The office and building are modern and very clean. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The assistants, hygienist and doctor were incredibly friendly and professional. They did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and with my new patient exam. They verified Im taking the right steps to keep my oral health on the right track.

Everyone at Aesthetica is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Easily the best dentist experience I have ever had. I was able to set up a treatment plan that was well lined out after not having any dental care for several years.

Let’s be real. I’m a big baby when it comes to dentistry. These folks have all the equipment to make life easy on the patient, including getting custom crowns made in office so I didn’t have to come back a second time!Dr. Kollia was super patient when I was on the struggle bus and the staff is excellent! Big ups to Tori for helping me feel comfortable and doing outstanding work!

I dont like visiting most dentists but I really needed one. Had some bleeding challenges with my mouth. They got me in within a day. Thorough exam by techs as well as dentist, Dr Evyenia Kollia, DMD. Entire staff was thoughtful, manners, engaging and kind. Practice looks like out of architectural digest. Serene, modern, great AV overhead, with works of art on the walls from another patient, all at what I felt were reasonable rates. I waited until after exams and deep cleaning of one quadrant to give my review. They are Aesthetica and located 2701 Eastlake, 98102. Bus 70 or 49 works well.

I think the best way to describe Aesthetica is that if Kim K lived in Seattle, this would be where she went. Best staff and dentists, beautiful office, state of the art/modern medical equipment and techniques, amazingly thorough and kind patient care. I have moved out of the state but still come back to Seattle regularly, and I still only come here for dental work. I love Aesthetica!

Been going here a few years now, love it. Always super nice and efficient. I wish they had more parking in the parking garage as it seems the Caliber loan has the majority of it but funny they are always empty, or Aesthetica only has compact parking which doesn’t even suit my Toyota Camry which isn’t a large vehicle. I highly doubt this is controlled by them though so it’s not against them. Otherwise focusing on their work specifically, I wouldn’t recommend any other office. They are the best.

Aesthetica dental is a really great place. Had my teeth cleaned today… very relaxing … The Dr is great also… very friendly and funny… I found her a number of years ago… I see them every six months… Seattle’s lake union location… best dental office by far… I’ve been to many thru my life… they are the best and the staff are FRIENDLY! We like our Aesthetica dentistry in Eastlake. We chose it initially because we could walk there. Now we choose it because its close AND qualitative: Team members give excellent care with friendly and efficient service.

I am thankful to have been a patient since 2008. Always so cheerful and professional, that I look forward to my dentist appointments. I was overdue for a cleaning - and needed some extra effort. After the kind and gentle care I just received, Im not sure how my day could get any better!

Not only is this team warm and inviting, thing that really sets this team apart is their ability to connect and talk plainly about what theyre seeing. They take the time to actually listen and build a relationship with you while maintaining a highly efficient dental visit. I personally appreciate their transparency in billing, explanation of my insurance coverage, and interest in my oral health. I actually enjoy going to the dentist at this location. And even cooler, the doctors in this office are all female! I cannot recommend this dental office enough and I feel like the level of service goes above and beyond any other Ive experienced.

Everyone at Aesthetica was so kind and knowledgeable through the process. They broke everything down, explained what they saw and a plan to fix it. They constantly asked if I had questions and sent me home after my cleaning with the best smile I’ve had in awhile.

I’ve been coming here for many years because they’re simply the best. I moved out of town and still make the drive, refer everyone I know to them. Both times I’ve had emergencies, they’ve fit me in for restorative within the next day. Even when I needed a crown, they made it a quick in and out experience! But they are perfectionists, so convenience doesn’t interfere with the quality of their work. They are high tech and high energy and just so wonderful to work with in every way!

Im pushing 60 now and Ive had a slew of dentists in my life. Ive been with Aesthetica for more than a decade because Dr. Kollia is the best dentist Ive ever had and her practice and staff are fantastic. I will continue to see her from here to eternity. Five stars in every way.

As nice as their office is, and as welcoming their staff, the dentist who worked on me damaged my teeth. Subsequently, I paid other dentists and denturists to repair the costly damages she caused.I dislike leaving negative reviews. The people at Aesthetica are caring. Going forward, I sincerely wish them nothing but improvement and success. However, it would be nice if theyd be fair about the issues they caused for me and the money I paid them for work that required repairs.

TL/DR: Great hygienist, terrible customer service and communication.The dental hygienist is outstanding. She does a wonderful job, listens, and makes sure everything is okay. The dentist seems nice, don’t really spend more than 2 minutes with her.The front staff is the reason I cannot give this place 5 stars. They are rude, talk down to you, and do not tell you in advance what is going on. I came in for a routine cleaning which is covered 100% and wound up paying out of pocket. Called insurance and they 3-way called the place, the front staff personnel said she would have another person call me back about potentially refunding the fee since it was not made an option or clear prior to service. I received a call back today, that information had not been relayed and the only thing that happened was the person talking down to me like I was an idiot, repeating I qualified for an extra service, but not providing prior knowledge of said service or an option wether I wanted it or not.

