They do fine for a walk-in shop. It is difficult to get the same barber again.

I love sport clips. If I could give any advice to the stylists is give a strong massage of the scalp. The location I used to go to in gilbert arizona my stylist there had so many excellent reviews online because of her strong hands. She was the only stylist I ever repeated going to. But will continue to go to sport clips. Always great friendly staff!

First visit. Rude staff. Unwelcoming. Felt like I was an inconvenience. “Hi. Did you make an appointment online?” “No.” She sighed loudly and looked at her clip board. (Four women and not a single customer, but I was an inconvenient walk-in.) My son has a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. He was asked to leave while I was in the chair! Where is my 12 year old supposed to go by himself? Why not tell me that BEFORE they began my haircut? Awful service. Never again.

Whats the point of having an online check-in system if a walk-in can just show up and be placed ahead of you? I gave this place several chances over the past year. If your time is valuable, I recommend that you go elsewhere

Where I get my hair done. Unsually great service and not too busy. I have my favorite hairstylist here but I almost always just go with first stylist available. I dont think Ive ever had a bad stylist. This picture is of Melissa. Shes awesome. I almost never have to wait here, plenty of stylists available. I recommend at least a 5$ tip. I actually buy my pomade here and it lasts a long time.

Went to get my haircut for my wedding. Told them how important it was they said they understood. The girl cut my hair in the front so short I can’t do anything with it and left it 2 inches longer in random spots on my head. The fade on the sides has lines in it. I’m so aggravated cause you can’t fix it before the wedding never going here again

Ive been going to barber shops my whole life, the kind of barber shop my dad and his dad went to and while they did good cuts, these girls take it to the next level, they care a bit more, theyre friendly, they give you what you want all while making you feel like the most important person in the world. Best haircuts ive ever gotten. Need a mean fade? -done, want it messy? -done, Want to look fresh for a hot date or company gathering? - youll be the freshest of the bunch. The manager is amazing, All the girls are great, they want you to look good and they do it all with a professional and friendly attitude. Thank you ladies for the confidence boost. I will NOT be going anywhere else.

We arrived early on Saturday morning and waited about 15 minutes. The hairstylists immediately welcomed us and gave us the wait time expectation. Their banter with the clients was friendly and positive. The salon felt very jovial and all the employees seemed happy. We felt very comfortable in the waiting area. My son was able to explain what he wanted in a haircut and she listened to him and executed a fantastic haircut. The price was well worth the service we received.

Anna did a wonderful fade, hard part, and beard trim. Relatively short wait for a weekday. Very knowledgeable of the products and services offered. Fun, clean atmosphere that is close to home, what more can you ask for!

It was my first time and I was just getting a simple buzz cut and everyone was very nice and greeted me and everything was very clean and the hot towels were great but my hair cut was terrible. My hair was very long it hadnt been cut in 4 or 5 months and she went through my hair with the trimmer maybe 6 or 7 times and said ok your done I had to go home and retrim it myself. Never going back 😒

First time going to this location after moving into South Charlotte. The ladies did an amazing job, very professional and talkative. Both my son and I are extremely happy with the fades we received. We will be going back in 2 weeks for my regular haircuts.

Went here for the first time Saturday...would highly recommend; I love the fact you can see whos working, and check in online or through the app; had Jenny as a stylist...she did an amazing job...I get a shaver fade w/trim...not the easiest haircut to do....one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Went in around 3:30 on a Sunday, the lady asked if I signed in online, I had not, it was our first time there. She said that there were 8 or 9 people ahead of me. I looked around there were 2 people waiting, I assume the 8 or 9 checked in online. My understanding is you take the people that are there and when the online people show they are priority. Wasnt a very welcoming experience. I was told I could check in and come back at 5...umm when you close. Yeah, no thanks. Rude.

Had a good experience overall, the hair trim was accurate and the wash was appreciated. The customer service was solid, I had a fee coupon from a friend and i had never used Sports Clips before. My only dislikes were the hot towel put on your face - was not expecting that or asked if that was ok, no big deal, but i do feel that should be asked first ( just not my thing) and the cut and neck shave were very good. They definitely have more to offer than typical chains!

If you pick the right time of day, the wait is relatively short. My grandson and I have had our hair cut here several times and always been pleased. Unlike sone of the cuts further up the road at a competitor. Its quick, cost effective, and usually a really good haircut.We spiked his hair for this picture, but its cut very nicely and lays just right for school.

