I love Crown Hill Dental!! I have been coming here for many years. Mostly all the Hygienists I see are great( there was one a few years ago I didn’t like but I never saw her again thankfully)! Everyone that I have come across while there has been kind, helpful and do there jobs to the best of there ability at all times.My one complaint is that there still charging $10 extra for each visit for the extra PPE that they need to use for Covid control. It’s been over a year of this virus with no end in site. I would hope that they could work this extra cost into the bill as a whole instead of the patient paying $10 at the end of each visit. Is this extra $10 indefinite? Otherwise I love Crown Hill Dentistry!

I love this dental office. They are professional, but friendly and have state of the art equipment. You can have a crown in a day instead of waiting for a week. X rays are quick and easy. They will inspire you to treat your teeth better than you ever have. Every service Ive had here has been successful and as comfortable as a dental procedure can be. I cant recommend them enough.

From the moment you call to enter the office you are greeted by warm, friendly faces (even though masked). Every staff member is helpful. The hygienist are very good and gentle if your moth is sensitive. I see Nina and recommend her highly. The dentist I see is Dr. Dzon Nguyen and he is highly skilled and very personable.The front desk staff are very on point to confirm procedures with insurance for coverage and prior authorizations so decrease the chances of an unexpected huge bill! Very nice. Looking after my oral hygiene and pocket book!

Dr. Dzon is an incredible dentist. Highly educated and very thorough with his patients. He always invests in the latest dental technology as well. Office has been recently remodeled and looks fantastic. Great front desk staff and the hygienist was out of this world! Fantastic experience!

Was fine. Until I can home. Took my aligners out to eat lunch, went in to brush my teeth abs one of the attachments came off. This is concerning. Luckily it was on one of my bottom front teeth But, what if it happens in the back and I don’t notice. Seems to me like that would defeat the purpose.I have to come BACK in tomorrow at 8 am.Mandy

I enjoyed my visit today. First time in your office.I was recommended by family whom are your clients. I have my next visit tomorrow and hopefully my issues can be resolved quickly and effectively. So far its been excellent. Very efficient staff.

I’m so impressed with this office. I’ve always struggled with anxiety and fear at the dentist and as a result have a good amount of work that needs to be done. Now I think I just never had the right dentist! Everyone here is kind and friendly - I felt comfortable immediately and at every stage. They answered all my questions, and I find myself walking out smiling after every visit. I’m super impressed. I’ve seen two dentists here and they were both absolutely wonderful. They are able to schedule appointments quickly - even with my nightmare work schedule. And I never feel like I’m a bother or an inconvenience. I’m so appreciative of every person here. Thanks guys!

Ive been with Dr. Dzon Nguyen for 20+ years, hes the best! In 2004 I moved from Seattle to the Eastside and I still make the commute twice a year or so. The entire staff from receptionist to Dr. Nguyen (and every one in between) is there to serve YOU! Never have I felt like I was just an account number or that appointments were rushed. Not quite sure what Ill do when Dr. Nguyen retires, whenever that may be.To Dr. Dzon Nguyen and his entire team at Crown Hill Dental, youre all, Simply the best!

A fantastic experience. Technologically its cutting edge but without losing the deep human connection. The staff is welcoming, patient and very qualified. The office is beautiful, modern and very clean.

I have had dental anxiety since I was young and as soon as I walked into the office it was gone. I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me with my insurance and had one of the most gentle smooth cleanings/checkups I have ever had. The hygienist and doctor answered all of my questions and set up a treatment plan to get everything dealt with. Not to mention on the way out Ari at the front desk was absolutely fabulous with helping me plan my next appointments and deal with upcoming billing and insurance!!! Highly recommend this office

Had a very easy appointment today. Of course Anna was smart, efficient, and friendly as always - as was the entire staff. The repeating health history request was sightly annoying, but fairly painless - and if that’s the roughest thing I encounter today I’ll see it as a total win... or should I say, total Nguyen? 😊 Thanks all! Cant complain about the dental work, really happy with the results and the care I get. Now when it comes to billing and planning it is always a nightmare with unexpected charges, bad communication with my insurance, etc. I really wish I could get a clear and honest budget for my treatments and stop feeling that I am always being blindsided when it comes to charges, it is really frustrating.

It was absolutely 5 🌟 outstanding experience. I got my crown done. Dr. Kim did an amazing job. Rosi was a very nice very professional and gentle assistant. I would definitely recommend Crown Hill Dental 👌

Highly recommend!! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and Dr. Nguyen was great. This was my first cleaning and dentist visit since the pandemic hit last year and d felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Dr Nguyen was super nice and thorough, and took the time to share with me what he was looking for and learned from my photos and x rays and talk through his thought process. Was also just a super nice guy and we even geeked out a little about plant based diets (random fun fact). The hygienist Nina who cleaned my teeth was also SUPER nice and took the time to explain things and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Everyone at the front desk was really nice and conscientious as well. Overall super great experience and glad to make this my go to dentist office! I live in the Ballard area and also love being close to home. 10/10 recommend.

