First time I’ve ever had my teeth cleaned where the dentist skipped two teeth. Walked out with a lot of the grittiness from the polish because there’s no spitting. I was given a kid’s toy story toothbrush and some bubble gum toothpaste, which comes in handy when you’re 40.

Wonderful customer service! They keep you well informed throughout your whole visit and make sure to answer all your questions. Large TVs in each room that you can play whatever you would like to ease the experience if you are anxious about the dentist like myself.

Dr Goel is freindly and gentle. He answered all my questions and advised me on my teeth problems. The Dental Assistant and Front Desk person were nice and very helpful.

I recently moved to Seattle and had the same dentist for almost 10 years who provided excellent service. I was nervous about not receiving such quality service, but was very happy at my first visit. The staff and Dr. Chiang were warm yet very professional.

Visit to Dr Goel was the worst dental experience in my life.During the deep cleaning procedure he has chipped off pieces of two my teeth and damaged the enamel. Also, they recommend procedures that are not strictly necessary at this time.My teeth now hurt all the time, and sharp new chips in the enamel are constantly cutting my tongue.Bumping to 2 stars, because office and dental assistants (Jessica and Jenna) were very nice and helpful, and truly cared for me during the visit.

I had my first appointment here today and had a great experience! I get very nervous for the dentist and everything here was smooth and easy. I have to go back for some further work and I feel so much less anxious. They were quick and didn’t give me any grief that I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year. So happy I found them!

The team here was super nice and helped me get a referral to a team that specializes in root canals.After that, Pure Dental Arts handled my crown. They have this cool dam for your mouth that sucks out your saliva instead of the normal one. This was amazing since I hate choking on my saliva, haha.10/10 experience

UPDATE: Adding two more stars today because my dentist personally reached out to me to apologize, fixed everything and went above and beyond! Ive never been happier to change my mind and feel truly cared for as a patient. I would recommend this office to anyone :)Good for general services. The receptionists are very sweet, welcoming, and helpful. But I do wish the dentists were friendlier, more communicative, and thorough. Ive been given misinformation or did not receive all the information needed on more than one occasion and had to ask for touch-up work.

Pure Dental Arts is an excellent place to get dental care. The whole office staff is SO friendly and helpful, they make every visit as easy and comfortable as possible. I always feel like the doctors are paying attention to my needs and answering my questions fully. Ive only had good experiences here (and my teeth have lots of issues). Really grateful for all the help Ive gotten from them, and again, huge shout-out to the assistants and the front desk staff, who are delightful and great at what they do.

I find everyone at pure arts dental to be gracious efficient knowledgeable caring and timely. I love the big screen TV. I watched Jeopardy whole I got my teeth deep cleaned. Overall it was sort of like going out to the movies! Thank you very much.

They’re so professional and kind here, and they do a thorough yet efficient job. I can in during the pandemic and they are taking significant safety precautions for the dentists, hygienists, and patients. Totally recommend!

I’m not sure if it’s because of COVID but overall I felt like my experience here was very disconnected and one of the more anxiety ridden experiences I’ve had (I usually don’t get anxiety at the dentist). This is coming from someone who has worked in dentistry, seen a lot of dentists, and has had a bit of stuff done to her mouth.Jessica and Gianna (the office assistant and dental assistant) were both very helpful and accommodating during my time there. However, I felt like communication during my procedure (couple of fillings and deep cleaning) with both dentist I interacted with was lackluster. I didn’t feel comfortable during both of my appointments. There was a point when the tone of the first dentist I had was kind of rude to the assistant during my filling which didn’t make me feel comfortable at all.Both go arounds I felt like I was over anesthetized and during my second appt I started to develop pain after the fillings were done. I came back to get it checked with which I had continued pain afterwards so I decided to go to another place for a second opinion. I felt like everything was just rushed and I think patient chair side manners could be improved.

I didnt have a great experience here. I recently had some of my childhood fillings repaired by Dr. Goel at Pure Dental Arts, and even though I had zero pain before the procedure, all of the fillings he repaired are now dully painful all the time, and sharply painful when I eat, drink, or even breathe cold air. However, the assistant to the procedure was friendly and helpful. Im switching to a dentist recommended by a friend.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The assistant was very kind and happy. The doctor was thorough and gave me great attention. The environment was modern, friendly and technologically advanced in the exam room which had a large screen display of my teeth that was very helpful in understanding the next steps in treatment.

This place is amazing. Every single person is super friendly and genuinely kind. They care so much about your health and comfort. I used to dread dentist visits, but at Pure Dental Arts they do all that they can to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I am so happy I came to this place, and highly recommend it to everyone.

This is the only dentist that hasnt pressured me to remove my wisdom teeth. They addressed my specific needs and they have the most up to date technology. Their full head x-ray is really cool.

Thats how a patient should be treated! People here make your experience as smooth as possible. Everything was being explained. Patients comfort was the #1 priority here. Rooms had Netflix on so that you dont get bored, so much better than staring at a wall. They have new tools too.

Pulled a tooth out, hardly noticed, and they were a bit cheeky about it. Great fun 5/5 would have a cavity again.

I would have gave them 6 stars. Beat every quote by more than half, painless, and the staff was amazing. This after one dentist stabbed me under my tongue(my original dentist was having a baby). Did a root canal and cap over a tooth I broke. This tooth feels better than my real teeth. High quality work for a low price.

My dentist was very calm in tone, very direct in what was going on and what needs to be done, and very informative when asked about how things will be done and how they are done. The office staff and assistants were very friendly and thorough in explaining everything from insurance coverage to what they were getting ready before my exam.

Honestly the best dental expierience I have ever had! Kayla always greets you with a smile and super helpful with squeezing you in for any adjustments that might need to be made. From the first meeting to the billing- first rate!Kayla at reception is warm and inviting and helpful and informative about their care plan. She took time to explain everything very thoroughly.My hygenist Shay(sp?) was also warm and friendly and gentle in her approach. She explained what she was going to do each step of the way from xrays to polishing to prepare me in what to expect. Dr. Goel was also very personable and caring in his approach. It felt that he was thorough and took time to do a thorough exam and cleaning. He too explained what he was doing and offered great home care tips too.I would easily recommend this practice. I hope they continue their approach and professional care methods in the future.