Love the energy and staff at Aesthetica. The team is quick to respond on calls/emails and is always very friendly snd professional. They are always very welcoming, courteous, and show general interest in my well being outside of just my teeth health. I am 18 weeks pregnant and still have my lower wisdom teeth. I never had them removed in my 20s, I’m now 34. One has partially come in and I have a portion of gum line overlaying the top of it. I recently started to have trouble with the gum it became inflamed and painful. Worried that it was infected I went in to have it checked out. Knowing full well they may push me to have that tooth extracted. (I’ll need oral surgery and drugs for which I wanted to avoid while being pregnant) However the team did a wonderful job at allaying my fears. There was no talk of removal. They wanted to do everything in their power to have me avoid surgery actually and gave me the tools to do so. Even told me to come back in if it continues to bother me because there are other options to take as well. I would highly recommend aesthetica to anyone after this experience. They’re not pushy, all the staff are super kind and friendly and it’s very clean! They seem to truly care about their patients.

Dr. Kolima and Dr. Fu are awesome, but everyone in this office is really incredible. The care and quality of service you get from reception to the dental chair is clearly intentional and second to none. They know my husband and I by name, always take care of my every question very quickly or if they need to get back to me, they always follow up and have never dropped the ball. Their offices are PRISTINELY clean and modern, and their team is incredibly positive, friendly, and so caring when it comes to someone who is historically very nervous when going to the dentist. Every time I’ve been to Aesthetica, I’ve always had the best dental experiences of my lifetime. I have asthma, and the stress of even just a dental cleaning, can really trigger it. First let me say that I love an all-female power team!I’ve been to Aesthetica for three appointments now and I could not be more confident in my decision to become one of their patients. Like many, I loathed a dental appointment from prior experiences BUT that’s no longer the case. Everyone that I have come in contact with on the team is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, efficient, and they don’t make you feel guilty if your oral health isn’t quite where you want it to be. They will help you come up with a non-intimidating and do-able plan if your teeth, gums, etc. are needing a little TLC! I’d also like to add that I was a little nervous going back to the dentist during a pandemic but they are using extra care and precaution to ensure everyone’s health and safety. They’re seriously just the best!I could keep going on but I’d just like to say that I’m very grateful for finding such a wonderful dentist and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

I usually dont like going to the dentist, which im sure isnt uncommon. buncha strangers touching your mouth and shaming you for not flossing regularly? doesnt sound like the best way to spend a day. but listen- today i felt listened to enough here that i brought up a concern i had about a tooth and were fixing it super soon. my hygienist asked me for my pronouns (and then actually used them in conversation)! i got to ask questions about what was happening! plus, when you have fillings done, they let you watch netflix on the ceiling tv. i recommend this place to pretty much everyone who i talk to about teeth health (which, yeah, thats a weird conversation topic)

I had just recently moved to Seattle when the pandemic hit in March. I didnt have a local dentist in the area, but needed to be seen for gum pain from grinding my teeth. In the past, Ive been scared to go to a dentist unless I knew they wouldnt be putting me through unnecessary treatments. Ive never had a cavity or issue with my teeth -ever.Until this week with my gum pain. I was able to be seen almost immediately by Dr. Foo and am grateful to the team at Aesthetica for being so on top of things. Now I have a referral to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth taken out once and for all. Looking forward to working with this group for years to come on regular cleanings, repairing chips and straightening my teeth due to overcrowding of the grown-in wisdom teeth, as well.

I love this dentist office so much I returned after about ten years living abroad and elsewhere and its even better than I remembered with an expanded office and new tech. Its women run, they are super professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. I even got to watch Parks and Rec episodes while they did my deep cleaning and gum measurements. Ive been to a few other dentists which are great, but these dentists take it up a notch.

Aesthetica Contemporary Dentistry is very nice and is very accommodating, he is professional and keeps his business running smoothly. His staff are always on their feet ready to help. I am glad that I came here to get my last wisdom tooth (upper right, #1) removed and I will go back for more work in the future. The process to get it removed was easy and I only felt a pinch in the gums.

Just got back from my second visit to my wonderful new dentist. This time had a crown put on my front tooth. Now that Im home and see it in the mirror in my normal light I can really see how wonderful it looks, how well it is shaped and colored to blend in with my natural tooth. REALLY GREAT staff, everyone Ive met there is a pleasure and an ease to work with, as well as being very empathetic, knowledgeable, and fun. Plus the office/lobby design is really cool and minimalist, like a 1960s French New Wave SciFi film, which is a good thing!

So clean, effortlessly efficient and modern. Everyone involved in my treatment was so happy/positive and explained things to me well. THEY HAVE NETFLIX ++ noise cancelling headphones while they treat you so pretty much just chilling in the chair. Extremely thorough job with my clean and treatment plan. Go here guys!

Ive only been coming here for the past year or so but every time the experience has been awesome. All the staff are very friendly and put care and thought into everything and Dr. Fus energy and smile is infectious. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist as much as I do now :D.

