Literally the worst manicure experience of my life. I arrived for a manicure and was told that I would need to wait until she was finished with the customer she was working on. No problem. But I waited for an hour. And then she got to my nails. She filed my nails, buffed them, and then laid down a base coat, 2 layers of color, and a top coat. Then she sprayed my hands and told me that I needed to leave because she wanted to go home. The closing time listed was 4pm. I was told to leave at 3:10. She had her daughter with her, which is fine with me, but she seemed more interested in going home an hour early than she did about being professional or doing a good job. Im taking this polish off now and redoing them myself. It was a total waste of my time and money.

I got my nails done about a week ago and I absolutely love them! They are so nice and kind.They can have a wait some times but it is so worth it! I will come here more.

I’m really glad this place kept it real with me and told me to come there at 6, I waited like 5 minutes and was being sat that quickly. My nail technician did a fantastic job on my real nails, she took care of them and I will be going back!

I’ve went here several times with several great experiences. However the last three times I’ve been my nails have fallen off within the first week of getting them. I don’t do any thing that would make them come off. I’m curious if she had a change in the material she is using that started causing this. I went somewhere else this last time and am going on 2 weeks with no signs of my nails coming off. Great people and great work! Only downfall is this. Was really upset to have to find somewhere else to go.

Im always very satisfied with my nail service! The nail tech does a great job with gel polish.That part deserves 5+ stars! However the fact that they choose to bring a toddler to a place of business requires me to give the business as a whole 4 stars.

Two hours just to do a full set and they looked awful! My daughters cuticles are bleeding and her nails are so uneven! Never will I go back to this place! We only took her there because VIP nails was closed today!

Ive gotten full set acrylics done here about 6 times now, each time was a pleasant experience and they did a wonderful job. The only downfall is that it takes a bit longer for them to do a full set than it does at other salons that Ive been to, but for me the quality of their work and selection of colors and designs are much better!! Id definitely recommend if you dont mind waiting.

I have been to many nail salons and they never satisfy me with the nail shape or prices, but I went into this one best experience, the shape and nail color was outstanding plus the price was so shocking. It was so fordable, definitely will be recommending my friends and family to come!

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. First of all, my friend and I sit down and say that we want acrylic nails and they just try to paint them...if you are doing nails as a job, you need to know what acrylic is. Then, we get told to change stations, no big deal there, but my friend sat for 30 minutes without anyone even touching her nails. When a guy finally went over to do her nails, he stayed on his phone for the majority of the time and would walk away for no reason. That is incredibly poor customer service in and of itself. But this is where I have my biggest problem. Every single one of my fingers bled and it looks like a butcher was trying to work on my nails. Instead of wiping off the blood, they decided they were just going to paint over it. They also sanded into my nails so much that I was pulling my hands away in pain. When I wash my hands or take a shower, it hurts so bad I am almost in tears because of how deep into the nail bed they sanded and because of how far they cut into my cuticles. And the icing on this whole disastrous cake, my nails look horrendous. They are all a different shape, they are crooked, and the paint isnt even.Oh and by the way, if you want a receipt, you better not pay in cash. They refused to give us a receipt when we paid in cash. So if you ask me, it sounds like there is something fishy going on there.Im sorry for having to sound like a horrible human being, but someone needs to warn people about what they are getting into if they go here.

I never get my nails done so I was particularly nervous but the lady that did .y nails was super fast and my nails are gorgeous, I absolutely love them and I definitely would go back! ❤❤❤

Great Pedicures!

