Ive been applying for multiple jobs that they have been posting for 6mo. with no response! i was just informed that unemployment needs the actual name of each job that i applied for! So i contacted them for information on the jobs that i applied for and they said they wouldnt help me with that information and they were unconcerned about my fulfillment to unemployment

I was in contact with a recruiter and they kept telling me I would be able to get multiple positions. After a few weeks I got a call that said I wasn’t going to be able to get the position/positions that were planned for me. The recruiter then completely dropped me and said they couldn’t help me with the job searching process anymore.

Been talking to a few recruiters from there always an excuse from them or pass you onto the next recruiter very unsatisfactory if you ask me I would recommend looking else where for work

WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND EFFORT! I applied for at least 10 jobs I qualify for that they have posted. But then asked if I was interested in jobs Ive never done. They have NOT even responded to anything and Ive even called amd they just say well call you back but they dont.

This agency has truly disappointed me I worked with them for several years in Arizona I moved to Sioux Falls and the agency out here is horrible ! My check is now three weeks late and my agent is not very helpful and neither is the payroll I just want my check 🤦🏾‍♀️ Absolutely disappointed horrible staffing in Sioux Falls South Dakota I wouldn’t recommend

Literally, dont waste your time if you are a business OR employment seeker. Enough said. Communication is terrible on the business side. No call back and you have literally no idea where you are at as a job seeker. Look anywhere but here.

Seriously do not go here. You will not get a call back but if you do, they do not talk about the jobs you’ve applied for. instead they talk about jobs you have no experience in but post jobs that you qualify for online.

Wow.... Where do I start. Misleading information on jobs. Lies about pay. Been 3 weeks and still have not been paid.. run around on who is supposed to pay me. NCB number on Google is disconnected. Call only number goes to collection and wont give you a number... NCB the young Lady who I thought was honest well not...

I am just in awe of just how not only helpful, but just how effective this place was. I moved here on a Tuesday. I applied for a job that they posted and got called for an interview that same day. I wasnt able to get that job I applied for but I still was able to land a job with the same company and so on Monday, I had a wonderful full time position. I wasnt even here for a full week and I landed the best job Ive ever had. They helped me so much in preparing for my interview. They helped me with my resume and I went into my main interview over prepares. They did such a great job that I promised to put them in my autobiography! Highly recommend this company.

They call you, wanting you to work, then wont answer the phone or return any of your calls. 👍🖕

Ive had a great experience Aerotek thus far! Cassie Rasmussen has been a huge help and someone I can trust on with my job and to find other employment if needed. The day I went in for my interview, I had a few opportunities already for a job and with their help, I eventually was able to land one! Great experience and I would suggest Cassie or anyone else within this company to help you find employment!

This is the second time in two times I have gone through aerotek and they have lied, wasted my time, when I could have been applying for a different position. Whatever you do, do n ou t go through aerotek, itbis s waste of time and effort.

Waste of time! Literally drag you with job offers that dont exist. I lost valubale positions while waitinf for them !!!!

They make it seem like theyll do whatever it takes to get you placed but you never hear back from them after initial interview. I met with Kyle and he seemed really nice but I never heard from him again whether good or bad. Do not use this agency. Key Staffing is much more responsive.

I highly recommend Aerotek. Matt Snowden and the entire team are fantastic! Their diligence, both in finding a position for me and in following up, has been amazing. Everyone I know who is looking for work has heard me sing their praises 😄.

Not helpful at all. They only want to put you in a position they feel will get them the highest kickback to them. Applied for one job but they were only intrested in me for another role, i was told directly to my face that they get a fee if they place me in that role. They totally shut down once i showed intrest in another role. They have very limited companies they want to put you into, as long as you fit in that box. Go else where, youre just a number to them.$$$

Great customer service in door and at interview. After interview was offered a position and I couldnt accept it. Once youre in the door dont expect anything more than 2 stars, they are really really bad at getting back to you. When they do get back to you the feedback is short and unnerving! Wont be working for this company.

They will not answer their phones, return emails, or even return calls. When I rarely get ahold of someone its very short and always told we will get back to you as soon as I hear something. Utter waste of time and resources.

They are terrible about getting in contact with you and almost never answer the phone. My recruiter no longer works for the company and I was never even contacted or notified. The job they found me was with Wells Fargo in Sioux Falls I was a contractor for nearly two months. The management there was absolutely terrible and I have never been treated so poorly in a work environment. Would never recommend working for Wells Fargo or through Aerotek.

When asked to be removed from a position where I felt threaten and uncomfortable I was told that they could not break a contract with a client. Once a (Non-physical) altercations occurred THEN my contract was ended. I was told that because I was reporting to my direct supervisor and wasnt constantly reporting to Aerotek my complaints were invalid.

I had been out of the workforce for a very long time, when heard about Aerotek. I was a little nervous when I went in, was greeted nicely by the front desk to have a seat; fill out my application and I would see my recruiter in a few minutes. I didnt even have my application completed when Abby came out to greet and welcome me. I was given my clerical tests as this is my background and shortly after, taken to be interviewed. I was made to feel very welcome, It was a pleasant visit. I felt silly for being nervous, as there was not reason for it. Most of this review will be about my personal recruiter since she is my direct contact there, but Im sure all of the others are like her. She found a position for me from a company willing to give me a chance to show that I could be someone with good work ethics and a willingness and eagerness to do whatever I was hired for. I had been there a a little over a week when she brought me lunch and to have a short visit about how I was doing. The Aerotek team visited the contractors at Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas to bring candy, and bought tickets for the Holiday dinner the company was having for its own employees. Aerotek, never wants you to feel like an outsider as a contractor. My texts are answered immediately; complete professionalism. I was also shocked and extremely happy to learn I could purchase any necessary insurance through them. They have a website that has everything I need to see in one location. All my paystubs, W2s, timecards, insurance etc. I highly recommend Aerotek to anyone who is looking for work.

I went to this place twice they say they could help finding a job or might have something for you. Then they call you back and say they don’t have anything for you. Plus in the interview with them they are rude. I would not recommend anyone to this place. I don’t think places should be in business. It’s a f****** waste of time.

Would give even lower rate if it was possible. Try using some other agency instead of them.

Just two words explains Aeroteks mission: oversell and underperform! My experience with Shae Doolin has left me feeling betrayed, disappointed, and misled into a false sense of security - possibly discriminated against too! Her superiors are no better, and it seems like they condone unethical behavior and unprofessional business practices!

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and they really care about helping you succeed, not to just set you up with whatever they have open, but to what your actually looking for.

Aerotek is the absolute worst place to do any kind of business with, ever. At least Satan has a job working with Aerotek. Loved the staff . . .

Applied June 12th, got a call back June 15th, signed papers June 17th, started work June 19th.The fact it took days for the great recruiters to get me (little experience) a full-time job with great pay, benefits and doing something I like speaks for itself.If I could give 6 stars, I would.

They get you in for an interview and they tell you just how much theyre going to help you find a suitable job but they will never call, not even to say they couldnt help you out.
