Great service, nice & super friendly. Prices are awesome and reasonable. They do have a sign that says $2 for credit card use, understandable because they are getting charged for each client that is using a card. so don’t forget to bring cash(: they are super funny and love to joke with us, so if you don’t know them personally you won’t understand. BEST NAILS i’ve ever had! Also, love coming to a clean salon!

I have been going to this place for many many years. Especially after going to a place that put nails on crooked. I have them a second chance but then I went to Shelby Nails. I have never had a problem and my nails lady as long as they are supposed to or longer.The reason they don’t like credit cards is the credit card company charges them each time a card is used so each payment they get they have to pay the credit card company. They are so nice they don’t want to have to charge you in order to run your card.Pedicures have been just as great and they fixed a toenail for me before it became infected.I don’t use anyone else unless I am out of state but Shelby Nails

I DO NOT recommend coming to this place. The prices are so overly priced. My mother and I wasted $180 for just a set of acrylic nails. My nails started popping off within 10 days when they should have lasted at least two weeks. We got treated badly by both the female and the male workers. Do not waste your time or your money here.

My mother in law used to go here to get her eyebrows done regularly but one day she tried to pay with card and they made a big deal about it. She said shed pay the extra tax AND leave the lady a tip but they said they didn’t care and told her not to come back

I am not from this area. Im very particular about my nails and they expect people to pay for trashed nails and wont fix them. They rush through and if you dont pay by cash, they dont want you there! Never again!

The guy tore my cuticles up and didnt trim my real nails so the acrylic nail is starting to come off to soon.

If I could rate this a negative rating I would. Horrible pedicure. Rude technicians. I was going to get a manicure too but decided against it. Pedicure didnt even last 20 min. They didnt even have me sit under a light after polish. There was no one else in there and I can see why. Disgraceful.

I walked in to everyone sitting in a massage chair watching tv and no one got up to greet me. I felt as if they looked at me like they wanted me to walk right back out. As I walked over for a pedicure and showed them what I wanted (holographic dip powder) they told me they didn’t have it- which I totally understood! I was trying to see if they had anything like it but the lady just kept telling me no and instead of trying to help me pick out a color like it they just said “so you don’t want it then” and immediately turned off the foot bath. I returned the nail polish back to the rack and left without them saying another word to me. I can’t even comment on the quality because all I received was poor customer service. Will not be back!

I went in tonight a little after 6 and felt awful since they close at 7 and I wanted 2 services. However they were nothing short of nice & friendly. Didn’t rush through my services & did an excellent job!! I will definitely be back!

I love this salon! Service is excellent!

My first visit. I walked in and was barely acknowledged. There are only 2 people working and 3 in chairs getting nails done and 3 of us waiting for pedicure. After sitting in chairs for 30 minutes they turn on water to fill soaking basin. Didnt bother to check temperature. And it was so hot I couldnt soak my feet for 10 minutes. Still waiting for someone to start on my feet. I am going to be here AWHILE ...Wont be back.

The first time I went they did a terrible job on my dip nails. They were bumpy and different lengths. I went other places for several months but came back to try again when I was in the area because I had acrylics and theyre even worse. Messy, shaped different, and he said come back Monday for him to fix them. Never again.

So I give them 2 stars because I am pleased with my nails but at the same time they charged my daughter and I $10 extra a piece on the dip nails because we had tips put on, which is one thing to charge extra for, but charging even more for wanting a pointy shape?? I don’t get it, doesn’t a shape come with the nails? What’s the difference In getting them oval, round or square? Why not charge extra for that? And if you’re going to charge extra you need to tell them in advance or write it on the board with your prices. It clearly says $35 for dip nails, we got one color one shape, that’s part of the process. Also need to maybe hire more help. they are busy and overwhelmed and trying to do too many people at once. My daughter and I wanted them done together and I even called in advance, of course they said come on in, but we were still there for 3 hours done at different times. Not an over all good experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and it’s usually $10 when I was done she asked if I had cash and I said no then she processed to say it’s going to be $12 then . They have a sign in the front that says they accept cards so I was a lil taken back . I think they should have a sign that lets customers know . Never will be back .

This was my first time going to this nail salon. The male nail tech was very rude. This business has a sign on the door that states they accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card, but when I pulled out my credit card to pay the guy stated don’t you have cash and I replied no and the guy huffs and says something in his language that I could not understand. I also noticed they did not say this to the other customers in the store. I will never go back!!!!

Very disappointed. Not only was she unfriendly but she completely rushed through the pedicure. I think it took her about 12 minutes total. Didn’t even try to get any of the dry skin off of my feet. I’m not even sure she put the topcoat on. It was so fast I didn’t even realize she was finished and sat there for about 10 minutes thinking she would be back. Total waste of $30.

Very clean place. People are nice and polite

Theyre awesome for pedicures but I got athletes foot from them I think. They dont properly clean their foot soaking area after each use.

I gave this salon two chances, the first time I went in for a pedi, they sat me in a chair with a dry bowl for 45 mins and then rushed through the service half assed. The second time, months later, I was desperate for a acrylic fill in and they did such a horrible job I didnt even allow them to polish my nails, I went home and filed on them for an hour to straighten them up as best as I could. If I could give less than one star, I would.

People are awesome and they do an amazing job! Nails stay on for three weeks for me!

I find them both to be unfriendly and rude. They rush through manicures and pedicures and do not take the sufficient time for a customer based on the prices. I got pink gel polish yesterday and today it is turning orange. Not worth the money. Go elsewhere.
