. Why did I paid for service $65 and have smirky face who visibly show s her disgust?! Looking at my feet and touching it with two finger with a FACE! Omg I know it was bad but that’s why I went there....On top of that cut me so deep that I bled for 10 min and still looks bad 40 min later! Horrible job on cutting my cuticles, I wish I can. Post a pic to prove !!! Horrible English!!I give 5 stars to Michelle that smoothed the situation! A friend of mine goes there regularly she never complained. Not sure this was second or third timeout was there but remember that last time I was there, I sat in-font of the person who were supposed to do my nails who filed HER nails in-front of me and oddly I sat there watched here say nothing and continued with her task for a 5 min!!! That’s is wrong on so many levels!!!! Managers, I know is hard to find the right employee but whatchout for those who can ruin your business!

Although the atmosphere and location is nice, the eyebrow services I DO NOT RECOMMEND.The eyebrow lady does a decent job but her customer service is terrible and it is not worth the overpriced charges. She waxed AND threaded my eyebrows (charged me for both), when I got up from my chair, I was bleeding from both eyebrows and realized she left a clump of wax on my temples when I got home.As for customer service, as I sat down on the chair, she asked me right away if I needed my upper lip or anything else done. I politely told her “no” but she asked me 4 / 5 more times and the whole time was telling me the benefits of it. Okay, I get that she does have to sell her services but when a customer has said no 3 times, its only polite to stop. By the 6th time she asked me (towards the end of my service) if I wanted to get my upperlip and face (which I don’t even have a lot of) threaded, I finally said yes and told her to be careful cause I had a small pimple by my chin. She said “okay” but she still threaded across it and it hurt SO much. Then as she did my eyebrows she kept pointing out my blemishes which I am already uncomfortable about. There’s more to this but I think you guys get it.THE WORST PART: At the end of my service, I was charged $35 and she walks you to the register and STARES YOU DOWN UNTIL YOU LEAVE A TIP (not exaggerating). I don’t have a problem paying $35 for a good wax/thread, but this WAS NOT WORTH IT. You go into a salon wanting to feel pampered, clean and refreshed, but when you’re literally pressured and nagged, it ruins the whole vibe. I have never felt so frustrated and uncomfortable in my life. Never coming back.

Let me start by saying this Salon is very nice, clean & the Green Tea Pedi is AMAZING. Zula is terrific!I came in for the 1st time today, had my manicure & that was great, quite relaxing... After this my ENTIRE relaxation escaped & my heart rate went THROUGH THE ROOF. A woman came in with her two small children, sat them down with phone & an iPad, I could care less on how she handles her kids, but I was in the farthest seat away from them & could hear both of their devices LOUD & CLEAR.Though I tried many subtle attempts to my technician, I was unable to convey that I was VERY annoyed. I didnt feel it was my place to ask the mom to turn it down. My relaxing day at the spa turned out with a very nice mani/pedi, yet a very increased heart rate & not a reduced stress level... QUITE DISAPPOINTING, as this salon was highly reccomend. I would ABSOLUTELY give this place 5 stars, but those kids ruined it completely :(Hoping this note might suggest to them to inforce a headphone policy (for those who dont have common courtsey)

I have been very loyal and always worked with one nail technician who calls himself Sam. Today I actually left crying in the parking lot. He cut my long nails that I had specifically grown out just for Halloween. When he commented that my nails were too far grown out for my nail bed I totally agreed to a slight trim but he cut my nails to half the length they were and proceeded to do things his way not listening to my directions requesting a stilleto nail. I also told him I wanted a mostly black tip for a french manicure and he gave me a slim black tip at the very ends of four of my fingers and must have charged $5.00 each for the four fingers because my bill for a simple acrylic fill and no chip manicure fill in was $50.00 in total. I showed the manager how uneven the designs were on these four nails and the fact that his hair was actually trapped inside one of my nails and she said it was still $50 for this awful work he calls *art*. He got away with a lot today....shortening my nail length not a little but a lot, giving me almond shaped nails rather than a fun stilleto look and a really bad french manicure that was incredibly sloppy. I gave the manager a $40 payment feel incredibly ripped off. One hand has slightly longer nails than the other. After the ten times I gave this salon my business I found Sam to be rude, disrespectful, cocky, self satisfied and sloppy. When I showed him a nail I had cracked by accident he accused me of *drinking* or going to bars. He is a complete jerk since I actually never go to bars or go bar hopping. He is so unprofessional when he talks to you and he never smiles he seems focused on getting you in and getting you out because of some time constraints they have here at this so called nail spa. Find another salon if you are particular about your no chip manicure. Customer service here is poor because I was rushed out and forced to pay so much money for work that is inferior. Its my last time here and I wont regret it. Loyalty means nothing to these people so I wont be coming back for this type of shoddy service.
