The entire team were so responsive and helped us with quick service. We had a bad tire with a tear that could not be repaired. We needed a new tire. My mother was in ICU in the hospital in Green Bay and we needed to get there quickly. They took us immediately and were done in a short time with a new tire. We so appreciate their care. They were friendly and polite and helpful.

Being new to the area, I was not sure where to go for tires. I decided to give Pomps a try as my dealership had recommended new tires for my car. The service tech looked at my tires and said they looked fine. He showed me how there was plenty of tread left and they were wearing evenly. Imagine a tire store refusing to sell you tires, just because you dont need them? I will, definitely be back when I do need tires.

We needed six new tires for our Motorhome. The people at the Sheboygan Pomp’s were awesome. They found us tires in a week. Sent a very skilled technician. He was excellent and knowledgeable. Would recommend Pomp’s 100%.

I purchased new tires from Pomp’s. I was able to select the tires I wanted online and schedule an appointment for the install online. It all worked perfectly. When I got the tires installed pomp’s was right on time and came in at the exact cost listed on the online quote. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Very satisfied.

I have been going to Pomps for years. I have been a loyal customer since I went there to get a second opinion after my dealership said I needed thousands of dollars of work on my vehicle. Pomps told me the truth and they have continued to be honest and very reasonably priced. The reason that I am finally writing a review after all of these years is the way they went above and beyond this last visit. I got a flat tire and I have been driving around on a spare, that is normally no big deal, but my son started chemo earlier this year and we have to drive about an hour (one way) for his care. We normally have to go to the childrens hospital once or twice a week. Driving down the freeway on a spare is nerve wracking, and having to do it frequently was going to be a problem for me. When the super awesome people at Pomps learned what my situation was they squeezed me in as soon as they could and got me the best possible deal on tires that they could find. The truth is they do these things for all of their customers all of the time, but their help and kindness really means a lot to me right now. I would give Pomps 10 stars if I could.

Great service working with the owner, Dirk. Tires and wheels on a 30 yr young truck that i am restoring was not without issues but the owner stepped right in and we made the change over to the new wheels and tires. I would recommend this store as going out of their way to make the tire sale and installation right. GREAT JOB from the office and the shop help.

I stopped in yesterday to get a valve stem replaced due to it being broke and getting a flat. I was attempting to try and get chrome caps off that got stuck. The dealership wasnt helpful to me in getting them off. Pomps was booked solid but said I could leave the tire there and when they had time they would squeeze me in. They got the tire fixed quickly and when I asked if they could do one more tire they agreed. I cant say enough about how much I appreciated their help and kindness! If I could give more stars I would. You wont be disappointed going here!

I was losing air in my left front tire so took my vehicle to Pomp’s to get fixed. While they were unable to find a leak on day 1 and sent me home free of charge for their labor, the following day, the same tire was low. When I called again, Chris wanted the car there ASAP so they could get to the bottom of the problem. Within an hour my vehicle was ready for pick up and the problem was fixed. Chris was apologetic for the inconvenience and didn’t charge me on day 2 either. I’ll be back Pomp’s!

Due to all of these pandemic and covid recovering stuff majority of all shops are not even taking in drop offs or walk ins anymore. I called in around 12pm to see if I can drop off my car at Pomps to do an alignment. The service advisor that I talked on the phone did mentioned that they are going to have a big job thatll take up the rest of the day but still made time and told me to bring my vehicle in. After a little over an hour I got the call and my car was ready!. Alignment was on point and forever a Pomps customer! Thankyou Pomps Tire Service!!!

It was an emergency Saturday morning flat tire. They got me in and went above and beyond just taking care of the flat. They checked all the tires and rotated them for best performance. Let me know about need for upcoming brake work even though I They knew I have a regular mechanic and it wouldnt bring that business into their shop. Great people tp work with.

I previously owned a 2012 Honda Civic. I took it to Pomps tire for the majority of the general maintenance work. With their assistance i was able to get 366,789 miles on it before hitting a deer. I ran over a screw on Saturday. I called Pomp’s based on a friend’s recommendation. Chris answered the phone and said to bring it on in and that they would fix it before they went home (this was on a Saturday and they closed at noon) they were very helpful and got me out of a pickle. I have two issue. When my tires were checked I wouldve expected equal tire pressure readings when they were done... My tire pressures were different in all four tires. The pressures ranged from 44psi to 37psi.Also, I requested for the tires to be rotated and it wasnt done.I would still go back and would recommend to others. Im sure these issues were not the norm for Pomps Sheboygan.
