Always a satisfied customer here. Linh and her team of stylist are excellent at what they do. My hair is naturally dark and very difficult to dye it really light without damaging my hair but Linhs Hair Salon was a to do it. They also provide a very relaxing scalp shampoo with a face massage. The price is fair for great and attention to detail service you get here.

I had a very nice experience at this salon. It was my first time and I founded them on Facebook. The owner was very kind and professional, as well as the rest of the staff. I loved the way my hair looked after they took care of it. I would recommend them for sure, and I think Ill be back soon. Also I noticed they were talking your temperature, wearing masks and being careful about social distancing. Thats very important nowadays. As I said, I recommend it.

I went to Linh’s Hair Salon twice.The first time I had an excellent experience! I scheduled an appointment, got an amazing haircut, and enjoyed the conversations. I left a big tip ($25 FWIW) because it was well deserved.The second time was not a good experience. I scheduled an appointment and upon showing up, I was not addressed. After 15 minutes or so one of the hairdressers, busy with another customer, said it would be a while. She did not ask if I had scheduled an appointment. I sat for another 20 minutes and noticed she was about to start layering someone’s hair while the other hairdresser had just started another persons haircut whom was waiting. I was not going to wait another hour for an appointment I scheduled so I left.Everyone there is very kind and if you don’t mind waiting, it’s a good haircut.I will not be returning as I cannot spend 1+ hours and not be confident I’ll get my appointment.

I decided to try Linhs Hair Salon after seeing a bunch of great reviews and fierce pictures online. Like everyone else, I love how my hair came out! Its not always easy to find someone who knows how to cut my somewhat unruly, wavy hair in a flattering way.For any introverts reading this, my stylist was friendly but also totally comfortable with occasional silences while I chilled out and listened to the overhead music as she did my hair.There is a $1 surcharge if you pay with a credit card, but their prices are super reasonable so it doesnt bother me. There is free parking so that also helps offset the surcharge.I really appreciate their cleanliness and the sanitary precautions they took due to COVID-19. As soon as I arrived (wearing a mask, as required), the stylist politely asked me to wash my hands with soap and water and took my temperature with an instant thermometer. They have hand sanitizer as well as a transparent barrier at the register. At one point she apologized for it feeling more like a hospital than a salon, but I dont mind sacrificing a tiny bit of ambiance in exchange for peace of mind knowing that everything is thoroughly sanitized.Overall, Im happy to support a high quality, conscientious local business! Highly recommend.

Original:I came here for an allover color and cut. Im a brunette and wanted a nice medium brown to freshen up my dull brown. Picked out a medium brown shade and after they washed out the dye I realized they had lifted my hair! I absolutely did not want that. No one said Id have to lift my hair to get the color I chose. The sample (6a? Or 5a?) looked pretty dark. If I knew they needed to lift it I would have chosen a different color. I feel pretty shy complaining when I have a problem but I did them I didnt like it and they did apply a toner to make the roots darker. The roots looked red/orange to me! This is quite different from cool brown... Even after they toned it even my friend said the roots were quite red looking. Im talking Ginger. They told me to wait 3 days to wash my hair so I just finished washing it and I think the toner completely rinsed out even though I used cold water and color safe shampoo. I have orange looking roots and I feel like a clown! :( I dont do my hair often so to come in for something simple like brown, and to walk out feeling even worse when I walked in really sucks. The only reason Im not giving them one star is because they did sort of try to fix it and they were nice.***UPDATE: Linh did reach out to me to connect on correcting my color that I was unhappy with. She was very friendly and offered recommendations on my hair. We were able to achieve a nice dark ash brown which is what my initial desire was for. No more copper roots, so I am happy! As always everyone there was very polite and kind.

Great experience overall! I had a really bad hair job done and they were very helpful in fixing my hair asap and at a low cost. The only thing Id say that needs work is the wait times for an appointment but not a big deal for the price Im paying and quality Im getting!

LOVE this salon. I tend to avoid hair salons because they can never get my hair right. I saw all the amazing photos that Linh has posted across social media and I was persuaded to give them a try.I went in with dry hair that was damaged and had multiple uneven colors in it. I’ve bleached multiple times about a year ago, and had dark dye over it. They were still able to lift my hair to what I wanted (very light ash brown; babylights/lowlight highlights all around the head) and I am very impressed with their work.They truly care about their customers and their hair needs. They made sure I was happy throughout my entire visit. They educated me on how I can take care of my hair, and made sure my hair was still in good condition during and after the bleaching process.I will definately recommend this salon to friends, and will be returning as a happy customer!!Thank you Linh and your amazing beautiful team!

