I used to come here back in my teens/early 20s because this was the place to go. However, when the main lady left to go work at another nail salon in Ballard (the one who always did the designs), I kind of fell off. Today, my normal nail place was booked so in a pinch I went here for nostalgic memories. However, I was surprised how dead it was. I was the only customer in there the entire time, which back in the day was never the case. They were always busy and it was full of life. First complaint: my clear Shellac manicure wasnt awful, but my nails werent filed right and left very unsmooth that if I put a sweater on, theyd easily catch on the fabric. Second complaint: the older man working there literally didnt wear a mask the entire time I was in there. Not to mention, he walked behind me multiple times and was the person I had to pay at the end with. Also, he was coughing a fair amount and eating Cheetos prior to handling my card which is extremely unsanitary. I honestly would have left when I saw him maskless but the nail technician had already started. In a pandemic, I just cant believe how unprofessional he was. Lastly, there is no way that this place stays open due to customers alone. I highly suspect this business is a front for money laundering or something. The same thing happened to Seatop nails by University Village. That also used to be a lively and busy business back in the day, and a few years back I went there and it too, had like 1 or 2 staff and no customers. I know how much rent is for places like these, it just doesnt add up. That said, I dont recommend going here or to Seatop Nails. Oh and did I mention that a man came in and then saw me and then pretended he was confused and had mistakenly walked in? Yah might of been believable if he hadnt sat in his car waiting till I left. Do with that information what you please, but not going back again....sadly.

Love this place. Mani/pedi, shellac, acrylics, waxing... (& more, but those are the services Ive gotten) affordable and friendly. I was referred by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed.

I would not recommend this place..I went there for a Pedicure and the owner was the one who did the service. While she was working on me, she was so careless and cut my skin so deep. She tried to use this medicine drop to stop the bleeding. Then she acted like nothing happened.They were lucky I did not claim a lawsuit. I shouldnt have paid them either for such a lousy service. I swear not to go back there anymore.

Best nail place I’ve been too. I took my friend here and we got to diva nails at 6, they close at 7 so we felt bad that we were “those people”. But let me tell you, best service. I got a very complicated look that I saw on Pinterest and they were going back and forth trying to find the right colors and right marble look that matched and giving me great feed back on which looks best and which I liked. The person who did my friends nail tried multiple colors to figure out which one she liked most. 7 was coming close and I told the one who was doing my nails that I can just do one color if it’s easier so they get out on time and she told me no it’s okay that they have time for me. But anyways I highly recommend Diva nails!!

Been going here for a few years for eyebrows. Fast and on point. Every so often I go for Mani Pedi combo and love it. Never had my cuticles cut and bleed, theyve never over cut my nails, fantastic foot and arm massage, and they will make the water any temp you like. Plus the massage chairs help with my back knots too. Always enjoy coming here, the staff are all smiles, and its nice they remember our past conversations.

Loved the atmosphere and the ladies! I use shellac and my nails are loooong and real. The girls were amazed! Unfortunately my pinky nail broke and I havent broke a nail in 2 years... On a keyboard at work. Will be returning today for a fix but loved it there.

I have always loved diva nails, since the location is very convenient for me and the people there are friendly and give very nice compliments. But I have found other places with a little bit lower prices, such as Jenny Nails and their second one Jenny Nails Too, they arent as friendly but have a little bit lower prices on things like shellac. I would recommend Diva Nails to everyone because of the great location the service and the fact that its supper clean!

I have had my nails done at about 8 different places in Seattle, 2 places in Spokane, and 5 places throughout Montana in the last year or so, and Diva Nails is hands down the best experience I have had.There is a HUGE selection of gel polishes, I am always sat down and my process began within the first five minutes I walk in the door, and the quality of the work they do lasts over three weeks without chipping or cracking - which truly is saying something considering I have an extremely active hands-on lifestyle.The prices are also very reasonable for all of their services.I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the neighborhood- or even making the trip to Lake City, this place is well worth it!

I get one of the best mani-pedi here in lil of lake city. These women do great work.

Went in for a shellac set on my natural nails, one of which happened to be broken. They did a tremendous job on the set. The previously broken nail broke once again a couple days later. I went in and it was immediately repaired and strengthened free of charge. As far as Im concerned theyre hard workers and honest people.

These ladies bust their butts and never turn you away for a service...even if its super last minute.Is it sometimes super busy and service is less than perfect? - sure. But thats true at every business.I used to work at a high end salon/spa in Seattle...and I still came here for my nail stuff. I like having more options, fast service, you cant beat the price.

They tried to use an electric nail file on my bare nail! It started to burn and hurt so I told her to stop. Dont go to this place. It also smells so strong in there, they dont have proper ventilation.

Ask for Lee. Ladies you know when you find someone who does your nails the way you like without having to say anything. They are a keeper..lol

My wife went to 5 or 6 other nail salons in Seattle before she found this place and now she only goes to this one. I usually sit in the truck and wait and they are very quick and she has never complained about anything and she always has some criticism. One time she even went in ten minutes before they closed and they had two girls working on her hands and they didnt charge her anything extra.

This business is not the same and the customer services is bad after being a customer for so long Im not going back in there again. The wait for a simple manicure is ridiculous even thought you may have an appointment its unbelievable you litterly have to wait over 20min.

Rush service they werent even busy!! couldnt even relax :-( they dindt even spend 1 minute doing each leg massage.. also staff heer seems to be rude and again rushed.Place has been remodeled and looks nice and clean... thats all.

Overall pretty unexceptional. Got a pedicure and it seemed like they rushed it because they were busy. No hot stones and no calf or foot massage included in the base price

The lady who made my nail was so unprofessional and had attitude. She had it done in a hurry, the shellac polish started chipping off barely one week later. It was waste of money for me.

Loved it, just did the basic manicure and it was very fast, was in and out in 30 minutes, very clean job.

They do a good job but like many nail salons appointments are not kept very consistently. Make an apt for 6:00 often wait more than a half an hour to have someone start your nails.

The lady didnt massage my arms like other places. She couldnt understand me when I spoke. Gave nail fungus to my friend never go back again!!!!!!

ZERO STARS! I am absolutely disappointed with the service received at Diva Nails. Ive tried this place a few times hoping Id receive the service of other reviewers, but never felt it. Id consider myself reasonable and a generous tipper, but Ive reached my limit. They are always looking for ways to upcharge and not friendly at all. When u first walk in youre greeted with the words hello but it feels as if youve walked into a sorority that you dont belong to. The staff looks you up and down telling you to pick a color then ignore you. Once you sit in the chair you might as well be on a remote island in a foreign land, because they continuously talk to each other throughout your entire experience in Vietnamese. The owner Jenny is decent, but only when she wants to do a good job. Usually she rushes through asking little questions about what you want. The last time I went for a fill I was told I needed a new set because the color I picked would show through and not look good. My former acrylic nails were YANKED OFF in pure pain with a cuticle clipper! I voiced my pain, but there was no mercy. After my nails were finished I realized some were different shapes/lengths, and the french manicure lines were NOT straight. They didnt seem to care...just wash your hands. Before swipping my card the woman said my eyebrows needed to be done (upcharge) and asked if I wanted a flower or design (upcharge)--I politely declined. $40 lighter I left with a crooked, various shaped, painful FILL. Save your money....not worth the experience/service.
