I was very happy with my drop in trip. They took good care of me even though they worked past close. (They accepted me as a walk in roughly an hr prior to them closing even though they could have turned me away.) They all work together well. They sanitize with lysol between guests and wear masks (if youre one that is super concerned about going out because of covid this is a selling point Im sure). They also did an excellent job on my nails and were so very kind. Ill definitely recommend and definitely go back... just earlier next time so I dont have to keep them past close. I made an appointment to get a gel manicure on my lunch break. It only took her about 20 minutes for this since I wanted something simple. I love my nails & I will be requesting Ann & leaving a bigger tip. My nails feel like velvet

I didnt have an appointment and I didnt have to wait at all. They cleaned up my nails; that another nail salon had destroyed, and for that I am thankful. I couldnt believe it when he said I only needed to pay $45 after all the work he had just done. They were very kind and helpful. Definitely doing more business with them in the future!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. Not only do they look terrible, but my cuticles are bleeding and the place was dirty. The lady who did my nails was not friendly. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure and will not be going back.

Staff was working extremely hard helping each other out when possible. There were 4 of us and we were in and out in 2 hours. It cost quite a bit more than I was told on the phone but they did an amazing job.

So I’m not sure how many of y’all go to VIP nails, but I’m APPALLED at the lack of respect and plain rude nail tech. I sat down to have my nails done with Ana, and I got NOTHING But attitude the whole time. I asked for something and I was told she could do it. Well I proceeded to do it the way she could make it look similar to the pic I showed. (Which was a natural looking French tip) for my wedding, mind you.Once I saw the look I kindly told her that the look wasn’t what I wanted. Once I said that, she INSTANTLY got defensive and rude with me. And told me, well I can do it, but you have to have money. YES THATS WHAT I CAME HERE FOR. I HAVE MONEY. Like what?!Long story short. I’m not taking my business here, I had her stop and refused to let her finish. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected by a business.

Loved my first set of nails. The second set was rushed. They had a 1.5 hour wait. So they were in a hurry. Gel looked better, but powder is supposed to last longer. Its wavy and she missed a few spots so they feel gritty and not shiney... Im probably just too picky?

This is the only salon I’ve ever been too that has done DIP nails the proper and hygienic way (using your own separate dish instead of dipping your nail into the same container everyone else’s hands have been in). My nail tech was very nice and there was hardly a wait.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ:TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I took my mom here for Mother’s Day on Saturday. We got there at 10:30. We were not greeted when we walked in, nor given an estimated time for our wait. We waited for an hour before I asked how much longer. We were told that it would be another hour. In this time, there was a group of ladies that walked in, that were greeted, and told to go ahead and have a seat at the pedicure station. You could tell that they knew these ladies, and they were probably customers that visit often. They were very friendly, and inviting, unlike they were to us, and everyone else that I saw walk in. I was told that they didn’t take appointments on the weekend, so I’m not sure what the reason for that was.After waiting 2 hours and 20 min. We were called back. When I got to my chair, there was a pair of dirty sandals sitting at my chair. I was looking around thinking that maybe someone wasn’t finished, and had gone to the bathroom. This made me think that maybe the water wasn’t clean. Just made me unsure. When I took my sandals off and stepped onto the rug, it felt like I was stepping on rocks. I looked down, and there were dirty toenail clippings everywhere in front of my chair. After 2 hours and 20 min. We left. I didn’t explain, nor did I need to. I completely understand being busy, especially the day before Mother’s Day, which is why we waited, in spite of the uninviting, rude customer service. What I don’t understand is being so busy, that you don’t take the time to clean the area in between customers. Not only is this disgusting, it’s unsanitary, and it is a safety hazard. There was nothing that was going to make me feel relaxed, as I should have. I will never be back, nor will I refer anyone. It’s unfortunate that I will have to drive out of town to get a pedicure, but that is exactly what I will do. Please for your future customers well being, and enjoyment, step it up.

Went with a friend to get a pedicure this past weekend and after I left I realized that they didn’t even scrub my feet. There are still calluses on both of our feet. I’m pretty disappointed and if I had realized I would have asked but they didn’t say one word to us anyway. The toenail polish was rushed and it seemed like they couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. Won’t be going back.

Walked in to fix 3 nails.. man said oh you need to fix 3 nails.. and then points and tells me to sit as if there weren’t 10+ stations. I ask him where would you like me to sit proceeds to say “over there.” I then stop and let him walk in front of me. He sits me with a lady who was cleaning and had no desire to assist me. I wait a few minutes then say “I’m kind of in a hurry..” She says “Oh you’re in a hurry? 5 minutes.” I tell her “Yes, I’m in a hurry I need to go to work.” She says “5 minutes. You can wait 5 minutes.” And then continues to clean. I got up and left and no one said a word to me. Now I’m left with going to work with 3 broken nails. Terrible customer service. I would have paid as much as getting a new set for the service. (I also tip very well) instead you lost what could have been a very loyal customer. Thank you for wasting my time! Do better.

Ive been going to this salon regularly for a year. Yesterday I made an appointment, when I got to my appointment the manicurie was busy, then another client arrived for the same time as me, and after half an hour there she asked me if I wanted to do a new appointment. I will never go to that place again where they do not respect the clients time

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I went in for a fill, only one person in front of me, and then 4 other people walked in. They called 3 of the people that came in after me and since I’m on a timeline, headed out of town, I finally stood up and asked when I could expect to get a fill? They asked me if I signed in and I pointed to my name in the book and the girl looked at me and said, “Oh... you can be next. It’s about 45 minutes.” I said no thanks and left. I went to creative nails and they got me in within 30 minutes. What’s the point of a sign in book if they just call whoever they want? Super disorganized.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 10:00 today for a mani and pedi. I waited 45 minutes and asked where i was on the list since I had an appointment at 10:00. He looked at the list then said we dont do appts on Saturdays! I said I made this appt 2 weeks ago. His answer was did you call the right place! This sounds like their STANDARD answer! Then proceed to say come back! I will not go back there! I wasted a Saturday morning there!! The list even had a place asking if you have an appt yes or no!!!!