So, after having my hair abusively cut at a pretty well-known, highly-rated Korean salon in Federal Way, my hair was much shorter than I expected and the layers weren’t even. Technically, I contacted Linh, the owner, right away and explained my situation; she was able to get me in the next day. Everyone was sugary sweet! Amy, my hair stylist, showed me what’s going on and gave me the best option to lessen my “pain”. I walked out happily as my hair looked healthy and nicely in place with minimal styling products. I mean, for natural curly hair like mine, it was quite magical of what Amy had done!

I went to a different place before coming to hers and they messed up my hair so bad. She was able to get me in the day of and was super friendly, understanding and honest about what I wanted. Everyone in the salon is also super nice, I wish I could give her more than 5 stars because she saved my hair without damaging it! I know fixing someone else’s work is really difficult but she’s so awesome and did exactly what I wanted. Customer service is also amazing, thank you so much Co Linh!

Found this place on a whim... I was in need of a haircut. Theyre not currently doing walk-ins so called to set an appointment. I came in with an idea of what I wanted but Amy offered me her advice which turned out for the best! I love my haircut!! I cant believe I didnt find this place sooner! My new favorite hair salon! Clean facility. They take proper precautions d/t coronavirus (disinfect their instruments, wash hands, wear masks). Affordable prices! Im glad I listened to Amy (who was very friendly and easy to converse with) with her suggestion! Definitely recommend! :))

I appreciated how they would move us around so that we were 6 ft apart and they were constantly disinfecting the seats to ensure all Covid-19 guidelines were met. Amazing salon. I found this salon because I needed a haircut really badly (in quarantine) and they opened so I thought might as well try it. Typically I cut my hair at Obadiah salon, Gary manual, or Seven salon and pay over $55 but I decided to give this one a try. Its not super fancy looking but it doesnt need to be. Its just a haircut. I had Amy who was so nice and amazing at cutting hair and I was in shock because I have very long hair and it was $20. I have never been so happy with a haircut that I make a salon a regular for me but this place will be my new regular. 200/10 reccomend

Prices are great, professional and hair cut/hair color results are always amazing. All the staff there are professional, kind and they just make me laugh all the time. I was there 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time, and they told me to wait outside and will call me. I waited about 30 minutes, and still no one called me. Apparently, they just forgot to call me while I waited inside of my car parked right in front of shop. Im happy with haircut but the pricetag sign said it cost $12 & up, and I was charged $26 + $4 tip. Theyre advertising haircut price totally rip-off.

I arrived to my appointment at 3:00pm and was helped with no hesitation! I had originally asked for a really blonde light color but was told that my hair could only go to a certain shade of blonde. My hair was not natural, it was processed, so that made sense! I appreciated how the stylists were honest with me and so I let them begin the transformation.The process took over five hours but the stylists were kind and attentive. At the end, my hair came out a beautiful shade of blonde! I can’t event describe this color, it’s a light white mocha with hints of grey. I love the results, I will definitely come back for a touch up!You’re all hard workers and I appreciate you. Thank you for working with my thick big hair!

Absolutely LOVE Linhs salon, they are always willing to accommodate last minute walk-ins. I never make an appointment but she always gives my hair life. If youre showing her a picture, you might want it to be a magazine cut out because everyones phone lighting is different. She is the only person I let put hands on my head! Great price and quality.

Haven’t dyed my hair for so long because I couldn’t find the right hair stylist that would make me walk out of the door satisfied. Well, I made a great decision for making an appointment with Linh today (assuming she’s the owner) my sister previously got her hair done here and it turned out beyond great! So that’s when I wanted to give it a try and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! Linh is super gentle with a great personality!! She gave me recommendations on how to keep my hair healthy. But most importlantly, my hair turned out the way I want it to. It’s quite hard to find a hair stylist nowadays that could absolutely make your hair look JUST LIKE THE PICTURE YOU’VE SHOWN AS AN EXAMPLE. I will definitely come back here and ONLY HERE to get any services done for my hair. Highly recommeded if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your hair.

First and foremost, Linhs Hair Salon is a great salon and Ive been coming here since 2015.For color and cuts I trust Linh with my life! She knows what shes doing and always does a fantastic job! I just bring in a photo of the cut or color I want and she consistently creates exactly what I want so Im not sure why there is a 1 star review?! Even my husband, son, sister, neice, and mother-in-law are loyal clients ;)I suggest calling ahead for an appointment if you plan on color otherwise its usually a short wait for a cut. Dont miss out!

And I was going to an event but idk if I’ll go because it doesn’t fit my style. They messed up two times on my hair and I think I won’t come here again.