Everyone is so friendly and are always very prompt, I’ve never waited for an appointment for more than maybe 5 minutes. They have headphones available and you can watch Netflix or nature slideshows which is great during longer procedures. The billing process is very easy and they are very transparent and communicative about pricing and all procedures. Truly the best dentist experience I’ve ever had, I really cannot recommend this place enough!

My wife and I both have had work done here and were very pleased. As both having good teeth, and nothing more than a filling a piece, we both havent had to experience a lot of work but I personally, still loathe the dentist. It was a very nice place and everyone there is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating to reschedules (I had 3 myself). Very pleased with this place and made my hatred for going to the dentist a little less!

Ive been going to this dentist for years now and its always an excellent experience. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and the office is nice and modern. The dentists are all women, which is something that I havent seen at any other dental office and Im always happy to support a women-led business. They have TVs above the dental chairs and usually play NatGeo on Netflix during cleanings which I love to zone out too while my teeth are being cleaned. I highly recommend you check them out!

At this dentistry they told me I had 12 cavities. I went to see two more dentists with the same x-ray and they said I have 2 cavities which are so tiny that may not progress. I am sure this dentistry makes a lot of money so there is no need to drill someones good teeth just to make more money. In other websites I read many bad (and similar to mine) reviews and as a response, the owner threatened to sue the patients. Please please please be honest to your patients. Money may be important to you but you cant just ruins someones mouth. And of course they will say I am not a patient but will post some emails and x-rays. In the attached photo they said the top tooth next to the wisdom tooth and the one after had cavities. The other dentists said the one next to the wisdom tooth is perfect and those are clearly just x-ray shadows. A cavity looks completely different and there is no way a dentist can get it wrong unless.... ;)

The entire staff were all very friendly. It made going to the dentist a bit more bearable. They were flexible and were able to do my fillings right away. I was impressed by the technology. This was the first time I have been to the dentist in many years, and Im not dreading going back in four months.

As a longtime practicing dentist I see several cavities in Marco Polo Planners bite wing x ray alone. Having known Dr. Kollia for 13 years, I trust her diagnostic abilities. She is an exceptional practitioner who does not over-diagnose or over-treat...and that is just one of the reasons I travel from the East coast to see her personally for my own dental needs.

Digital new patient forms can be filled out in advance, reducing wait times at the office, and they automatically send a calendar invite and a text message to help you remember your appointment. The first appt is very comprehensive and everyone was very friendly.

Very kind and gentle, which was great as I had not been to the dentist in a long time. They have good new equipment and are clear when they tell you whats going on and go through your treatment plan.

Seems like they have very modern machinery to make the experience as fast and helpful as possible. Friendly staff that ask and answer any questions about what they are doing and how things may be charged so you dont end up with a surprise and confusing invoice.

This was the first time coming to them and they were absolutely great! My normal dentist didnt answer the phone and didnt return my call for two days so my neighbor recommended Aesthetica. I told them when I called that I think I need to replace a crown. They fit me in for a 3pm appointment and sure enough I had to get a crown. They did it same day! They were so great and made sure I wasnt in any pain. They have state of the art technology and didnt charge me nearly as much as my old dentist has for crowns. They have TVs on the ceiling and noise cancelling earphones so I could enjoy Netflix while they worked away. Couldnt be happier with the experience and level of service. They will be my new dentist from now on!

I LOVE the team at Aesthetica! Best dentists office ever. Mostly because Jamie is the most awesome dental hygienist ever. I usually dread having my teeth cleaned because it hurts so much. Jamie never hurts you, tells you exactly what shes going to do next and gets your pearly whites pearly white.I also love how high-tech the office is. They take pictures of everything so you can see your before and after shots and see exactly what it is theyre talking about when theres an issue.Oh, and did I mention they are always running on time or early? I have been a patient with Aesthetica for 4 years. I have been very happy with the quality of care that I get. I just visited their brand new location and its very impressive, and it has parking which was my only complaint with their old location. I couldnt recommend them more.

Im a new patient and went in for a checkup/cleaning and had a great experience. Everybody was so nice it really brightened my mood. Dr. Fu had fantastic energy, it was very refreshing. They were also at the same time very clear, concise, and informative.The waiting area was comfortable and had reliable wifi to get some work done while waiting. It was very modern and clean experience. Except for the clean teeth, I barely feel like I went to the dentist at all. I liked how they were able to itemize and put right in front of me how much services would cost and advise on priority.

One of the best parts of my visit experiencing all the new dental technology. Ive never had a dentist take the time to photograph my teeth to show the before and after results of my cleaning. I felt like they made their whole process extremely transparent, which was comforting as a patient. I would totally recommend them.

From the moment you enter the dental facility you know everyone there is part of a team. hey work together to make the experience as low stress as possible.Many of us hate the dentists office... pain, lectures, costs, prolonged discomfort.All I can say is every member of staff, every professional work hard to reduce all those anxieties.They have the best technologies available in Seattle. And as a former fearful reluctant patient... all I can say is it is now an experience like getting my hair cut... something I know I need to do, something slightly time consuming in a busy world, but now it to not an even I dread.Tops marks to Dr. Kollia and her wonderful staff...each one has a smile for you and a way of helping.Arthur Nowell,
