Normally going to the dentist can be nerve-racking. The staff here is so welcoming, creating a great experience and inviting environment. Immediately putting you at easy. I recommended so many friends and family and they feel the same way. Youre in great hands in this office.

As a person who is/was utterly terrified of going to the dentist, Dr. Lahrs and her team have made the experience so much different, for the better. Then, after a year of pandemic disruptions, I was a bit trepidatious about returning. Once in the office, I was met with smiles and warm greetings and the most gentle treatment. First time I EVER had dental X-rays without pain. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry and Dr. Lahrs (and her staff!). They are amazing.

Dr. Lahrs and her entire staff are simply the best folks ever. I know everyone says this, but I seriously have a fear of the dentist. Its really challenging for me, but since starting to see Dr Lahrs so much of that is gone. Typically, youll get to see the same hygienist and that makes it much easier to convince them that YES I floss everyday, but no my teeth are just terrible. Although I know Dr Lahrs has so many patients-- she always manages to make me feel like an old friend.Last year, during the height of the pandemic I needed an emergency root canal and Dr Lahrs helped make it happen double quick.Love this doctor and her entire squad of dental wizards.

Ive been going to Dr. Larhs office for about 10 years. Throughout the years Ive made good friends among the staff. I have always felt like family here and Im really sad to leave as Im moving out of state. Dr. Larhs is very friendly and professional, every time she checks in on me, she dedicates her full attention. Throughout covid, she has gone above and beyond the ADA recommendations and provided an air purifier for each patient room. Its thanks to this dedication to good service and her amazing staff that make Advanced Dentistry the best dentist in Seattle.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Larhs and her Dental Assistant of 20years, Maricella. Disappointed with their skills, dental care and patient privacy. Dr. Larhs doesn’t spend much time with her patients. She’s in and out very quick and her assistant does a lot of the dental work. Marciella chipped one of my temporary crowns, fixed it and than the material she used fell of in a week. Also, she put a temporary crown on a tooth and the crown fell off the next day. She didn’t cement it properly. My tooth was exposed without a crown for a day. I had to go back on a Saturday to have it fixed. One bad experience after another.Also, when I questioned Marciella about the work she was doing on me, she started lecturing me and knew all my personal information from Dr. Larhs. She said she knows that I’ve been too many dentists before, that I have issues with trust, and told me her work history and why I should trust her. She also came across as tired, overworked and vented about how she should have help with these procedures but she doesn’t. I was offended by Dr. Larhs sharing my personal information with her staff. A patient has the right to go to as many Dentists as the patient wants until it finds the best option. I was a very happy patient of a renowned Seattle Dentist, Dr. Bryant for 20 yrs until he passed away.I don’t recommend Dr. Larhs and her office based on my bad experience on many levels with the Dr. and her staff.Florentina Ciceu, former patient of Dr. Larhs!

I have been a patient of dr Larhs for many years and I am always extremely pleased with the high quality of dental care delivered by her. All dental procedures performed by dr Larhs ( including surgeries and cosmetic dentistry) were done with high level of professionalism and unsurpassed skill. Her medical and dental knowledge are above and beyond what I have experienced in the past at other dental practices. I am a physician myself and have referred family members, friends and some of my patients to dr Lahrs over the years. The office staff is always courteous and the dental hygienists and dental assistants have always been top notch. As a patient you are placed at ease and know that will always get the best care!

I wanted to give Dr Lahrs 6 stars but unfortunately Google wont let me. Ive been a patient of hers for 3 years since I arrived in Seattle and had lots of work including implant/crowns. She is extremely detailed oriented which I very much appreciate. Top shelf care and just an incredibly professional & friendly staff. So much so that I actually look forward to my appointments. Highly recommended.

I came here for a few years and regret it. I left typically with gums bleeding because of sloppy practices, my new dentist comments on gum scars now have. I also got invisalign through here and have had to spend tens of thousands of dollars and multiple years of orthodontics to undo the effects. My jaw is messed up, I developed sleep apnea, and more. Don’t go here.

I love Dr. Larhs and their staff - they are all very friendly and easy going. I am always greeting by my name. I always feel like Im always taken care of when I go in.

Every experience I have had here has been outstandingly professional and friendly. Dr. Larhs has a great team here, each with bright personalities and steady hands that provide quality work. My first procedure was removing two wisdom teeth and Dr. Larhs and Marcel were exceptional in explaining how they will go about doing it. I have since healed well and have continued with treatment for cavities. Highly recommend this place for teeth care!

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Larhs. I came into the office pretty nervous as I hadnt had a major dental operation done before. Dr. Larhs made me feel really comfortable and taken care of. Everything felt very personalized. She even gave me a number to call her at over the weekend if I had any concerns! Every step of the process was very professionally conducted and the operation went really smoothly.

Just had my first appointment and was very impressed by every component of the consultation, care and service provided by each person I encountered--and I directly interacted with 5. Happy to have found Dr. Lahrs and Advanced Dentistry.

Update: Aug 2017. After contacting their office, and explaining the situation, the office manager and with Dr Larhs, we were able to resolve the billing situation. I am happy that we got the situation squared away, so I have increased the rating.Bad billing practice. First they require you to pay upfront after service, even though youre still waiting to see what your insurance EOB says you should pay. Then after that, when you get the bill from this office, it is different than what they told you the cost out-of-pocket would be, like 20% more.Will not be returning here.

Dr. Larhs is NEXT LEVEL. Everyone is very kind and skilled. You would be hard pressed to find better dental care anywhere else. VERY highly recommend Dr. Larhs and her team!
