From the staff to the service, everything is excellent! Ive been taking my cars to Precision Tune on Nieman Road in Shawnee, KS for 6 years now and have always had a great experience. They are great at getting my car in and out in a timely matter. If I need work done other than an oil change, they always show me what is going on along with a detail explanation, which I appreciate. If I ever have a question or an issue, I feel comfortable enough to call them and they always tell me to come on over and have one of the mechanics look at my car with me. I recommend them to anyone who wants honesty and great care for their vehicles!

Friendly, knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with you in terms that you can understand. I was very pleased when I had them check the a/c and they made recommendations that could help but gave no pressure to have them done. Also, had an alignment and oil change. Will definitely return when needed. Great experience for a single mom.

My husband and I had a great experience with Precision Tune. Kara provided us with top knotch customer service and she went above and beyond when she personally cleaned off a sentimental sticker on my back window. That personal touch meant a lot. The shop repaired a broken part within the braking system and completed the task in a timely manner. We were always kept in the loop regarding what was going on during the repair process and they graciously worked with our not-so flexible work schedules for drop off and pick up. I have been here under old and new management. I actually prefer the gentleman that ran this place. He was always on time with schedule he kept.Under new management, the first time I had bring my car back in. It had a 9 am appointment and just made excuses why it wasnt seen. They told me they see it first thing in the morning at 8 am. Needless to say it did not happen. I did not leave until closing time, about 1:00 pm.The entire day I heard nothing but how they kept receiving wrong parts. I sorta thought this was a little odd, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.A month later I came back for an alignment and waited with my two kids. Same thing again, we received wrong parts. I have a hard time to believe Advanced Auto Part is this incompetent. The manager mentioned how she will put these auto places on punishment and not order from them awhile.So what was suppose to be a 9 am appointment turned into a 12 pm appointment and did not leave until 2.I would pay the extra money and go else where.

Heres my experience with this place.Few month ago, my car got new brake pads and rotors for $800 after discounts whatever they can apply to.time goes by my brake system started to making a noise so I went there to figure out where the noise coming from and wanted to get it fixed.but even they heard a noise, they also dont know where noise coming from and dont know what to do and done nothing for it because nothing is wrong with pads and rotors.nothing is wrong but making a noise?Something is wrong you dont know about.I ended up to go to Toyota Dealership for another inspection then maybe I will need to spend another couple hundreds bucks to get new pads.I totally understand brake could make a noise and done any mistake during the work.but I literally disappointed how you treated after work and no responsibility.I give 2stars on this place because they still offer better price than dealership.(Dont want to blame all the work they do. Im here to share my experience and hope they do better in the future)

I made an appointment but was unavoidably detained. I called the store to let them know and was surprised to hear that they would work me in. When I arrived I was treated very well. I was in and out within 30 minutes.Update, found out why I was in and out so fast. I went to get my car inspected and was told the alignment was not completed. The mechanic that did my inspection said the bolts would have had tool marks. And there was a broken stabilizer link I was not told about. Be aware and watch so you dont leave in an unsafe car like I did. Wont return or recommend this place.

The Shawnee location on Nieman road was friendly, honest and did a good job in a timely manner. My Allignment was way off and they were able to fix it in under an hour. While I waited I observed a number of quality interactions between staff and costumers. I definitely recommend them.

Quick and quality work. I had a Groupon for 1 lb of refrigerant but my vehicle needed quite a bit more than that. I was happy to pay additional costs especially since my a/c is running like new.

The 2 wheel computerized alignment is false advertisement. It is simply a front toe adjustment and they charge extra to do what is a correct and proper alignment. I was not given any other option but the 2 wheel, they did not disclose that it only covers the toe, they never asked why I wanted an alignment therefore my main reason for being there was not fixed

Lied to my mom about having completed the job. Only found out because after complaining about the car shaking more. She finally admitted that the mechanic didnt balance the wheels.

Overall it was okay I bought a Groupon for an alignment they werent able to do it and they only gave me 15 more days to use the service and I wasnt able to get a refund.

Bought groupon a while back so this is delayed comment but had excellent service. I had to wait a bit but not unreasonably long they staff was very friendly an knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sale you things you don’t need. It is bit of drive for me but i will give serious consideration on going here again even tho i live about 20 min away.

They did excellent work mounting and balancing the tires I had delivered there from an online order to Tirerack. The service was polite and efficient. Prices were competitive. I will definitely go back when its time for a tire rotation.I asked them to tell me if anything was wrong with the car (knowing that it had all been recently maintained) and they told me exactly what I already knew. My car was in good working order. Its rare to find a car shop that doesnt make up problems with vehicles to squeeze their customers for money. Highly recommend them.

