Simple really. Ordered windows and put a down payment in April, no windows yet. Going on SIX MONTHS. We heard excuse after excuse. Pandemic etc…..don’t go here for windows unless you are super patient and have TONS of time. Will call back soon. Sometimes we don’t get callbacks either. What a joke.

Very quick to measure, but took 5 months for installation. A frame was broken, management looked at it, and ordered a new one...this Oct. 1st will be a year since initial measure. Ive called many times. They actually set up 2 times to come replace and never showed. Wish I had kept a portion of the final payment...maybe they would have come back.

Window works did a jam up job on my parents house. The windows look really nice. Their hoping that the power bill goes down. I do know that it feels a lot more comfortable in the house!

Tammy and her crew were fast and efficient. They had all our windows replaced in one day. Tammy answered all our questions and gave us a demonstration of on all the features of our new windows when the job was completed. I would recommend Window World to all my friends.

Window World installed gutters on a portion of our home. Heath and his crew were punctual and worked unceasingly until the completion of the job. I noticed a small problem following a heavy rain and it was addressed promptly and satisfactorily.I plan to also use them to install about 25 windows on my home in the near future. My conversation with Brooks regarding these windows was informative as he made me aware of issues the competing companies never addressed. Absolutely the most horrible customer service I’ve dealt with. They are great until you write the check, after that if you have any problems you can forget it. Called numerous times and been told something different every time. Absolutely can’t get a straight answer or anyone to come fix their mistakes. Please be aware when using them. Terrible customer service!!!

Ordered and paid half up front for our windows (warranty work) on June 11, 2020 and it is now December 10, 202 and nothing. No one calls, no one comes out when promised, no one seems to care. If I do not get my windows in 2 weeks I will be expecting my money back and you can come take every window in this house out, at no expense to me, and Ill be going with a better company. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything.

Ordered 5 windows on July 14, 2020. Was told they would be delivered in two to three weeks. Three and a half months later still no windows. Have called 10 times and was told several excuses. I tried to call the owner 4 times with no return call. Tried to call the salesperson 4 times with no response.Took siding off home three months ago based on their statement of delivery. Now have no choice but to dispute the down payment and find some windows from a company that will produce and deliver product sold.

Window world was very professional all the way from the beginning, where the salesman came and demonstrated the window product, through the installation. We are very pleased and can already feel a difference in the temperature and comfort level our home

I love my windows .. the only issue is it took 2 days to installed and normally that wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that it took them about 4 months to installed. No one contacted me to inform me of the delay... I had to continue to call. They said it was due to COVID shut downs but honestly I would have fathered a simple call to Inform.

Thank you so much for my wonderful new 52 plus windows in this almost 100 year old home. Your whole installation crew, headed up by David Flores, was awesome. They tackled this project with such a can do attitude, and they cleaned up as they went. I am so enjoying the fresh air and nice days with my windows up. I can even hear the birds sing! I ordered windows back in the end of May. After about two weeks, got a call saying that they were ready and someone would be coming out. On the day they arrived, they worked a few hours then said they had to leave to go unload some windows at the shop. I was told they would be back to finish up that day. They came back about 5:30 that evening and said they would not be able to finish.... said they would be back that following Saturday. Two weeks go by and I do not hear from anyone. I called four different times and each time I was told someone would call me back. I finally call and get what I was told is the owner. He claimed he had no idea it was not finished...... after I called at least 4 times telling whoever answered the phone that my windows were not finished. Well finally another week later he comes out to finish my windows. I had a special order on one of my kitchen windows. When they sent it, it was not right. I was told no problem they can order the right one and just install it in a few minutes. That came from the owner. After two weeks I do not hear anything and I start calling again. This was in June it is now the end of August I still have not had anyone call me back and I have called over and over. This is the worst customer service ever!!!

My first home consultation was in October, then he came back in late November, to Re Measure and go over what style and fitting we wanted, THEN he called in December to AGAIN go over style and fittings. It is now almost April (6 months from the first visit!) and still no doors. We have tried texting him AND emailing him, with no reply.

I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process! The installers were quick and did a great job. I had numerous questions which they cheerfully answered. It was really surprising that removing the old steel case windows from concrete block and installing the new windows left no mess at all. I’m looking forward to my first reasonable utility bill in years...and the windows look great. ‘They are easy to open, too.