My favorite place to get a haircut. I always do the MVP, where I get massage, hot towel treatment, shoulder and back massage. This is a monthly treat. I enjoy watching the big screens with sports being televised. The services are great and youll be treated with ultimate level of respect. Most of the employees are cute young ladies with full accreditation. You can call ahead to get in line before you even leave your house. This place can put you waiting. Best to call ahead.

On line check in needs simplification. Ive had to use a password a couple of times. This requires stopping the vehicle to look up the password. On arrival one must enter their telephone number on a keyboard up front. Unless youve made the mistake of failing to do this, or one of the workers tells you to do this youre SOL. Your name will automatically rotate to the end of the wait list. I am very suspicious of giving out my telephone number because of all the junk calls I get. So, how about a simpler routine that doesnt require the added human intervention? Oh, and the quality of the haircut for me has recently dropped at 5 forks with a change in staff.

Megan was by far the best stylist I have ever met. She went as far as to tell me how to wash my hair, how much product to use, and got all this done in under 20 minutes with haircut, hot towel, and shampoo!!! I would highly recommend her. She offered me a great product from there tea tree oil line which works great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for the best haircut I have ever received.

Some people have good experiences and some people have bad. I gave the beautician many times to comprehend, even with a photo from her book, on how to cut my sons hair. I ended up leaving when we were left alone in the chair waiting for her to come back! If I could give less than a star I would. Like I said, some people have good experiences and some bad. This place has great reviews but I am surprised of my first time experience.

Do not come here! I had to wait an hour just to get in the chair. Then when I started, my “stylist” (don’t even know if that applies to someone with such little skill) was talking almost the entire time to the person in the other chair. She was constantly distracted and parted my hair very weird. When she washed my hair she didn’t even ask if the water was too hot. (Which it was). When she dried my hair she put the hairdryer RIGHT AGAINST MY SCALP and burned it. The thing I was most mad about was her lack of attention to detail and she never seemed to care about me as the client paying for the MVP cut. Very disappointed and left will be taking my business elsewhere.

From the minute we walked iniwe were greated by Megan. My son hates haircuts and gets very shy around new people. Megan engaged him and made him feel comfortable at check-in. She then introduced is to Anna, who was amazing with my son. She Took the time to talk to him and make sure he got exactly what I wanted. This place is ok. It’s not the best, but also not the worst. My 15 year was satisfied with his haircut and I guess that’s the main reason why we came, I think the ladies could be a little more friendly.

On the 15th I went to sport clips to get a haircut I ask if they could cut around a cut on my head. Which i told them I had been to the doctor to take a look at and they said it was doing fine just keep it clean and let it heal on its own but a Couple of girls look and was like no Our policy doesnt allow that we couldnt with lesions or cuts in head.. I said OK I will try to do it my own thank you but one lady Shermain looked at it and said I think I can put a band-aid on it and cut around it to just get close i told her that that would be great if she could so she got one and placed it over the area in proceed to give me a haircut shes very nice and I was very thankful for someone who (Shermain)took the time to at least look at it and figure out how to do something with just a band-aid I will be back but probably only to use this one lady she was very Helpful and nice and did a super job I would highly recommend Her over anybody in there just because of her thoughtfulness And helping others. I used to go to Meagan, but i went to melissa this go round because meagan doesnt work there. I went in, and asked for a fade. She starting cutting and she started with the fade first, and after the haircut was over, i came to relize that this haircut was the WORST haircut i have ever had. Who even trained her?? Im now having to spend extra money to get my haircut fixed. Im so dissapointed in the haircut received and i dont even want to go back because they might mess it up more than it already was.

I used to go to the one on Pelham Rd until March 1st of 2019 when I found out that the 2 stylist that had the electric razor that would fade my hair to the scalp were no longer at this location. So after 2 years of getting the same haircut I found myself trying to find another location, thankfully I found this one. Meggan met with me and told me that she had the electric razor and could give me the same haircut, and not only did she provide it she went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy! So if you want a true high and tight by all means do not go to the location on Pelham Rd go to this location, Best haircut I’ve ever had, thank you Meggan! P.S you would think that Sport Clips would provide the tools needed for these women to do their job!

I have been going to this SportsClip location for the past year and have not once received a bad haircut. From Kara, Shena, or Shenekwa, you can guarantee you will get a good cut. The ladies are friendly and professional. I have been to other locations in the Upstate and can honestly say this one is the best. Would highly recommend the three ladies I mentioned!
