What an amazing experience I had at an incredibly great office filled with a cohesive, highly skilled, passionate staff. They were all incredibly aware of my concerns and worries and made sure I was comfortable and cognizant of my options. I went into for a quick braces consultation for my teeth. Everyone was wonderful and can I say just so polite to talk to. To walking in, taking me back, examining me, and checking out and I had a lot of questions, they help with every question!! I havent felt this welcomed at a clinic in quite a while. As a transplant to Sioux City, it has been easy to neglect my teeth. Having had a great dentist in my old home town, it was hard to convince myself to find somebody new. A recent concern compelled me to make the effort, so I did some research and found Lilly Family Dentistry. Even though the bar was set high, they exceeded expectations and Im so glad to have found them! Fantastic experience, incredibly friendly and accommodating with top notch professionalism. Feeling relieved to finally have found a new provider!

Great atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff! From the moment you walk into the door the staff is smiling and always so welcoming. The assistants that work alongside the Dr. are always helpful and friendly. They explain every step throughout the appointment. They have four doctors so getting an appointment on short notice is never a problem! They explain all my options with my treatment and let me make an educated decision. The hygienists are also always smiling and happy! They are current with the latest technology and very knowledgeable. I really feel like you can get a good idea of how an office is run and managed by the number of employees walking around with a genuine smile.

My family and I have been going to Lilly Family Dentistry for years and I love that the staff is very friendly, feels like you are a part of the family. My hygienist always does a very thorough cleaning and is genuinely concerned. My son had to have braces and was one of their more challenging patients, but Dr. Jane made sure he had the best care & his teeth turned out AMAZING!!! I have recommended Lilly Family Dentistry to several people who are “scared” to go to the dentist or not happy with the care they were receiving elsewhere. Janna, my hygienist, is always so thoughtful and I look forward to my six month check ups with her. She knows I have sensitive teeth and so she always makes sure that the water is lukewarm without me asking for her to. Whenever I have a question or concern she genuinely seems to care and wants to help me find a solution. She explains things very thoroughly and is always pleasant and not distracted but focused on giving me great care.

It had been a number of years since I had visited the dentist and from the very first moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, given a tour, and put at ease by all the staff who aided me in getting my x-rays and cleaning done. I was even able to have my filling replaced on the same day rather than having to make another appointment. Dr. Nguyen, Rocio, and Jenna were great!

Moved here and needed a new dentist.Let just say what a scam of a place. Please dont make the same mistake and trusting this place like I did.Got 3 cavities filled here. They said I had 4 cavities.Had problems with two fillings. Had to go back numerous of times problem still wasnt fixed.1 tooth I had to go to a different dentist to get it pulled.All three WHITE fillings..my insurance never covered and Lilly Family never notified me of that, nor asked me which filling I would like.I paid my bill in full. Then I got a $90 sum bill in the mail saying my insurance didnt cover my procedure. So I paid it no problem.2 months later. I get a $26 bill in the mail saying I owe them for what? I dont know it doesnt say. I give them a call and ask why? They say my insurance didnt cover everything. AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE!?!?!?!Worst dentist EVER. Take your money elsewhere !!!!

I went to this location because of how great all the reviews were here. My experience there has always been great! The receptionists are so helpful and friendly. The Dr. And staff are helpful, friendly and great to talk to as well. They answer all questions I had. Im happy I chose them as my Dentist!

The staff and doctors at Lilly are all very welcoming and make you very comfortable. I recently switched to Lilly because of their convenient location close to my home but it would be worth the drive. I love that they have evening hours available that works into my busy schedule. Where to start?! What a great office. They offer 5 star service with 5 star staff. The dentists, of which Ive seen multiple, are phenomenal. If I ever move out of town Ill be traveling back here for all my dental care.

Lilly Family Dentistry has been one of the best dentist experiences that we have had. We recently moved to Sioux City, and they were recommended to us so we took our kids for a check-up. We did not have to wait long at all in the waiting room; less than five minutes. They were friendly and cheerful with my kids, and then gave them a little toy when they left. Lilly Family Dentistry has proven to be a very special place to take my family.

Its been 2 1/2 years since Ive been to the dentist and was somewhat nervous for a cleaning. I knew my oral hygiene wasnt the best. I was greeted by a friendly smile and a nice hello as I walked into the very nice and clean reception area. I was in to see Dr. Jane in no time. I had a very nice assistant, Rachelle, who explained everything that was being done very thoroughly. After my x-rays were complete I had Judy, the Dental Hygienist, come in a start the cleaning. She explained exactly what she was going to do and was very caring making sure I was feeling comfortable through the whole procedure. She was very honest about the health of my teeth, which I was very appreciative of. I was in and out in about an hour and was taken care of very well. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new Dentistry or just going for the first time. Ill definitely be returning to this practice in the future!

When my tooth started hurting on a day my regular dentist was closed, the staff here were welcoming and accomodating. They got me in for a last minute Saturday appointment - in and out in less than half an hour, nearly no wait in the waiting or exam rooms! Lilly family dentistry would not recommend. I made an appointment for a cleaning. New patient special offered free consultation. I went in and had the basics done such as xrays and mouth exam. I thought i would get my cleaning done at the same 1 hr appointment but they said it was only a consult and i would have to schedule a future cleaning. Plus they charged my insurance for the consult and was sent a bill!!! For what!

Believe it or not, Trista and the crew made my visit so comfortable and did such a wonderful job that I was able to sit back, relax and even meditate while she scrapped and scrubbed. Thanks for all you do Lilly Family!

One thing I appreciate that Ive never mentioned is how civic-minded the office is. There is an intentional connection to the community and even to promote other businesses.
