Don’t go to the older man that works there. He literally shaved my hair off after I came in requesting a trim. I’ve been growing my hair out for a year and have to start all over. Awesome.

I would give this place no stars. I came in for a cut and color for my wedding in 2 days. I showed him a picture of what I wanted 3 or 4 times. Told him I was trusting him because its 2 days before my wedding. I walked out of the salon with a half carmel blonde head. There were different tones of blonde throughout my whole head. He took about 5 snips of my hair and called it a cut. It was EXTREMELY unprofessional looking and absolutely unacceptable for a wedding... he did try to fix it but couldnt. I didnt get pictures because my phone died but will update if I get then from the hairdresser who fixed my hair because of this awful place. The hairdresser who fixed my hair at a different salon pointed out the blotchyness with color and obviously the wrong color and my hair was unevenly cut. Dont waste your time or money. As I was walking out I was screamed at by the guy and all I said with tears in my eyes was that my freaking wedding was in 2 days....My appt. Was with an older gentleman with short gray hair. I am only upset because who screws up someones hair days before their wedding. Im the freaking bride. If you cant do what someone asked just say so. I have worked in customer service my whole life and Ive never screamed at anyone either so....

Im so completely satisfied with my first time experience at Reflections today ! Went in there not knowing what style I wanted, just that my intention of growing my hair longer was not working out for me. My stylist was Burt, and after discussing my hair, he let me know what he felt would work best for me. The end results of my time with Burt were amazing ! Im sure the other stylists are very good also, so my future haircuts will now be at Reflections and my go to stylist will be Burt. Im one very satisfied customer !!

We are not from Shelbyville, I needed to have my hair done for my daughters wedding. Thought it would be fun for my other daughter and I to do our hair together.We had such a good time here and our hair looked great. Both styles lasted from 11 am to midnight.If I could Id come here all the time. Everyone was so friendly and nice.

I drive a long distance to receive a great cut, color and highlights at 1/2 the price Ive paid anywhere else. The bells and whistles arent there but stylist and prices are worth the drive .
