Jim McGill is the best!! Very professional but has a great personality. His staff are very helpful and friendly. I would give them a 9.9 because nobody is perfect. Lol

Karina Rivas was a delight to work with. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field. She response in a timely manner and its extremely accurate and efficient. Its quality work and really good customer service. I have enjoyed the experience!

Jim McGill State Farm took the time with us upfront and was very thorough in getting us exactly the coverage we needed for our business and personal needs. Never have I had an agent sit down and explain things as clearly and completely as Jim McGill. Jim gave us great advise and I feel like we have the coverage we need. His staff is wonderful too!

If you have a State Farm policy with Jim McGill’s office I would strongly recommend you look over the details of your bill, especially if you have made any kind of changes such as adding/removing vehicles. Their mistake is going to cost us at least $500 a year and even though we have moved offices we will still have to live with their mistake. His office manager (Karina) lied to us multiple times and continued to lie when we confronted them with the truth after checking with another State Farm office.Jim McGill has YET to call us himself to fix this.I can absolutely recommend Matt Davis’s State Farm office in Gray Court. Amazing customer service and they have spent the last two weeks trying to fix our issue.

I have been with them since I started driving. They have helped me get through many things including helping me get covered in a wreck when state farm was trying to deny coverage for the claim. They have always worked with me and explained things to me when I didnt understand. Really great insurance agent.
