I came in for a teeth whitening consult. Oriannys was patient with retrieving my X-rays which I really appreciated. The entire staff and doctor are all very kind and informative. I don’t make often dental visits because I never truly have felt comfortable any it gives me crippling anxiety, but they make me feel very good about my treatment plan and gave me great advice on how to move forward. Very happy to be working with them.

Special shout out to everyone who’s worked with me over the past couple weeks: Oriannys, Jackie, Erin, and Dr. Azary. Turns out I need considerable dental work done after not seeing a dentist in 4 years, but I was never made to feel bad about that. Sole focus has been placed on my treatment and management plans moving forward in the most comprehensive and cost-effective means possible. I’ve felt free to ask (many lol) questions regarding my treatment, which has been especially helpful with regard to the fact that I’m totally new to private insurance and, really, dental work in general. So far I’ve received three fillings and look forward to continuing the work I need at Love Your Smile. I’m not sure I could ask for a better dental experience. Disappointed that the dental clinic is charging an extra fee for covid cleaning. Id have appreciated if this was told me on the call or when I first arrived or even via email. When I was done with my 10min checkup, I was told about the additional fee. A big trust buster personally for me.

I really like Dr Lawrence and the staff! Being a former dental assistant, I know when a dentist is working the system to max-out the insurance for every line item, even if it is not necessary. I had a root canal tooth that was dark for many years. 3 doctors wanted to crown it. Usually, a crown a tooth is necessary on a severly broken down tooth. This was not the case for my tooth. Dr. Lawrence said it didnt need a crown and simply bleached the inside and outside of the tooth, by opening the access hole and cleaning it out, then replacing the filling. My cost, $50. If I would have crowned that tooth, the price would have been near $600. This is the type of integrity we need more of from the entire health care community. Again, a sincere THANK YOU to Dr. Lawrence & the staff!

After a 6 year hiatus from the dentist, I finally settled on SeattleScape Smiles. What can I say? They have excellent hygienist, excellent doctors, and a fantastic office staff. Jacky (the office manager) makes sure my insurance claims are taken care of promptly and correctly, insures my next appointments are booked (I definitely wouldnt do it if she didnt remind me), and just brings a general warm and positive vibe to my experience with SeattleScape. By far the best clerical person in dentistry that Ive ever dealt with.The care I receive is excellent. Cleanings are thorough and the hygienists are sure to walk you through different brushing/flossing techniques to help with problem areas. I dont just feel like theyre doing a job and then moving onto the next. They genuinely care about their clients/patients, and you couldnt ask for more than that. The doctors pay incredible attention to detail, reviewing your X-Rays each visit and looking for any and all types of abnormalities or movement in the teeth. I was recommended and fitted for a mouthguard after finding out I grind my teeth in my sleep. I certainly would never have caught that issue by myself, and wouldnt have known where to start when looking for solutions.I cant recommend SeattleScape Smiles enough. If youre looking for a dentist, get in there now!

In the 5 years I have been going to Seattlescape Smiles, I have had nothing but good experiences. When I was low on money, the staff advised me on how best to negotiate through my benefits to save the most while still getting care.Theyre not judgmental when I dont always follow their instructions and the staff is always extremely friendly.I am moving too far away to be able to stay with them, and thats the only reason I would ever leave.

Possibly the best dental practice Ive experienced in Seattle. I was referred by Implant and Perio in Bellevue and Love your smile has since handled all my dental care.

I just wanted to let people know that if you use this dental office expect for your information to be shared publicly. Im talking about private information between a doctor and patient. Also expect bogus charges to be applied for no reason. I will be contacting a lawyer for sure regarding this clinic. Stay away!

When I first moved to Seattle, I started coming here and had a positive experience. However, inconsistency and lack of expertise seem to have plagued their staff. I’ve seen a different dentist each time I’ve come in, and had wildly different assessments. Recently the dentist who performed my biannual checkup told me I had 3 possible cavities. When I came in to have them assessed for potential filling, the new dentist told me they were just coffee stains, and that coffee stains are “very very difficult” to distinguish from cavities. This was a huge waste of my time (and stressful) during an otherwise busy week for me. I will not be returning as I don’t trust their professional judgment.

