I had been seeing the dentist here for 20 plus years. I had switched dentists (closer to work), and needless to say, I have returned back here and it’s better than ever!! Part of my tooth (in the front) had broken off, so in a panic, I called The Dentist. They were able to get me in that day to evaluate the broken tooth, figure out how they could squeeze me into their busy schedule, and fixed my tooth. I can tell you that my tooth looks better than it did before I went in, that’s how perfect they fixed it. I wished I would have taken before and after pics. Literally blew my mind! Dr. Chinnery ….you are THE BOMB DOT COM! And I appreciate you and your team more than you will ever know!!

The person I had do my cleaning made my gums bleed a lot and ended up having blood smeared on my face as well. Went in with no mouth pain and ended up having my teeth and gums ache all day.

I needed a tooth pulled asap. Called this office to see if they could help. Got in today Feb 11th. They did the usually checkup, exam . The dentist suggested he would pulled tooth today which he did. Lakeport Dental has a great and friendly staff. They are top-notch professionals that provide excellent dental care.

Had a crown come off Friday night and got me right in first thing on Monday and put it back on. They did a great job as I had an appointment with my dentist in Elk Point and she went into labor this morning. They got me in their Morningside office within the hour and put crown back on.

Our third dentist in the last 10 years and I dont see us changing again. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel like part of the family. They dont push work on you like others.

I had a couple of extractions done that proved to be more difficult than originally thought. Although I was in the chair for a little over 3 hours Dr. Burhoop and staff made sure I was always comfortable and kept working diligently until the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a tooth removed and a bridges modified. So the dental assistant just put a glob of cement in the temporary bridge. Cement in th tooth cavity that was removed. Pain for 6 days. Went back and found the glob of cement. Removed it an now better. It is the weekend, and my temporary came off! No one there to help! Not sure I’m comfortable with this dentist.

I was so nervous to go to the dentist after putting it off for so long. Vikki was so helpful and kind, she took the time to help me with an insurance question - which she didn’t have to do, but did as a courtesy. Jessica was so helpful and kind throughout the appointment as well. Devin was a wonderful dentist and didn’t make me feel bad for coming to the dentist so late in life after so long. They all answered my questions and were so polite. Absolutely loved the service I got, and I recommend them 100%!

I went in to get my tooth pulled because it was infected and they did. But when I got home after the Novocain wore off I could feel something stuck on my front teeth and it was a large piece off porcelain. I think that you should do better when finishing your work on a patient to make certain that all material is clean up.

I am referring everyone I know to these people. Had a tooth pulled after an issue with it, they were calm, caring, and helped me step by step and explained what they were doing. They even called me to make sure things were getting better after I left. I walked in scared of the dentist, and left feeling better and like family.Thank you to the whole staff who works there!

I just love all the staff at Lakeport Dental. They appreciate their patients, customer service is outstanding and the dentists are very kind, soft and gentle and make a big chicken like myself feel much more are ease. They design care plans specially catered to your dental needs! I was faced with having a root canal (VERY EXPENSIVE, even with insurance), a cap or extraction. None of which sounded appealing or affordable. Dr. Devan, gave me another option, cost $30, and solved my problem. They offer dental insurance of their own. Lakeport Dental truly cares about their patients oral health over their pocket books.

It took a while to get an appointment (an old filling from another office fell out, it took almost 3 weeks to be seen), but only having two half-days available per week made scheduling understandably difficult. It was worth the wait. Staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Penfield accommodated my apparently unusual request to repair it without lidocaine so that I could get back to work as quickly as possible, and did an amazing job. Communication with reception via text for appointment reminders and billing questions is very convenient as well. Highly recommend.

I needed to get into the dentist, and I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Burhoop within the same week! The receptionist is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Whenever possible, they try to take care of issues the same day or week, so I dont have to keep coming back. The hygienists are kind, gentle, and knowledgeable, and it is obvious that they have a mutual respect and camaraderie with the doctor. On Wednesdays they have late hours, which helps me not have to take my kids out of school or take personal vacation time to go to the dentist. We were working on our rental homes in Sioux City, and one of my teeth cracked down the middle (4.5 hours from home). I waited a day, hoping that I would be able to make it home before getting the tooth removed. However, the next day it was still hurting badly, so my husband called Lakeport Dental Care. Dr. Penfield got me in right away that day. She did an amazing job! I am very thankful for Dr. Penfield getting my tooth out right away. While there, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She is a very good dentist, and I wish we lived closer to Sioux City. If we did, I would make her my full-time dentist. Also, Crystal (the dental assistant that helped me) was wonderful as well. Vicki (at the front desk) was very kind as well! The entire office is friendly. Thank you Lakeport Dental!
