Friedrich Jewelers has been phenomenal to work with! My fiance purchased my engagement ring here, and we of course returned for our wedding bands. With our wedding celebration being postponed, my fiance and I still wanted to get married on our original date, and Doug assured us we would have our rings! He assisted us in picking out a ring, ordered a variety of samples, and was a wealth of knowledge. When everything shut down, Doug was still able to secure us our rings and help us in making our special day happen! We cant thank you enough for making this a smooth process in a time of uncertainty!

Fantastic experience! Came in with a general idea of the final product but had very little knowledge of engagement rings. It was a great experience talking with Doug and hearing what parts of a diamond to focus on, and a comforting experience to look at various stones under a microscope to see what he was talking about.Settings were in the store within days to preview, and the final product was done no more than 2 weeks after ordering. The turn around time was very efficient.My father has been going to this store for practically his whole life, and I can see why! A second generation shopper for Friedrich Jewelers has been created in my family!
