My sister and I love coming here! We gone here for close to 4 years and love it every time! We have visited and tried at least 5 other places, and Bonjour Nails & Spa always has our manicures and pedicures lasting the longest. Great quality, nice people. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with the quality of service I received here. I showed up mid-morning without an appointment but was able to get seated right away and within a very few minutes the friendly and capable staff started on my simultaneous manicure/ pedicure. They were attentive to my time frame and the level of service I wanted. Minh themanicurist did a great job on my nails and cuticles, then used hot moist towels followed by application of moisturizing lotion to make my hands and arms look and feel younger, then gave me a very satisfying hand-arm-shoulder-neck massage while Vi the pedicurist did an expert job on my toenails, scrubbed the soles of my feet till they felt smooth and brand new and then worked on my lower legs with hot towels and lotion. They cheerfully put a lot of energy into their work and my bill came to only about $55, so I tipped them generously. Without a doubt Bonjour is the best nail salon I have found in Seattle ! I will come here from now on for their superior work and great service!

Every one in the shop is so attentive and sweet. I got a full on shoulder, neck, head, and brow massage during my Mani Pedi. Who does that? These lovely people do! I cant wait to go back. Worth every penny!

Hands down got the best manicure / pedicure Ive had here. They included massage & hot stones. All of the scrubs and lotions were incredibly soothing as well. Will be back!

This was my second visit to Bonjour Nails & Spa. Both visits were great. The staff are very friendly and both times my pedicure has looked perfect. I love the hot stone massage, which is included in the basic pedicure. I was also happy with how long the nail polish stayed un-chipped. I’ll definitely be going back.

Two hours after leaving, my toe nail polish had a hole in the middle. I called and they asked me to come in and said they’d be happy to fix it. When I came in, they couldn’t find the color and just painted over the hole, causing the polish to be extra thick (and not very clean looking). I asked them to remove the polish completely off the toe and redo just that toe; they declined saying they couldn’t find the color so it wouldn’t match. In addition, my dip powder on my nails chipped after less than two weeks in three spots. It typically lasts 3-4 weeks for me when I get it down elsewhere. Nice staff, however I won’t be returning.

I have not used the services of anyone else there but feel sure they all have the same great qualities.Prior review:I just switched mail salons and I will never leave Bonjour! I was treated like a queen. Both of the women who provided services were incredibly sweet and skilled and they each went overboard to make sure I was happy with their work.

Vicky and Alina completed my almond-shaped gel nails with shellac design and matching pedicure with shellac. The Google and website appointment systems aren’t functional. You must call to make an appointment. This is my 3rd visit. It’s always very clean and professional. I originally asked for marble nails, but was told it was too difficult. I changed my ask to a very basic geometric design and they delivered. They referenced my picture and replicated the look fairly accurately. I was in the salon for 2 hours. The cost was $160 plus tip. $40 extra for the design on toes and fingers. Gel nails are $15 more than acrylic. Overall I’m very happy with the service. I would like to get more complex designs in the future, but this place has great selections of polish, dip and shellac for basic mani/pedis.

Bonjour is my go to nail salon and I have loved all the services I’ve received. Even more so, I love the amazing and friendly staff. It’s a pleasure coming in every few weeks and getting to see them all on top of the world class service they provide!

This is the best salon that I have ever used in 20 years of using salons. The salon is extremely clean, Covid conscious and manicure tools are sterilized. Service includes massage, hot stones and hot towels. I highly recommend this place.

This place is such a gem. I found them a few years ago when I used to live around the corner and even though I’ve since moved 40+ mins away I won’t ever stop going it’s so worth the drive. I’m always so happy with how polished my nails/hands/feet are and feel after and how long their manicures last. But can we talk about the massages!!!! So far above and beyond, you get a mini massage even with a regular mani. I really appreciate the hard work they do AND everyone here is so nice and humbled to have you. Also their salon is always so cute and decorated to the season. Love them so much!!

Dipping powder cracked and chipped in less than a week and it was extremely uncomfortable until it all came off eventually. Started seeing lines on day 3. Not going back again.

Omg this place is a hidden gem! Everyone is so friendly and personable! I can say hands down that this is THE CLEANEST nail spa that I have ever been to. Even though it was buzzing with customers they keep everything moving along smoothly and I was seen on time. Not to mention the staff here is nothing short of being very talented artists!

That was a full EXPERIENCE. I got the deluxe mani and pedi and felt so relaxed the whole time. There was so much attention to detail from the high quality mani pedis to the massages, lotions, scrubs in between. This is my spot and I will return again and again!

This was my second time going to Bonjour nails and I have been blown away both times! Not only have I been impressed with my acrylics, the team is so friendly and they’ve always made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend!

I usually don’t write review but I was upset by my experience. The man took a chunk of my nail bed off when chipping the shellac off of my toes and even though it obviously was very bad and they kept asking me how it hurt and if I still wanted them to paint over it. This is definitely something I am willing to forgive, a mistake, but then they didn’t even discount or give me the pedicure for free. Very disappointed as I was a regular here before.

My favorite place! They do an awesome job and the place is so cozy and clean. I love how they decorate for each holiday, like hearts everywhere for Valentines Day, and have a tv with relaxing travel scenes. It makes me feel like I’m treating myself.

I went for a Brazilian wax. Never again. Not only was there still hair left everywhere the worker tried to charge me $10 extra as if I didn’t check the prices online. When confronted she acted confused till I showed her THEIR OWN service fee. The worker obviously didn’t know what she was doing and I’ve been calling to get a refund no one is picking up.