Worst place ever.... I used the place for couple of years since its close to my office. every time, seeing different doctors and they are careless and low quality of works. I did crowing and it fell of during dinner( wasnt eating stake ) and another doctor put it back and started getting pain. and another doctor saying...better see specialist..spending money and getting pain. I am looking for new dentist to find what causing the pain on my tooth.

Super nice, super easy to deal with. They are really quick and efficient.I have only ever gone in for simple cleanings, which are usually short for me because Im an obsessive flosser. So I cant review any of there more complex procedures.But I would totally trust them if they recommended something complicated.Message to Management: I have noticed a rapid change of staff in the office. I understand that there might have been a small shakeup, but your customers do start to notice this, and over time it does start to look bad.

Dr. Raval is a very caring, attentive and professional oral surgeon. After consulting 2 other highly rated oral surgeons, Dr. Raval was the only oral surgeon who recommended a less riskier procedure called coronectomy for one of my wisdom teeth procedures as it was highly impacted and there was risk for nerve damage. The wisdom teeth extractions went well. Please note he purchased this practice end of last year and so a lot of the negatives reviews do not apply to the new team running the practice.

I arrived for my first appointment and was notified that my appointment would be TWO HOURS long! This was shocking! Even the calendar appointment that came via their confirmation email came through as 8am-9am. I have never had a dentist appointment last TWO HOURS and I specifically scheduled the appointment for before the work day. I asked if they could request my xrays from my previous dentist and just do a cleaning/check and was told that was not possible and if anything was to be done today it HAD to be xrays and I could come back for a cleaning. I gave in as I did not want to come back and just accepted I would be an hour late to work. Background on my teeth : I am 29, one cavity my entire life, teeth came in extremely straight, braces for only 3 months and no retainer. My entire life, my only feedback from my dentists was them muttering beauuttiful teeth, just perfect, you are so lucky throughout my entire appointment. This appointment went similarly and I was told everything was in great shape, no cavities and no work needed. Ten minutes later I was told that I was an excellent candidate for prescription strength flouride toothpaste?? Err...what?? I was immediately confused and wanted to inquire as to whos teeth get sent out of that office WITHOUT a prescription? I was already so late for work that I just smiled and took the prescription with no plan on ever filling it. I wasnt compelled to write a review after this but then my bill came. They charged me for a flouride varnish treatment that they did NOT administer. I looked it up to make sure it wasnt referring to the tooth polish she used during the cleaning. This treatment was never discussed as an option or add on during my appointment, it just got carelessly slapped on my bill. The more I think about it, the more I am convinced they receive a kickback for the prescription toothpaste and that the extra treatment on my bill seemed sneaky. I would not recommend.

1 year of service. Ive got a rare genetic disorder. I am quite pleased with Dr.Andy. Tao is a hygienist. I had Rachel today. Very professional and joy to spend time with. No pain. My jaw didnt touch before and I had 6 years of braces. Over all. I am very pleased. They dont send you to collections (unreasonably) they work with you which is good. Parking is tight but about 3 dollars and back in parking only. I am fairly new to Seattle so parking I didnt get it before. I dont want to get anyone in trouble as it was a one time kindness. I like they have Saturday appts. And they call and follow up as promised. I feel very comfortable here. The down side is they need to retain quality talent. I am hesitant to deviate from my care team. Make sure the people you want to see will be there.

Suggested I get a crown to repair a routine chip. I have been in pain for almost 2 years since they botched it (twice) and cant eat anything even remotely cool without serious pain. never really felt like anybody but the receptionist cared and nobody adressed me with sincerity on the issue. Update: crown came out a 3rd time, THIS DENTIST IS NEGLIGENT!! I am mad but not i am not exaggerating; Ive never had such a bad experience and it needs to be known. Update: the tooth was never eligible for a crown in the first place. I was repeatedly told that it would get better. My root canal is scheduled.

Everyone is super nice, and theyve done great with all my cavities. They wont try to give you procedures you dont need, seems like they actually care and arent just trying to make money.

The people are friendly, will listen to your concerns, and help you bring out the smile in you.

Exceptional staff and overall experience!

I went in for a filling and the hygenist told me I was getting a filling on a different tooth than the dentist did when she walked in. I walked out of the appointment and have been afraid to go back since.I have had some other ok experiences here, but I had another filling that had to be re-done and some problems with billing. Not a great place.
