I have been doing my nails with Helen for a long time. Once i went there i couldnt go anywhere else. She does an amazing job, very careful and gentle. No chip stays for a long time and she shapes your nails however you like. Just love this place!

Excellent place !! I take wife there for manicure.

Called to make sure they could take me. Was able to come in at 400. Done by 620. No chip Mani and regular polish pedicure $50. Limited parking. Many colors to choose. Tagged polishes have gel match which was helpful. Limited massage, but nice job in polish. Not wavy. Massage chairs are adequate. I wouldnt say atmosphere is spa like, but clean. Saved about 25 on what I would have paid so happy. Ill go back.I have gone back several times and great place!

The ladies are so nice and accommodating at this salon! They are very clean and following Covid procedures. We felt very safe at their salon. They do a wonderful job and take their time with your nails

Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The pedicure waa great. The eyebrow wax could have been better with shaping/arching but not the worst. Will go back. Shop was clean and pleasant. Oops I went to the Dyer location.

I love the place. I drive from Chicago to come here and do my nails. Helen does an amazing job each time. Also the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!A close relative of mine recommended me to this place and said that Helen was the best. I was super excited to give this place a try especially since it was cheaper than my go-to salon! I made an appointment for a dip powder manicure. All was good when I came in. She took off my previous manicure and started on my nails. However, i was really unhappy by the end. She had a client who came in too early for their appointment, so she rushed with me. By the end, she left me with glue/polish under my nails and all over my hands. By the time I got home, I realized that she had only partially sealed my thumb and I was even more upset! The last straw is when I bumped my nail against my door and my nail cracked!!! I was in shock. This has never happened with dip powder, so it obviously wasnt done correctly.I went back the next day to tell Helen what happened. She gave me my money back but did not apologize nor offer to fix my nail.I am SOOO disappointed. I regret trying this place and will go back to Salon Xpression, which is 5 mins down the road in Skokie. Salon Xpression is staffed with gentle, caring individuals who truly take their time with this craft.

This is my second time visiting and Im not happy with the work theyve done. Its all nice yeah but not great experience. The lady didnt get my nails even after telling her that its uneven, the lady hurt me while in the proccess of doing my nails, the service was too quick which isnt bad but Id be nice if my nails actually came out nice! The workers are not as bright as you think. They can easily get ripped off by customers. I dont even know why I tipped her but honestly Id rather go somewhere else then coming back.

I go here all the time for mani/pedi/eyebrow wax. They are all very nice people and do a great job. Price is pretty standard. I recommend making an appointment early the morning you plan on coming in, walk-ins arent always turned down but sometimes on weekends they are too busy.

TOTALLY VERY BAD BAD SERVICE. They are so all over the place. The OWNER kept changing the price on little girls 9 and 10 yrs old. Service was poor and SHE should know the prices they should be certain. I will never go back..wish I would have just walked out. TODAY MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE THERE. Left there and went to Xpression not far still in Skokie IL...so much better everything...WILL NEVER GO BACK. But will be back at Xpression.

Worst experience in my life!!! I asked for French no chip acrylics clear and not only did she make them small and one big but gave me attitude and would not listen to what I wanted instead did whatever she wanted and she did it at the same time when I was doing my toes I dont mind but the way she acted was sooo rude I would never recommend this place but however dashs nails it is like 3 minutes away

Im very dissapointed.i bought my fiancee and daughter gift certificates so they could get there nails done. My fiancee has been there many times and always brought her daughter and friends to this shop. When she came back less then an hour later telling me that THERE EMPLOYEES have to have there owner there in order to use a gift certificate.whats the point of buying a gift certificate if the EMPLOYEES dont know how to put thru a gift certificate. This is unexceptable.shame on you.

I am usually a regular here but I made an appointment for 12:30 today, and was running a little late from a job interview. I called them and asked if it would be ok if I came about ten minutes late, letting them know ahead of time. Whoever picked up the phone said no, sorry, and hung up the phone on me. Not coming back again. Im at Vivian Nails on Skokie Blvd from now on. Its a much friendlier place. They dont sound like theyre talking crap about their customers while doing their job either. My mothers friend got an infected toe from dirty tools used at Tang. I told her to file a lawsuit but she just chose not to return. This place is good at their job, but they are very unprofessional and have horrible customer service.

The actual service was ok but the customer service sucks. The nail tech asked me for a tip before she finished my nails

Very unwelcoming when I came to get my nails done so I choose to go down the street where they are much friendlier.

I went for my appointment on Sunday and the lady said they where closing when she took my appointment for 3:45