New ownership as of 6 days before my visit (will soon be called Glamour Nails). Everyone was very nice and atentative. Lots of shellac color choices. Free tea/water and WiFi. They use hot stones and towels during the massage portion. Great finished product and experience!

Twice now theyve been able to take me right away as a walk in but I do recommend making an appointment if you can. Everyone on the staff has been very friendly throughout both my services. I recommend the 60-minute pedi with paraffin, 30-minute massage, and hot stones for $50. It was so worth it (way more than just worth it, I kept thinking I was misreading the price). They have a lot of polish colors to choose from and the polish stays put for a month+. Bonjour nails is definitely my place!

Just moved to Green Lake from the Eastside and decided to check this place out due it being across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicate effort & time put into both my shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The complimentary massages and hot stone treatment were a plus too. The ladies and gentleman were very kind as well, frequently checking in on me when working around my blisters. I will definitely be returning.

Love this place, they treat you like you’re royalty and give the best massages!

I’m really happy with my manicure. She re-filed the shape of my nails after I didn’t love how square they were. She took her time to make sure they looked good and made sure I liked them. It was timely but didn’t feel rushed. Big fan of the massage too, it included massage on my neck and forehead. The massage alone was worth it!

Absolutely lovely experience - especially for me, someone who has never had a manicure before coming here. Very nice and sweet staff, and just overall fantastic atmosphere.

Already shared my review on yelp but hands down the best gel manicure I’ve had in Seattle. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was really nice. It’s been 3 weeks my gel hasn’t even chipped and I’ll be heading back soon for another gel mani. High recommend. And she paints really well.

I’ve gone here a few times, every time I’ve had great service and care. They offer you free complementary drinks, and have wonderful color choices. They even give you a quick hot rock massage (also complementary) and always make sure you get what you want! Highly recommended!

Friendly and fast service! I had shellac done while a friend did dip nails; they have a large color selection for both. My manicure included a deep shoulder/neck massage - was not expecting that at all so it was a really nice surprise!

Honestly, this is the best manicure I’ve EVER had. Hannah listened and customized a combination of SNS for strength and a gorgeous gel color for a gorgeous manicure. She made sure my cuticles are super clean without overclipping. I treated myself to a neck and shoulder massage and Kevin is a wizard. Quality of the end result is worth every penny. They have a new loyal customer in me!

Customer service was so bad, the woman doing my nails finally smiled when we checked out. Also, their equipment are so poor and not professional i paid $25 to find out that my nail polish is ruined and cracked.

Went in for a $20 manicure & they charged me $35 so I assumed the tip was included. They were really upset that I didn’t tip them and continued to ask me to add a tip. However she did an amazing job with my nails.

I have been going to bonjour for more than a year and it has had ok service. Today was the worst service I have ever had. The women who did my nails did it totally different than anyone ever has. She was trying to get the old powder manicure off and she was pressing on my nails with nail polish remover as hard as she could to the point where it hurt (which I told her). I asked why she was doing my nails totally differently and they told me “my nails are too thin”. I pretty much exclusively go to bonjour and haven’t had my nails done in 6 weeks, and no one has ever said anything about thin nails. The woman doing my nails was inexperienced and instead of owning that they shamed me. I left without them finishing my nails and they charged me $30 because powder cost $10 to take off which is on none of their signs or website. It doesn’t look like I even got my nails done, and I had to go buy nail polish. Total cost was $40 and disappointment. Never going back!!!!

Gave it a 2nd try. Very disappointing. $30 reg pedicure. Tech didn’t clean around/under nails, didn’t clip cuticles well, or shape nails. Polish missed in some places but lots of polish on my skin. Won’t make the mistake of going to their salon a third time.

The workers at the salon are incredibly nice and helpful! And its been my favorite salon for customer service yet. But the reason for the two stars is that I got Acrylic nails. Ive gotten Acrylics before that have lasted weeks and looked great other than being a little two thick. I havent enjoyed the customer service at other salon so I decided to try out bonjour nails because of the good reviews and looking through the photo people had nice looking acrylics. Anyways cutting to the chase I got acrylics and they started to peal off at the sides only 3-4 days later I also had bits of nail sticking out the side of the fake nail that kept getting caught on things which was super painful. After 5 days I had no choice but to try and remove some of the nails do to peaces breaking off. This has never happened to me before and I am very upset I paid $55 dollars for acrylics that lasted less than 5 days. They also made some of my nails pretty bubbly and when they cut my nails before putting the acrylics on they cut them very uneven so my nails are now growing back uneven/ I also had to cut my nails all very very very short due to them being so uneven. Honestly want a refund but dont know how you go about getting one especially sense I am back at college.

Do not bother. Filed my own nails, they didnt understand short coffin shape, which is a popular design. Shelac was blotchy and gross looking. Never again.

Very relaxing atmosphere, and the nail tech was so gentle! I have issues with that sometime since my skin is sensitive.

I asked for short almond nails, since I am not used to acrylic. Instead I was given weirdly oval nails, which were awkwardly large in the middle, and many of the nails did not match the length of their counterparts. I will have to go to another salon to get these fixed.

I did my nail two weeks ago, I did my nails for shellac, and they charge me for $50, they didn’t do manicure for me even I paid that, and also they didn’t cover all of my nails when they put nails polish. And my middle finger fake nails broke after two days I did my nails.
