Awesome staff and Drs! I was greeted upon walking in and have only had great experiences since I became a patient in 2020. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this dental office for years. I called today to see if I could get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Unfortunately I no longer have dental insurance. I explained my situation. That I would be paying out-of-pocket for everything. They insisted that I get an x-ray with the cleaning. The x-ray double the price. They refused to clean my teeth without being able to do an x-ray. I asked why. They said its required. No other explanation. Evidently being a loyal customer has no value... Very disappointed.

LOVE the people that work at Family first Dental. Jamie does aa AMAZING job making me feel comfortable before she starts cleaning my teeth. And Dr. Jade is a FANTASTIC Dentist. The Ladies when you walk in are always VERY friendly.If you need a GREAT dentist I would check them out!!!!

This was the most thorough cleaning and evalutation of my teeth.

I saw Dr Frein. Shes great as well as the staff. Hygienist introduced themselves and were friendly. They followed COVID precautions as well as explained what and why they were doing things. I would highly recommend!

I do not recommend as they take advantageous of the elderly and especially their insurance. My 84 mother has advanced Alzheimers and they were having her come in every other month for cleanings even though she has mostly dentures. My parents insurance company sent my parents a letter questioning the frequency which I followed up on. When I called Family First Dental to question why so frequent cleanings, they replied because their insurance says we can and they pay or your mother will pay, not because it was necessary. When I tried to cancel the next appointment she replied you dont need to do that, insurance will pay. I cancelled anyway and will not send either of my parents back to them due to fraudulent billing and services.

They were fast, clean, felt comfortable. Very good and friendly service.

I am not a huge fan of dental appointments, but have been pleasantly starting to change my attitude now. My cleanings and the hands on staff are very thorough, and nice to work with. I really like my new dentist. I am glad I have found the Family First Dental team.

I have terrible anxiety and at times cannot make it through an appointment even to leave my house is sometimes hard so appointments are difficult for me to keep. Sitting in the chair immobile for anytime its almost impossible for me to do. So when I tell you that I have had the best experience with Family First Dental it is true. Everyone there doesnt make a move unless they tell me what there about to do. They make me feel very comfortable and they also understand what Im going through. I would highly recommend family first dental to everyone.

Tracy and Dr. Frein are the best! Cleaning is always very thorough and they monitor my dental health closely and address issues promptly and correctly.

Always responsive and professional. Very detailed explanation of the status of my teeth, and encouraging of those kinds of preventative care (flossing, proper brushing, rinse aids, etc.) that will keep my teeth healthy. Blood pressure monitoring and thorough examination for any possible signs of mouth/throat/neck cancer is also routinely included. I would highly recommend Family 1st for your dental needs.

Tasha is very thorough and pleasant to my wife and I. Horrible I can not recall our new dentist name. She was very pleasant and thorough also.My wife has Dementia and they treat her like a queen which is very helpful and thoughtful.Highly recommend!!Mike & Linny

The treatment I received was exceptional. My doctor was on vacation but staff secured an appointment for me immediately with another doctor when I called. I was a mess but I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. Kuddos to you and thanks for many years of treatment and care. You are the best👍
