My daughter and I waited for a hour and 15 minutes this evening to just end up walking out. The place was busy so we were fine with waiting until not only was my daughter skipped in line, even when I confronted the workers she was still waiting, they skipped a lady who arrived before us waiting to get her nails done also. The worker took a lady who came in after us three over to start her. This is absolutely rude and we did not appreciate the way they handled this. I wouldn’t waste your time going here. There ARE other places in Shelbyville who are 100% more professional.

My nails are great! Cindy does a wonderful job. Im not one to try different salons but the covid 19 restrictions forced me out of my comfort zone. Im glad I came here. Top notch quality work. Nice atmosphere, nice people

Couldnt even do a simple design . I showed a picture of what I wanted and she said okay . Started my nails almost got to painting and she said I couldnt have any kind of design it had to be plain color. Then charged for the nails being a between short and medium length . I told her I wanted it curved instead she made it square. Will not be coming back not worth the money or time considering I was there for almost 3 hours

I make a trip from Indianapolis every 2weeks just to have Jimmy do my nails,he always greets me by name and does a great job,he knows what I like and doesnt need to be told and pays close attention to detail. Thanks Jimmy ☺

One star is to much wish I could do a 1/4 or 1/2 a star! Just got my nails done on Saturday (it is now Monday) there are chips in all of them! I got gel so they should not chip at all! I tried to ask about a color the lady snapped at me and said pick a color and walked away. I had gel on my nails already that needed to be soaked off. She started to soak my nails but kept grinding the polish off in between soaking so now my nails are thin and bend in half. I will NEVER go back! Wasted $30!!

This nail place is awful. My nails looked awful. I asked for them to be fixed and the nail tech started cutting them all off. She cut the fake nails off and my real nails left them jagged and asked us to leave. Never had a worse experience.

Ive been going here for some time. They have gotten increasingly busy. They refuse to do anything you really want and they will only do 1 nail. They refuse to put a design on all of your nails. If you ask for a design it has to be painted with polish how they want to do it or the answer is no. They refuse to hire or keep help so the wait is normally over 2 hours since it;s only a husband and wife. The wife is rude and mean. The name is actually Creative nails now and I will never go back

They leave at 3pm for lunch?!? Wont go back there anymore. 👎

Good place for a pedicure or a medicure

I went there for the first time today for pedi and new tips. My big toe on my left foot was clipped bad and bled. Hurts so bad I can’t wear my tennis shoes. I am no virgin to getting my nails done and I have never been in pain to the point that I had to soak my hands in ice water and take Tylenol.

Extremely rude! I wanted my nails coffin shaped, he told me he couldnt do it then after I explained it to him he told me they looked weird and to leave!

Rude... rude... People.. Im still in pain, will never go back

Sat down to get my nails done, the person doing my nails left to go home for over an hour, ridiculous, and they charged extra just for length and shape, will never be back.
