First time getting my nails professionaly done. Took awhile because there was a bunch of people and only one worker. But she did damn good.

Couldnt even get them to answer the phone so I dont even know if theyre open

I love her service...however...not her schedule. Says closed 3:00 to 4:15..been out here since 20 till 3...its now 4:35 and no sign of her opening back up....wasted an hour of my time...only to think as soon as I pull away shell open!

I paid for gel polish and not even a week later it came off!! I used think silky nails was one of the better nail salons in shelbyville but vip is worth the wait. This day j went to her I waited over an hour for her to open her card machine was down. I used to go to her all the time. I wont be wasting the money or time there anymore!

My mother-in-law and I went to get our nails done. She had a regular manicure and he told her that it would only last for a day or two. I had a gel manicure done and within 2 days my nails started to peel. Ive had many gel manicures done before and they have never peeled so fast.

Susanne is very rude and bitchy very poor quality work
