Dr. Jaime Lee took a look at a cracked tooth and explained what I needed. She promptly treated my tooth and was very caring and gentle. If you are looking for very good and professional people in the dental industry you must go to this clinic. My entire family goes to Dr. Jaime now and they are completely satisfied with her work and her team. If there is a chance to give them more stars, I would definitely give them the higher rating possible.

It is tough when you come out needing more dental work than when you started. To add, I was overcharged which was brought to their attention. I NEVER received a refund or call from their front desk, as promised. This practice is conveniently located but clearly not worth the trouble!

Dr. Lee is a very professional and warm dentist. Her offices are so beautifully decorated, and her staff do an excellent job explaining the procedures and their costs. My father has been her patient for several years. When I moved back to the Seattle area, I selected her as my dentist too. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone.

From my arrival to leaving, I had a great experience. The receptionist, dental technician and Dr. Jamie were warm, experienced and professional. I wouldnt hesitate providing a referral on Dr. Jamies behalf.

Their front desk Amy is the rudest and worst customer service person I’ve ever met. Though Jaime is great, because of that indifferent staff, I will never go back to that dental place again. And will never recommend the place to any of my friends or family members. Be careful of that person. Wish she would be gone soon.

In the middle of a pandemic I had what I thought was a chipped tooth, and the office was able to make me an appointment the next day, though I needed to wait till Monday.The receptionist was quite friendly and welcoming, and the waiting room was very well set up for social distancing.In my late 40s, and only have ever had basic cleanings and one minor chipped tooth that didn’t need repair. And due to graduate school and starting my own business, I have been a bit neglectful of those basic cleanings for the last five or six years. So I really had no idea what to expect going into the office.The technician who initially assisted me, took my x-rays and eventually was also responsible for taking molds of my teeth was friendly and really good at being supportive of someone who was not prepared for the experience. He did an excellent job at calming me down for an experience I have never had before.Dr. Lee was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing. When I discovered that my first cavity had caused a crack in my tooth, I was expecting to panic at the price, and to need to reschedule for the impending pain of fixing it. She was clear on the things I would not have to worry about and what I needed to change so this is my only cavity. It turned out turned out I needed a crown she explained the options, the costs and benefits, and gave me time to make my decision. The prep work and formation of a temporary crown while the type I chose was cast needed only a little numbing (though I did wish for nose plugs) and was no more painful then brushing.They offered a reasonable discount for paying in full, and I found out that my emergency cost far less then my spouse having a similar procedure at a long time family dentist, with advance prep, and not during a pandemic.I will update my review when the final crown is set. But if that experience is as good as what I’ve already had, I know who will be my dentist choice for my future far more regular and necessary dental cleanings!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Jaimes for over 15 years! She helped create a lasting smile which I get compliments all of the time. Ive used her services for Invisalign, Crowns, Fillings and other maintenance work. Shes very thorough, perfectionist, and passionate.

When it comes to work beyond cleanings, my experience wasnt great. I was told I needed 4 fillings and the work could be done in one appointment. When I came in, they only did half of my mouth and said to return in 3 weeks for the rest. When I checked, the receptionist said they were now planning on doing 6 fillings, not 4. The takeaway being they seem to be intentionally vague with their pricing, roadmap and timelines so they can add things onto your bill and extend your sessions. The work they did was good and yes, the staff is great, but make sure to ask questions and advocate for yourself if you know you probably dont need 6 fillings....

I have had previously bad dental experiences but getting work done with Jaime has been stress free and easy to come back to. They work around any preferences you have and make it a very comfortable experience.

The hygienist was great. However, the office and dentist just want to make money and they tell you to have work done that you don’t need to. I came here from other dentists that told me my teeth are fine. Look on yelp.

I am not very happy currently with this dentist as I was initially told it was going to take two sessions to complete the process that I am currently going through but it is now going on 4 and which is money coming out of my pocket that I don’t have. They don’t create a plan with you they just tell you what is going to be or needs to be done and then begins to do it before it can be financially supported. I feel like the extensive infection I ended up getting and had to be treated with two rounds of antibiotics was due to dentist not preparing tooth/teeth well enough and then knowing that I already have a tight schedule did not fit me for a crown until 3rd session. My work dental plan is not the best, but the fact that this one crown 4 sessions later has used it all up is very frustrating.

Dr Lee works in a charming office with stupendous views of the city and beyond. It is a pleasure to be in the office itself and it is a pleasure to be taken care of by such an attentive and pleasant group of people. Always a joy, my teeth feel great. I am a big scaredy-cat these guys do a great job. Dr. Lee did a crown on my last tooth in my very small mouth while I was freaking out. They were so patient, gentle and skilled.

About 5 years ago, I went to a dentist in Tacoma due to tooth pain. Going to the dentist has always been scary to me, but I was usually able to push through, until that day. My dentist couldnt get me numb, and wouldnt believe me that I wasnt. So she began drilling before I was numb. I hadnt been back to the dentist since. Until Dr. Lee. Not only was she able to get my mouth numb, the setting was very relaxing and we were able to go at my pace. My comfort seemed to be their #1 concern. Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Ms Lee is a great Dentist. When she finds something unexpected she has always managed to fix the issue while I was in the office. She has the capability to make most crowns in her office. Her staff are very good too. Good quality work.

Just had a two quadrant deep cleaning performed and I am very happy. I tend to be a little nervous at the dentist but the hygenist who cleaned my teeth was amazing and I’m not worried about getting the other half of my teeth deep cleaned.

