I’m an unhappy customer. When I first called them, I told them I had a cavity that had fallen out and that I needed my teeth cleaned. Even though I did get my tooth fixed, they never did clean my teeth after two visits. All they did on my first visit was look at my tooth and say that it needed fixed and scheduled another appt., why couldn’t they have at least cleaned my teeth at that time? They charged a big bill, but failed to complete what I had asked them to do. By the time I had yet another appt. to get my teeth cleaned, I no longer had dental insurance. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. 😞

They are all so friendly, know me by my first name and do everything to make my visit an enjoyable one. Alisha and Missy are always so good to explain everything to me every step of the way. The employees that greet you are the best and my hygienist is awesome (Alisha)... Very friendly and make you feel comfortable when you walk in the office. Must be a great place to work too as many of the faces have remained the same.

Well run and friendly, they have a great staff there. My hygienist, Laura, takes the time to do a throughout cleaning. Whenever I have work done, Dr. Wheelock does fantastic work, ensuring that job is done correctly. He also has a great chair-side manor.

We have been going to Dr Bursick for many years now and have always had the best experience. We just recently had taken our young daughter for her first cleaning and were a little worried about how she would do as she is usually very she and nervous around new people and places. Our hygnenist Emily was amazing, she made sure our daughter was comfortable and happy the whole time, our daughter was requesting to go back every Friday! Dr Bursick is always very patient and wont leave the room until we are comfortable with his information and all of our questions are answered and that will always rank high in our books. We would recommend this dental office to anyone we know and we are so happy to have such great people to go to.

Dr. Baller and his assistant Tarey are absolutely phenomenal! I used to be scared of the going to the dentist, not anymore! I felt comfortable and in good hands the entire time of getting my crown replaced. Their humor helped keep me relaxed. It was a pleasant experience!! I would recommend them to anyone.

My family members have been patients at Wheelock & Associates Dendistry for over 25 years. I like their conservative approach to dental care. They view their task being about keeping me and my familys dental health in top notch condition while preserving and maintaining our original teeth. It is about keeping my teeth and mouth healthy. They have taught me about better personal dental health practices that we use at home so that our semi-annual checkups do not have any huge surprises. They were able to repair our sons broken front tooth over 24 years ago. He still has that tooth. It is alive and has some tooth colored filling material added to it. He is often complimented on his very attractive smile. That kind of special care has made us permanent patients. Our son and his wife now take our three grandchildren to Wheelock & Associates. They are absolutely fantastic with kids. For my grandchildren it is like going to a party. It has been great seeing the new Assocites join the firm over the last few years. The best practice traditions will continue for a long, long time.

One star is way too high by far. Totally un professional, accusation throwing a-hole to my wife that has a calcium deficiency. Came to these guys and the loudmouth old guy kept talking over her, making her cry while he kept blasting negative accusations at her about her teeth condition and how they got that way. Wouldnt even send my dog there. Screw these guys
