Me and my soon went here Thursday april 8 2021 to get our hair cut I usually come here and the old general manager would cut my hair she always did a great job on me well she left and I went back earlier this year and the new manager was there she cut my hair did a great job so I thought hmm lets take my son she cut my hair first I always get the same haircut and have for three years well I had to keep asking her to fix this or do this and my son was watching the whole time any who she finished mine after having to fix multiple spots granted my haircut is beyond simple well when I get up we get my son up there and he wanted his first mohawk I had to ask her 10 different times it seems to fix this or trim that it seemed she was in a rush and my son is 5 he doesnt do to well with haircuts Im highly disappointed with how my sons hair looks I brought him home and fixed it myself I have been coming to this place forever I dont know if Ill be back at all my son loves his hair and messing it up had him all upset on the way home

I came in this morning and got color done by the assistant manager, Emily. Let me start off by saying walking in to the salon, I immediately noticed how clean, organized, and put together this salon was! The management is very professional, sweet, and had such great customer service. Every woman wants to go to a salon to relax, recharge, and come out feeling better than they came in and I was able to have that experience here! I would highly recommend!

The cosmetologists are excellent at what they do and super friendly! Also theyre very inexpensive and know their shi! 😉

I had the best experience with Casey. I love how she takes time to help u figure out what ur wanting and does amazing work especially with color. She has an amazing personality too and time flies when Im in her chair!!!

Casey is a GREAT colorist and she can cut any style you want, too. Im seeing a lot of improvements since she became the manager recently. She treats customers with respect and is all about making sure youre satisfied with your experience. Highly recommend!

The new manager is amazing! She cut and colored my hair and it was exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and everyone was wearing masks. It was a fun experience especially when she took my picture at the selfie wall with special lighting!!

I had a blast with Casey and Emily! The owner was there and is very laid back! He even paid for my daughter to get her hair done ❤️ My hair is amazing the color is amazing and the experience was great!!!! I will definitely be back and y’all ask for Casey she works wondersssss!!!!

My mom and I got our hair cuts here and Emily was Great!! My mom wasn’t happy with all her previous hair stylists who just couldn’t get her hair right... but Emily worked her magic and she loves it!! I also got a chop because my hair was cut incorrectly and now am happy with the results!! Ask for Emily!!

I was able to make the appt. online. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly people and they made me feel welcome. My stylist was Emily and she did a phenomenal job I’m old and she made me look you again.

I got my hair dyed today a Yosemite Sam red color and my hairstylist was really nice. We had good conversation. While I was waiting on my color to finish processing, me and all the other stylists were just talking and having a blast. 5/5 Stars and 10/10 would recommend.

I have been to Smartstyles in Simpsonville on several occasions. My stylist of choice is always Miss Casey. My most recent visit was just after the reopening during the pandemic. She was professional, clean and sanitized before I even sat down. She was wearing a mask and that immediately made me feel at ease. She was able to beautifully cover three months worth of grays and washed out color. I was there for well over an hour and was able to relax and enjoy conversation. I left feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommend!

I had gone in a couple weeks ago and my hair wasn’t quite as I wanted it to be. I went today to get it fixed and Emily was my stylist. She listened to me and fixed my hair above expectations. I am absolutely in love with my hair and everyone’s complimenting it. I have been going to SmartStyles for 12 years and this is one of my BEST visits, I have ever had! Emily is your go to girl for sure!!

This was the worst haircut experience I have ever had.... Do not let Miranda cut your hair unless you like random missed hairs. Stevie wonder could’ve done a better job. And I paid 16 for a haircut and now I’m gonna have to go home and shave my head.....

My wife went in for hair color to cover the gray and have highlights put in. The manager put too many highlights in that it turned the top layer of hair a strange yellow color. She went back the next day, with a picture of how her hair is usually done and the woman tried to fix it by covering half her hair with an ugly ash brown that still does not match the under layers and the bleached hair mess is still showing through. She also let my wife leave the salon with hair color on her skin that she was unable to remove. The manager is working with only 2 employees, one of which did not even know how to rinse a perm out of another customers hair. I will also say that during both visits there was no cleaning going on for covid and barely even the normal sweeping between haircuts, let alone standard normal cleaning pre covid.

I should have waited the 2 hour wait at the other place. This place is a joke. My son and I went to get our hair cut because like I stated, the other place was a 2 hour wait. My son went first and she buzzed his dang head. She didnt even stand up. She sat the entire time she cut our hair. She messed his up so bad that I didnt want him to walk around like that by himself so I suffered through the worst hair cut Ive ever had in my life. Ive had Sunday night barracks cuts better than this. If youre a guy, go somewhere else. I dont know how they do for women, but its not the place to go if youre a guy.

I had came in for color correction. My hair was a very ugly color when I got there. T.K. took me in as a walk in and was amazing. He fixed my color, gave me an awesome cut and for the first time in my 47 years did I ever leave a salon feeling like I had beautiful hair. He is a fantastic stylist and is an extremely asset to your company. Thank you so much for the care you gave my hair.

My son got his hair messed up so bad at this place and she is supposedly the manager. How can someone who’s a manager not be able to make a straight line in a child’s head. DO NOT GET THE ‘MANAGER’ to touch your head.

I was at smart style hair salon, 3950 Grandview Dr, Simpsonville, SC on January 27th 2018 at noon . I went there on a a friends recommendation to relax my new hair growth. It was the most horrific experience ever. My scalp was a burnt by the relaxer, my scalp was burning so bad while the stylist was applying the relaxer, and many parts of my scalp had my hair glued to my scalp now. I had loosened my braids four days prior to going to the salon and I didnt even comb it or wet it before going to the salon so there was no reason for my scalp to burn with the relaxer application. Not only that, my hair didnt relax at all, it was a wasted $74+ and a waste of my time. The last time my scalp burnt with relaxer application was over 20 years ago before the advent of no lye relaxer /not being affordable. I wont be going to that salon for anything again.

I got my haircut there two weeks ago customer service is bad you have to white ladies that work there they saw me come in and I guess they assumed that I wanted that black girl to do my hair but no it didnt matter they didnt ask me for my name she didnt ask me what do I need done soon as a white person came in they went straight to the counter and if they help bad customer service.

Never heard of it.