The staff is friendly, professional, and they always explain what is going on. I feel welcome and never nervous. My appointments are convenient and not time consuming. I wish all my dentist visits had been here.

Loved the whole experience! They didnt give me a hard time about having not been to the dentist in over 4 years, and they scheduled a followup deep cleaning while I was sitting in my chair. Prompt, efficient, super friendly, clean, comfy, quick....I hate going to the dentist, but this was a great experience.

Irina was amazing and did a great job on my general cleaning of my teeth. I am close to my annual maximum on dental coverage and she verified that I would not exceed that with this appointment. Irina also referred me to use a product to assist me with my oral issue (that Dr. Klay agreed) which shows she cares and shows her intelligence in oral hygiene. ****VERY DISAPPOINTED.I went to Jamie Lee for three Implants. She placed one POST. Did ONE bone graft. Cost me $5500.00 She wanted more while the bone graft was healing. I didnt allow her to finish the work because something felt wrong about the experience. So when I asked for a partial refund because she wouldnt be finishing. She was actually treating me in a very disrespecting way. Rude and unprofessional. Talking down to me.SHe, JAMIE LEE sent me to collections for $864.00When I went to an attorney and asked for them to send a Certified letter for an itemized bill for that $5500.00, She, Jamie Lee at Smile Art sends a letter with the breakdown and says we made a mistake and you actually owe $125. but we are squashing that. AFTER sending me to Collections.NOT only that, the ABOVE< but where she placed the post in my mouth has caused every DENTIST i have seen asking... WHY was it placed where she did this? I have seen 4 Dentists to get the work finished. THEY all say they do not understand why the post was planted where it is. Needless to say hearing this repeatedly is disheartning and very costly. And embarrassing.For the bill being itemized, she came up with a pretty jacked up fabricated bill to cover the $5500.00 Procedures that did not happen.That is no way to do business when someone is spending money out of pocket nor an insurance user. Dr klass ruined my smile. He made big promises about fixing my teeth. He extracted 5 teeth and said he would get a partial denture to fit...the partials never even came close to fitting and now he refuses to fix the problem...seven visits adjusting a partial that was made improperly to begin with and still doesnt fit. Dont go here, if you dont want to end up like me!

Very professional and courteous staff. Jaime Lee seems knowledgeable on what to do for you. They listen to you and is more than happy to allow answers to any questions you have. I had a fear of needles, and they knew how to deal with such a problem, by making a plan with medication and procedures where I would experience little concern of that fear.

I have been going to this dentist for over 5 years. Dr. Jamie Lee has always tried to make sure that we are doing preventative care. Yes that can be expensive, but its better to keep up wit it, then end up loosing a tooth to a super expensive root canal & crown. When something has needed to be fixed or I felt that it was not the best job, Dr. Jamie will fix her work. So it seems to me that she stands by her work! All of the gals are super nice! I recommend this dentist office!

Horrible dentist. I will never go back, after my experience. Money money money. They do not act like they care about you, just how much money you have for services. I have been to dentists that actually care about your oral health, here, im pretty sure its just for the money and not actually your situation. If I were you, I would think twice about going to Dr Jaime Lees office.

Dr. Lee is a good Dentist, her receptionist/biller, Corinne, should be fired for insurance fraud - I caught her billing my insurance for teeth they didnt work on and her explanation was that I just dont understand the billing. I set up a payment plan for the portion owed after insurance, 3 equal payments to be billed to my card on the same day each month, after the first payment I get a delinquent notice statement from Corrine charging me finance charges, I had to call her and complain to have them removed which she said she would do as a courtesy, except she is the one who brought me to her office to set up the damn payment plan, THEN the final/third payment was more than the previous two payments with no explanation except that I suppose she is either incompetent or a fraud. Look at reviews on all sites, her mistakes seem to be commonplace - seriously, give any other dentist your business, dont reward bad behavior. I filed complaints with my insurance company over her fraud, which caused an investigation, unfortunately, she is still employed at Smile Art.

Usually the whole trying to have a conversation with a patient whilst jamming a metal object in the mouth is a bit difficult but she actually let me talk ( by taking said metal object out of my mouse) haha!Also, Dr. Jaime Lee is super freakin friendly and really makes me feel welcomed and makes everything go smoothly! Dental is good. However, always problem with the parking attendants. Stalls are not accessible to bigger vehicles like trucks. Staff wouldnt accommodate and rude at times. I may consider going elsewhere, where theres better parking accommodation.

Very dissappointed! Only plus is the friendly staff but I’m not paying for people to be nice to meIssues:1) It took 3 or 4 calls (well over a month) for them to verify my new insurance. When I called my insurance to see what’s going on, they said they had no record of smile art calling them to verify my insurance2) Made an appt for 3 filling replacements. Dentist started drilling without confirming that I was numb. This was after I said I was nervous and filled out their paperwork for being afraid of dental pain. To top it off, she only did 2 fillings and had me make another appt to come back for the last one3) I went in for my last filling and 15 min before my appt, dentist called in sick. They asked if I wanted to make another appt or wait 3 hours for the back up dentist to come in. I waited as I had already been there an hour and half (Seattle traffic), missed work and paid for parking. Once the new dentist gave me the shot, he left me laying on the chair for 20 minutes while he attended someone elseI’m very disappointed in smile art as I had higher expectations for them. Especially based on the reviews