This place is Amazing. First off the staff is awesome, Lee worked on my car, was super nice and knew what he was doing . With my car since its a 2014 there was nothing extra needing to be done, but he told me when there was he would let me know with No pressure to get fixed . Also Andrea at the front desk is Great, I was so happy with how nice she was to me, that i sent some of my friends there and they to were also very happy.Prices are Great, Wonderful and Clean atmosphere, will continue to take my car here.. Oil change 05/09/19, very friendly and quick service. I used Groupon, but it was my mistake not aware my oil type was not allowed (Toyota Venza) and paid the additional charges that were explained to me prior to service. Ran into difficulties removing oil filter cover, I was shown and he explained difficulties very well (yes, this problem was brought to my attention prior but I wasnt sure when damage might have occurred, last oil change prior to this 5-6 months then over a year prior), he also showed me certain air filters that needed replacement that looked very bad (looked as if they were not changed during last change 5-6 months ago). I felt the service was upfront no upselling and honest. It cost me more than I expected but I did notice the difference in how my car performed on the road.

Avoid this place. Had our oil changed here, they didnt remove the old filter gasket and put the new filter over it. We of course didnt know it, lost all the oil, we took it straight back to them. They put a new filter on, topped off the oil and acted like it would be fine. It was already knocking at that point. Lee the manager admitted to them making the mistake. Tried to tell us we had to let him look at it or he wasnt doing anything about it. We told him at that point we wanted another shop to look at it, they had done enough damage already. He tried to tell us it was his way or he wasnt doing anything about it. After we told him we would be contacting our attorney, he started back stepping. He then said he would contact his boss and get something done. We have documented proof, recorded phone calls with Lee, pictures of the giant oil puddle in our brand new driveway, pictures of the filter and recorded audio of the newly acquired motor noise. Lee lied to us, never contacted his boss and acts like he doesnt know who we are when we call now. We are now persuing them legally. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else, its really not worth the gamble or headache.

Took 8 hours to do my tune up & oil change, turns out this place did not put ANY oil in my car, also they stripped one of my screws that holds a coil. Now Im out additional $$ because of this places carelessness.I was also missing my oil cap, which this place replaced, I had to have someone else look at my car after coming here, soon as they looked at my car they found my oil cap that I had thought I lost😑😑😑

Dont purchase their Groupon!!!! It doesnt state that you have to be put on a waiting list of over a 2 week wait. Oil changes are out of convienece to get in and out. NOT here! And to top it off, purchased for $25, they have a sign up for $21.Will just pay the extra $20 from now and go to where I had always gone, Jiffy Lube. Have never spent longer than 45 minutes there and thats not having to set up an appointment and having to wait over 2 weeks.Going to just give this Groupon away and let someone else deal with the wait thats willing.

A bolt mysteriously appeared on the rear tire. I had just taken my car to discount tire yesterday, and had th new tires put on, so it seemed a bit strange. Also no working WiFi or Coffee at this place/location. The appointments take forever, I believe there was a month wait? Seriously!

Absolutely the best. My daughter rear ended another car doing considerable front end damage to the car. Lee straighted out the front end, replaced the radiator, steering fluid system damaged frontend lights and other front components. Had to remove the compressor. Bill came out to 1100 ad the car looked and ran great. The entire front end was crunched in. Great, kind, service

I bought a Groupon and called to schedule oil change. The lady at the desk was VERY RUDE! Asked to talk to Lee as I have gone there before. He didnt care that she talked to customers rudely! They said I would have to leave my car 2-3 days to get oil change or schedule an apt in a month. AS RUDE AS I WAS TREATED I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! CALLED GROUPON & THEY CANCELLED IT FOR ME! Really great service.I am not from this area and had bought a groupon to use when I made a trip to the violin shop that was near by. I hadnt thought to call ahead and when I showed up they said usually walk-ins can get in that day, but they were booked until Monday. (This is the Friday schools get off for spring break by the way). The receptionist was really nice and asked me if I came in because of a groupon and where I was from and if I wanted to schedule something. When she found out I was from a ways out of town, she asked me if I didnt mind waiting, checked out in the garage, and managed to still get me in that day.I did wait a bit, but the receptionist was also able to direct me to some near by shops in walking distance when I asked.They also were not pushy about extra stuff and gave me a list of things they recommend I get checked out at some point that werent major but I might want to get taken care of.Overall, very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I had them fix my fuel pump not long ago so I figured Id go back to them. Took my car in to get looked at and found out my ignition switch and Battery needed to be replaced. I had brought the car in Monday afternoon and got it back Tuesday evening (Tuesday is when they started on my car). I was in a rush for work so I got the battery myself and was told the ignition switch would cost $368 labor and parts. The ignition switch they sold for $205. I called AutoZone and OReillys ( both on the same street within a quarter-mile of the shop) and they sell the part for $94.99 (lifetime warranty). He also said on the phone that he went with the more expensive part because he didnt want to see me back in a month, which means that I had options that he didnt disclose to me as well. I understand that if youre trying to make sure the customers car is taken care of, but the decision should be solely left, with information given, to the customer about what they should do. I could have bought the part next door and just paid the labor. Even still, thats $110 difference thats justified how? Very displeased at the 2nd go around with you. $368 for an ignition switch is absurd (and only has a 2 year warranty).
