Received gel nails during pedicure and they look absolutely awful. the person that did my pedicure spent no time actually making sure my feet looked decent. she also spent no time scrubbing my feet and the polish job does not look good (the polish is too thin and you can see spots of my nail through polish.) can not believe this is considered a salon. would not go back and would not recommend to anyone. i saw they had bad reviews and assumed maybe the customer was unlucky but they have bad reviews for a reason. if i could give zero stars i would. definitely will not return.

This was the worst waxing experience of my life. I am new to the area and I hadn’t gotten my regular wax in a couple of months. I booked here because of the good reviews. Logan did not leave the room while I got undressed. They proceeded to give me the most agonizing painfully slow Brazilian wax. They took such small amounts of hair off at a time and they didn’t apply pressure after the wax strip was lifted to ease the pain. They asked me if I wanted to continue after only completing about half of the service. I said no because I knew the most painful area had not been done yet. Logan charged me the full price even though only have the service was completed. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I left in tears because of how uncomfortable and awkward this experience was. I would not recommend this salon for Brazilian wax.*edited to add* I tried calling the salon or contacting in some way as opposed to leaving a negative review. No one answered. I tried calling again and left a voicemail and asked to speak to someone (this was after I reviewed because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone) I did not get a call back. I have had regular Brazilian waxes in another city but yes I had shaved between and then let it grow out so I could get waxed again, regardless I’ve done this in the past and the waxer was much more communicative with me about the fact it would be a little more painful because of shaving between the last service. Unfortunately Logan did not seem experienced with Brazilian waxing because she left me with bruising. I gave Logan a 20% tip on the full Brazilian service because I thought the salon would be able to help make things right and maybe she was just inexperienced; however, that does not seem to be the case.

Alex gives the best eyebrow wax! She is the first person I have gone to who actually listens to what I want! Plus the conversations are always entertaining.

Had an appointment confirmation minutes after submitting my appointment preferences online and was helped by Denise for a Brazilian Wax that was minimally painful, super quick, and at a better price than all of the other waxing studios I looked at! I have been going to Queen Bee for many years, and have been waxed at a handful of other salons before them. Queen Bee is conveniently located for us city-dwellers, and has a large variety of services that are truly listed at great prices when compared to other salons. Their staff is incredibly capable and kind; I have seen multiple people who have all been great, but my go-to Beekeeper is Alex! She will leave you feeling cared for and is conversational and engaging throughout the appointment so you are distracted from the discomfort of having hair ripped from your body :P. I have been getting waxed for 7 years and I can honestly say Queen Bee has hands down delivered me the best experience.

Ive been going to queen bee for over a year now and I absolutely love it. They use really good quality wax, Because it hurts less than other salons. Their pricing and services are given in detail on the website, so no big surprises. Ive usually gone to Logan and they are the best! Everyone is super punctual and courteous. They have new rules in place for covid-19, and I really like that they are not taking it lightly to protect themselves and us. 5 star for this place!

Ive been seeing Alexandra at Queen Bee for years now and consistently receive great service. Ive done both body and face waxing and have no issues, even with my sensitive skin! They are located inside Sola Salons, which has new COVID-19 precautions so you have to text when you arrive. I was one of the first appointments when salon restrictions were eased in July and have been back several times since. I always feel completely safe during my visits, as the rooms are clean and staff wear appropriate protective coverings. Highly recommend!

I visited DC for my first ever eyebrow tint & didnt have anything to compare it to... she was pleasant to talk to & gave me exactly what I wanted. I made the mistake of visiting a different salon for convenience purposes and left traumatized... I have since returned to DC and will never venture away again!!

Every experience I have here is really just fantastic. I’ve been coming here for four years. The providers are so professional, the environment is calming, and communication is so top notch. I live in LA, but have been living in Seattle with my bf in quarantine. Ive been going to my waxer in LA for so long, I was nervous to go anywhere else. I searched the area for a place that does honey waxing (best for my skin) and found this spot! After searching on the site more, I saw they had locations in LA, so I felt at home.I came here for the first time and got a Brazilian wax with Alex. Ive been getting waxed for YEARS and consider myself to be a great patient with a high tolerance. This was the best wax Ive EVER had. Alex was SO fast and it was truly the least painful waxed Ive ever received. I was hardly red or sore post treatment like I usually am and I am so happy with the results.We wore our masks the whole time and the facility is very clean! Felt completely safe and taken care of. 12/10!!

I had a Brazilian wax at Queen Bee Seattle (Alexandra). The salon operations were clean, punctual and professional given COVID-19 requirements. It was my first wax, and Alexandra did an amazing job including putting me at ease. Will definitely return!

It was a quick, easy, process. The wax was less painful than other places and I enjoyed talking to the staff. The price was a bit high for me but I know the products are good quality. I will go again!

Ive been coming to Queen Bee Salon & Spa for several years now, so I cant believe it took me this long to review! Let me start by saying this is the BEST waxing spot in Seattle. The rooms are clean and comfortable without that cold, sterile feeling.Alex is my favorite waxer ever (although the rest of the team is great, too!) - but Alex is a total magician. Shes quick, thorough, and efficient, and somehow keeps the pain to a minimum. Shes also a geniunely good person and is fun to talk to, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. This place is awesome, you definitely wont regret coming here.*PS - if youre a first-timer going for a Brazilian wax, book with Alex. I have been going to this location for my manzilian and leg waxes for almost 6 years now. They are always prepared when I arrive and incredibly professional. The cost is also extremely reasonable for the expertise. I’m very picky with whom I commit to when it comes to my waxes and I would highly recommend this company. Their estheticians are top notch!

Queen Bee Seattle...and my go-to aesthetician there, DC, are phenomenal. They made me comfortable when I was nervous to get my very first wax three years ago and, until Covid, I have been back once a month for waxing ever since, and for one of DC’s facial treatments that leave me looking 5 years younger every three months, since then because of how professional and just pleasant they are...until COVID shut them down for several months. I recently started coming back for waxing since they opened after Covid and am not surprised that they are extremely careful following the protocols that make me feel safe there now. No facials are available yet (Oct 2020) but I understand why and want the staff to be safe... and when they decide they are, I’ll be back for that too. Can’t recommend Queen Bee and DC highly enough!

This is unfortunately the worst wax Ive ever had. Im in Seattle for work and scheduled an appointment. I have a sinus infection and get faint if I look too far down too quickly. I trusted for the price, the reviews and how long Logan took to wax me (and how many times she waxed and pulled!) that my Brazilian would have been done correctly. I get back to my hotel and when I sit on the toilet to inspect, I still have a noticeable amount of hair left as if full areas were neglected to be waxed. I know that there will always be a few stray hairs, but this is more than the usual few stray hairs. I wont be returning.