Cleaning teeth and getting exams are not usually comfortable and can be scary to some, but Crown Hill Dental is friendly and caring. I am lucky to find them (I wish I knew about them earlier) and highly recommend going there and let them take care of your teeth!

Have always loved my dentist and the hygienists but what I don’t like is walking into my dentist office and face political masks on the staff. It is offensive to me.

First time back to the dentist since the pandemic hit. Pleasantly surprised by the newly remodeled office space. Good to see my hygienist Kerry, who reassured me by reviewing the changes they have made to ensure patient safety. X-rays, cleaning and polishing done professionally and comfortably within an hour.

Professional and efficient staff. CoVid guidelines adhered to and safety is first priority.

Ive been going to Pacific Dental for 20 years. In all that time, Ive never had a bad experience. The hygienists were professional, competent and sensitive. I knew I was in good hands. The same applies to Dr. Nguyen. I would recommend them to my friends and to anyone with aa phobia.

Superb attention to customer service. My dental needs are a bit more complex than just the basic cleaning and the team is wonderful. They are very thorough with treatment plans, communicating every step of the way, and are true partners in my dental health .

I had a really great experience getting my fillings done here. I’ve had to have a few redone as some were breaking down, and they have been more comfortable. For years I avoided chewing on my right side because it felt so awkward. I had Dr. Kim and she’s very good - she was very diligent about making sure my bite felt good, the filling is fully functional but also looks great and feels natural. The dental assistants are very organized here as well. Liz, the DA checked on me several times to make sure I was still comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and slowly becoming more comfortable with dental work. Thank you both for being so kind and patient (I was a little nervous)!

The staff at Crown Hill Dental is exceptional! After moving back to the area I was in need of a new dental office. Dr. Kim and Anna were so sweet and extremely knowledgeable! The staff at Crown Hill Dental make it a joy to go to the dentist! I truly look forward to my visits; the front desk staff are delightful, and the hygienists and doctors are not only friendly and kind, but extremely knowledgeable and capable. They also ALWAYS laugh at my terrible jokes, even when we both know they don’t deserve it. Love this place!

They double-charged me for the PPE fee, which my insurance was covering, and they very well knew what they were doing!!! Before making the appointment, they had told me my insurance would cover everything, but then when I was leaving their office, they said I am supposed to pay a $10 PPE fee. I called my insurance and confirmed that the fee is covered by the insurance. Then I called the dental office and let them know about this, but they said that the $10 cost is too high for them to cover, and they cannot wait until the insurance pays them and that is why they had to charge me (!!!). Still, not willing to issue a refund and suggested that they will give me a credit for my next visit!! This sounds very inappropriate and shady to me, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for many years. Carrie, my dental hygienist, is so sweet and we always have great conversations. I actually look forward to my appointments! The rest of the staff is always kind and everyone is a pleasure to work with.

Timely, professional, educational, helpful — I always walk away with good tips on how to better take care of my teeth, and the cleanings (and any other work needed) has always turned out better than I imagined!

I had a great visit today at Crown Hill Dental. I got my teeth cleaned, the facility was super clean wipe-down everyone in masks and taking precautionary measures. They never would have opened the facility if they didnt work so hard at it. They always have been very conscious that way. Professional team. Onshu. (Sp?) Cleaned my teeth & did a spot on job!

I’ve been going here for 6 years and I have always gotten great care. The front staff always greets me as if I’m a regular at a bar. I also love my dental hygienist, she is the main reason I still go out of my way to Ballard to get my teeth cleaned.

The lobby furniture has been mostly removed, making sure there is at least 6-10 feet between seats. They check your temperature and give you a pre-screening. Everything they did showed care.

I have always had great experiences at this dental office from the front office staff to the hygienists. I particularly love Dr. Nguyen and Anju.

Had a great experience. Felt safe getting my dental checkup. Was sent an email as to what precautions were taken & procedures of what patients should do when they arrive. Had hand sanitizer at the door, patients waited in their car until they were told to come in & had to wear a mask once inside. Dental hygienist & dentist wore PPE which included a face shield, mask, goggles and gloves.

Going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things, but I have had the best experience with Crown Hill Dental.Had an appointment 9/16, what a great place. Fantastic people, great experience.

Do not go here. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. My boyfriend got some work done here. Although the work he had done was fine, the billing process is a nightmare. He made a point of paying all that was due before leaving after each and every visit. However, after one of his visits they undercharged him by a few dollars. He of course didn’t know this and thought he was paid up. They didn’t reach out to him about paying the balance on his account until four days AFTER a $199 late fee was added to his account. Only then did they call and send him a correct bill showing the amount due. He called them to try and sort out this issue, since he had not heard from them until the late fee had been added, but they would not budge and told him if he didn’t pay the full $200+ amount it would be sent to collections.
