After receiving poor care and communication from another Allstate agency, we were directed to the Tommy Meadows Agency. Tommy answered the phone on the first ring and Sondra Smith went into immediate action to take care of our needs. She was easy to communicate with, listened to our concerns and told us that she would take care of us. Called us back in two hours to let us know that she had reviewed our policies and had set the wheels in motion to get those policies corrected. So glad that we made this agency change and relieved to know Sondra and Tommy are there for us!! Would highly recommend Sondra Smith and Tommy Meadows Agency!!

My agent is Tommy Meadows and he knows me and my family. He handles well all our insurance needs and his office is just outside my neighborhood. I consider him a friend and see him out occasionally. He has 2 girls in the office which are available at all business hours. I recommend Tommy. My only claim was handled well and I recently added boat insurance.
