Got a flat tire on a Saturday after hours and they were able to patch it for us. Came back Monday with the same tire flat and they did another small repair free of charge. Excellent customer service. Told us what was wrong with the tire and gave some general advice. Would highly recommend for any tire service you need!

Had car towed twice by this company in last month, service is pretty quick and people really friendly and prices seem fair enough and would give 5 stars however from when I saw then pick up car to time I next saw it at repair shop a scratch appeared on back bumper that was not there before and that should never happen. Outside of that the rest was all good.

They picked up the phone immediately on A Saturday night got to my car after the call in less than 15 minutes and also offered to give me a ride home very friendly very comfortable to be around just all-around super good people at this place 👌

I called Depot in the early morning hours and call was answered promptly, information was exchanged pertaining to call. The driver Alex called me immediately when he was dispatched to take the call and verified information he received from dispatch. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of an approximate arrival time which was extremely accurate. He was very knowledgeable and confident not only on the phone but while physically on the call interacting with the caller/customer giving the feeling of comfort and trust. He was very personal and made you feel like you were old friends catching up. Highly recommend and would call again, thanks Alex!!!!!

My boyfriend crashed his car and this place towed his car back into town, and stored it. When we tried to get our things out of the car we were told that we would have to pay at least something to get our things. Ya ok i understand that, BUT TELL ME WHY WHEN WE PAID THEM MONEY TO GET INTO THE CAR A LOT OF OUR THINGS WERE STOLEN OUT OF THE CAR?!?!?! WE BASICALLY PAID YOU TO ROB US!!!! Do NOT go to this place, they are thieves, and i am at the police station currently reporting the theft on their end.

The Depot has always been there for me when I need them. My truck brake lines were replaced in a timely manner, and when a local Tires Plus failed to tighten down lugs to my wifes car, they were generous enough to allow me to stop by and immediately tighten them down for no cost. This has bought my loyalty for all future vehicle service needs.

Ive taken both our cars there for several years and its always been great. They are happy to explain options and make suggestions that are appropriate for the value of the car and the situation. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable too. And I feel like the prices are always fair.

Very helpful, polite and thorough explanations. He was wonderful about not letting me feel stupid about hitting a patch of ice and sliding into the snow and ice piled at the side of the road (which I was definitely feeling. ) Would highly recommend them.

The tow truck driver never alerted the mechanic my car had been dropped off, did not put the key in the box (he left my key in my unlocked car), and did not let me know the mechanic had not been informed. Talked to the driver on the phone before they picked up my car and gave him the mechanics phone number and my phone number and advised him to call me if he wasnt able to get ahold of the mechanic. The driver said that would do so. Since the driver did not call anyone and left my car on the street instead of in the small lot in front of shop (there was one spot left open specifically for my car) my car was impounded and I was slapped with a $300 impound fee. I attempted to call a few times to resolve the issue and no one called me back.

You guys rock! second time I have had to call you, very polite. Never disappoint always happy with what you guys do.

Our car had a tire monitor problem. The mechanic fixed it, but the computer still showed it wasnt working. Then it would go off. He did not charge us and said if it should go on again to bring it back and they will check to see if it is something else. Their prices are very reasonable. The people are very nice.

We drove down from the UP to buy a car in this area. We had the guys at the Depot check it out before we bought it. They went into detail with us about the car and thoroughly looked it over. They also gave us a great price. I would recommend taking your car here because they are honest guys!

After having an accident, they came to tow my car. The guys who helped me were very helpful. The next day when I stopped by their location, the guys had great customer service. They took the time to help me out and answer my questions. Would definitely use them again!

Thank you for changing the tire on our camper. He also let us know that a wire under the camper was broken from when the tire blew.

This guy is SCARY. My insurance company called a couple of different companies. Not in my control. The guy from Depot company sat and waited for at least 40 minutes while we waited for the person we already had an appointment with. He left for a brief period and then CAME BACK when the other guy got there. The other guy was great at talking an angry dude down. I would never hire this company. I was scared he was going to do something to us or the other guy. I nearly called the police. He then took my car’s information. I am calling the company in the morning to complain. There us no reason to harass us. We did nothing wrong.

About 6 months ago I spent over $1000.00 getting some work done on my car. Two weeks later I noticed my skid plate was missing from my car. I called them and asked them to look for it and I was told someone would look into it. One week later I stopped back and to see if they found it and they knew nothing about it. I was getting irritated at this point and an older man came out of the office to inquire. He went in back and found it. He then said he would have to charge me 2 hours labor to put it back on since a bolt broke when they took it off. He also added that i was lucky they didnt melt it down for scrap metal. I really couldnt believe they wanted to charge me to put a part they left off back on. We are talking six bolts on the bottom of a car. I took my skid plate and left.

After crashing my car I called AAA, and Depot accepted the tow job. It took them FOUR HOURS to get to my car. After dealing with an irritable cop for 90 minutes I needed to go to the ER because Id been injured. Depot put the car in my driveway about 6 inches away from my other vehicle. Jesus, guys.AAA apologized profusely on their behalf. Apparently they had accepted the job with zero available crew to actually respond to it. It was like they raised their hand because they wanted the prize, but didnt even know the answer.

A no bs garage. I always felt these guys did good by me. Im loyal.

This place is horrible theyve had our truck for 7 days havent fixed it charged us and we are working to try to get our truck back. Will for sure be calling AAA to take them off of their recommended places to go.

Horrible company they were supposed to do a insert for a spark plug blow out called 4 hours later and said they couldnt do it and they needed to change the heads in a 97 expo and said it would be 3600 dollars instead of the 150 then told me if i wanted my truck i had to pay them 100 do not go to Depot they are rip offs and crooks
