My first Disappointing experience with a business in Simpsonville. I have my regular barbershop right on main street, Saw the glowing reviews and decided to try someplace new. Came in for a haircut, Smitty did his thing, came home, realized he didnt cut any of my bushy eyebrows. I call Smittys barbershop back, spoke with Smitty, and he says I forgot and you didnt remind me and hung up the phone.I called him back, (he said his phone got disconnected) and he said that best I can do is give you an appointment next week for the eyebrows. I asked if he can do earlier, considering it was his mistake that he missed trimming the eyebrows, he got defensive on the phone saying OK go elsewhere and hung up.He charged me $25 for the haircut that took less than 20 mins and is unwilling to finish it. Very unprofessional barber.I would not recommend Smittys Barbershop to anyone.

I talked my boyfriend into stopping here. Only bc it appeared to be more somewhere I was raised around, versus him. I thought it would be a nice change for his haircut,beard, etc. Well of course I was right, and he really liked it as well. I sat inside while he had it done. I met Smitty, along with someone else. The guy that cut my bf hair had a twin I believe. They all chatted, laughed, and just made for a great experience for my bf. The place was clean, comfortable, and inviting to absolutely anyone. My bf commented on the time the guy put into it and technique. As it grew out it looked wonderful. Thank you guys, and I hope hes back soon!!

I came in with my family and we waited for 2 hours which was okay bc they were busy. but when we arrived their were 5 barbers and after 2 hours 3 had closed up and gone and only 2 remained. After walking outside, coming back talking on the phone, fiddling in his station he finally acknowledged us and said he’d cut my son but they didn’t have time for my husband! How do u not have time for your customers? I wish they would’ve told us that when we walked in instead of making us wait over 2 hours with a 9month old and 3year old. Waste of time and bad customer service.

I was in town for a family event and forgot to pack all my beard trimming stuff. I was obviously a walk in, the guys there squeezed me in even with a full house. The hospitality I received was beyond what I expected. They treated me like I had been there a million times. I will definitely go back when I pass through town again.

My son arrived there before others and 2 hrs later I came to pick him up and he was the only one left and still havent received a hair cut. Three words NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Terrible cut! I requested a bald fade low top for my sons haircut. The fade was subpar...terrible blend. You could clearly see the demarcation lines too much bulk on top, the tape line was squiggly...the barber (owner) used terrible angles, and the barbers talked about another barber after he left the room.Flipside, they greeted you at the door and made you aware of how long and how many were ahead of you.

A great team of professional barbers!! Coming up on 20 years of cutting hair. Make in appointment because everyone is looking for Smitty.

I wont be going back. The barber only knew how to use clippers and not scissors. Cut my sons ear. I had to come home and fix their haircut. Super traumatic for both my boys. Not skilled at caucasian hair.

I came in to get our sons hair cut we waited for over an hour there were only 2 barbers left 1 barber did 5 cuts in that time the other guy was so busy flirting with a mother that he worked on her sons hair for over an hour, we will not come back here, we will make sure to find somewhere else this was just beyond ridiculous, we were not even accknowladged until it was my sons turn....