I set up an appointment for a mani and pedi. The nails look nice. Only complaint is that the younger lady seemed to be in a rush and she did not take her time. And one my my acrylics fell off after only 8 days

The lady made me bleed so much a week and a half later my toe is still so hurt ivam going to the doctors. i have never had a tech dig into my foot like that. i have never reviewed a place before and it was so bad i had to. i hope they learn and can get better but even if they do i can never go back

I give him 5 stars I could have silky nails and all the other nail salons in Shelbyville and they wont do long French manicures but this Salon does they do a great job always there on time Pleasant I suggest you go there theyre nothing like silky Nails shes always late never on time this is going to be mine new place but Im going to have my nails done

BEST PEDICURE EVER! I’ve been here 5 times in the past few months and each time was better. I’ve had guys both times. They don’t speak much English, but it works for me because I’m not there to talk. Each time I go there is never a wait and I’m sure it’s due to the reviews. Yesterday got right in with the older guy. The down side is, it takes a solid hour and 15 minutes, BUT, I always get french and they do it free style and very meticulous not rushed. And since I knew that, I planned for it. (the wait is FOREVER at other places) They massage each foot 10 minutes with lotion, no lie. They do it in a special way that makes it worth the time because it feels SO GOOD! Also, my polish last two weeks! I watched him scrub all the tools with cleaner while I sat with hot towels on. And while I sat in the FABULOUS massage chair. (not junky and wore out) waiting for my toes to dry, a mom brought her 3 year old daughter for her birthday to get her fingers and toes polished and he was very sweet to her. This is my first review ever but I felt like I owed it because I’ve had such a good experience and all the other reviews are bad and my feet feel so AMAZING today!

Exotic Nails is my nail salon choice; time, ...and time again. The people who own the salon, are efficient and kind. They are careful to create a result that I like. Exotic Nails has reasonable prices, too!

I wish I could give this place no stars! They hurt my fingers (which still hurt) the guy that did my nails left a bunch of gaps with the acrylic, another lady had to go back and fix it, and didnt even fix it right. Im left with acrylic all over my fingers, when I told the guy he was hurting me from taking the grinder over my skin multiple times he looked at me in frustration. They were in such a rush, that they didnt even care about our satisfaction. I just had them done yesterday and I have a chunk of acrylic missing from my nail. Im so upset, and mad. Then some other people that work there came in, and did nothing but stare at me while I waiting on my sister in law and our friend to finish. We will NEVER be back.

I have been here twice and won’t com back. Both times my nails were crooked and lumpy. Plus, the guy in there is very rude.

Terrible experience.. They dont talk to you at all. Nails look like crap. It took 1 and a half hrs to do 2 fill jobs that just look terrible. Bumpy and not straight at all. 1 of my friends were so bad that she was furious.. I wanted a full set but by the time my 2 friends got theirs filled I just said I didnt want them. Shouldnt take an hour and a half to do 2 fills and they look so bad. Plus I waited that long for my set and they let another girl go infront of me just because she needed a nail repair. Will never ever come here again. Worse experience ever

Although there was no wait the services were basic and half effort. Instead of soaking of gel polish they filed it off, only one nail tech did the painting in which it wasnt all that great with nail polish on my toes instead of toe nail. I also did not see any licenses for the nail techs. Wondering how legit they are. Yes it was nice not having to wait but not a good mani pedi to me. Nail techs need training.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The people are rude and they are awful at what they do. I cant post a picture but I got a simple French manicure with a gold line and it looks awful. They cannot even make the gold line straight. They all curve way too far down and the white tip goes halfway down my nail. Awful. Do not go here you will waste your money

Horrible nails and rude people! I had a new set put on and I swear they are wider than the are long. Ive never been so dissatisfied with my nails and Ive been having them done for years.

Worse experience ever. Left there with a cut finger, when I arrived I asked how much for nails the way it was In a pic and was given the price needless to say left there with nails not done the way I wanted because they wanted more $ for the stripes and very thick

Worst experience ever!! the lady in there brought her baby to work, she kept having too pause on my nails and walk the baby around, and change the diaper WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!! My nails were uneven and asked for coffin shape and half of them were squared and the rest were triangle!! never going back!!

My nails chipped the same day before I even left town. He didnt get all of the nail polish off my skin either. I wouldnt recommended going here. Save your money!!!