Courtesy of staff on the phone and in person was refreshing. The finished project will speak for itself for years to come. I thought the cost was right on point. The one day install blew my mind. Mikes team cleaned up wonderfully during and after the process. Ill keep my project folder from Brooks Wade on file and will refer anyone that shows an interest in getting new windows and/or doors. From estimation to installation, I received great information as well as wonderful service. The day of installation went so well and I was constantly told what to expect and then how to operate the new windows. I was very pleased with the entire process. I have had 2 different crews and the job is still not done.I have had 1 broken window since the 23rd of August. I was told I would not have to wait long. However, I received a call earlier this week saying they have the replacement eindow and would come to install Tuesday. Got a call Tuesday saying it couldnt happen and it would Wednesday after lunch. Well here we are on Thursday with no more communication and still have a broken window.

We had to replace our windows so I wanted to replace them with PVC windows to prevent any rot in our moist environment. I was afraid they would look cheap. Our salesman showed us very nice looking windows and the end result was very nice looking windows. They were installed quickly and very efficiently. Beautiful windows and a very solid PVC door. They did a great job on our house . Looks like a totally different place. They went out of there way to make sure everything looked as good as possible and did a lot of extra work they really didnt have to do as well. I would definately use them again.

There were scheduled days when installers were not able to keep their appointment due to inclement weather. When the weather was right they got me finished in just a few days.

I edited my rating from an earlier post that expressed dissatisfaction and frustration on behalf of my parents in getting their windows scheduled for installation. Shortly following my review, the owner personally contacted my father and very promptly corrected the issues. My parents got their windows scheduled and installed very quickly, and the installation crew was very professional. The only reason I rated them 4 stars and not 5 was due to the initial scheduling frustrations. However, the windows look great and the owners personal concern and involvement was very much appreciated by my parents.

From my first call to Window World they were interested in helping, calls kept everyone informed of changes due to a severe storm with lots of rain.Crew of four were on time, pleasant & worked well together. Windows werecompletely installed in less than 3 hours, they went over how to open, close, & clean windows from inside home.I loved the individual information on each window, I now have in a file for future reference, should I ever need a replacement window.Everything cleaned up inside & out, took debris away, went over referral as well.Thank you for working with me.Tracey

From the phone call that the installers were on the way, the job and the workers were absolutely outstanding. They worked as a team and their work was truly professional.

Salesman was friendly, professional, and knowledgable about their product. I was surprised to find out that the the very small picture windows cost the same as the more complicated double hung windows. Of course the overall cost is more than the $99/ window you see in the advertisement.

We ordered 9 windows on April 29th 2019 made a down payment of $500.We waited over 2 months for the windows to arrive. The company did not call to give me an estimated time when the windows would arrive I called them to see what was taking so long, I was told the windows had to be inspected…okay. I waited about 2 more weeks I had to call again to see when they were coming to install them. I was informed they would be there early Wednesday June 19th we waited and waited I finally called to see what was going on. The installer said he had a flat tire and would not be coming but would be there on Wednesday of the following week.The installer didn’t show up and did not call. When I called to see what happened (initially we requested Wednesday installation because I would take off to be there for the install) I was told the installer could not make the call when he would be available those instructions would have to come from the office as they were extremely backed up. Saturday Window World sent out Dave to do the work… who by the way said he was just helping them out of a bind. He came took out and installed the double window in the kitchen and left (it was Saturday and he had other engagements). He came back on July 4th and did a few more.The trim that was put on the windows was the wrong color they apologized said the correct color was at the warehouse they don’t know why Dave picked up the wrong color. The install was not completed as it should have been. I called Window World several times to see when they were coming to complete the installation I was given the run around. I have asked to speak with the owner, Jamie Hanks, and was promised 3 times that he would call me (what a joke). They finally sent out the warehouse manager Brian who was trying to do the best he could to fix a totally messed up situation. The trim is botched the windows are not sealed properly and bugs keep getting in the cracks. I have pictures to prove it.I have been dealing with this since the end of April and it is now the middle of August and the job is still not completed. I feel like we were given less than professional service. I feel like the owner should at least reach out to a VERY DISSATISFIED customer to try to rectify the problem.

Too many problems to list. I hope I can update this soon and say they have returned and installed the window correctly and replaced the wrong window and installed the same trim on all the windows.

The installation & quality of product is wonderful. My only negative to the whole process is how long it took from the time of the order to the time of the install.
